Joliment décoré, mis à jour, mis à jour condo de deux chambres! Cette unité est de 3 pâtés de maisons des plages Coronado World Famous! Il est également à 3 pâtés de maisons du coeur de l'avenue Orange, Starbucks, le centre de la ville avec restaurants, cafés et magasins locaux!
Cette unité fait partie d'un petit immeuble de copropriété, avec seulement six unités en tout. Cette unité particulière vous permet de conduire jusqu'à la porte d'entrée et le parc! Il se sent comme un MAISON! Toutes les chambres sont particulièrement léger, lumineux et aéré en raison de la grande fenêtres du sol au plafond dans le salon, salle à manger et les deux chambres! Une porte coulissante en verre conduit à un patio clôturé permettant même des inondations plus de lumière dans la cuisine! Cette région est idéale pour la détente, barbecue, salle à manger et offre un cadre sécuritaire pour les animaux! Il y a un nouveau climatiseur portatif dans la chambre des maîtres à l'étage pour rafraîchir l'étage pour le temps où le climat tempéré de Coronado monte.

Very helpful host, furnished with everything we needed, comfy bed, and the best part we parted the car and walked everywhere. Loved all the Christmas lights on the island. Perfect visit.

Great location!

location was easy walking distance to restaurants, beach and the parks! We would definitely stay here again. The house is setup with everything you need for a month long stay.

We stayed from Feb 1 - April 15, 2025. Wonderful, comfortable condo in convenient location. Shannon was a great host and any problems we encountered were easily resolved.

Perfect place for our family vacation

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay and were very comfortable in this home. We loved the outdoor patio, big windows that let in lots of light. Everything was clean and organized. The beds were comfortable and kitchen perfect for what we needed. The location is close to the beach and a short walk to the grocery store/shops. We enjoyed biking and exploring the island. Shannon was very easy to reach if we had questions. I will definitely be back!

Winter Relief

1st time VRBO experience was excellent. It exceeded our expectations. The accommodations and amenities allowed us to enjoy all aspects of Coronado. Shannon was always accessible not that we needed to reach her. Communication back and forth was always prompt. Our dog, Isabelle, loved it too. We would definitely return and likely will next winter.

Easy summer living

This property had all the basics you need for a relaxing summer getaway. Each room was equipped with amazing shades for the large windows and sound machines making sleeping in too easy. The shades were also able to retract all the way so you could enjoy the beautiful summer sun when awake making the place nice and bright inside. We had two beach cruisers that took us around town and to the beach when we were ready to explore. The kitchen was fully equipped as well so we could stay in and cook when needed. The side/front grass yard with provided chairs was the perfect spot to sit, enjoy a drink and the sunset. Shannon was a great host as she was always quick to respond to questions and provided us with not only information regarding the condo, but also sent things to do in the area. We hope to enjoy another summer here.

Owner is very cooperative

The owner took care of all issues that we brought to her attention immediately. Parking is readily available at all times. The location is great except it is very busy at times. We did not hear any traffic noise when townhouse was closed up.

The best rental experience

This condo is perfectly located for shopping, restaurants as well as dog beach. The condo is well equipped. The neighborhood is very peaceful. I can not say enough positives about the owner and her communication, as well as her responsiveness. I highly recommend this owner and her property for anyone looking for a beach community getaway.

Amazing Condo, Even Greater Host

Shannon was the best host one could imagine. She was accommodating, responsive and flexible, working through a very difficult transition period between permanent properties. She made sure I felt safe, asked me if I needed anything to help my Thanksgiving hosting, you name it. The conco is located walking distance to the beach, the Del, Vons, Orange Avenue. Don't pass this one up!

Great stay in Coronado!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! The house is 0.3 miles from the beach and downtown in a lovey neighborhood. We loved getting outside going on walks to coffee or to the beach. The house itself was very clean and perfectly set up for comfort - lots of amenities like soaps, extra linens/towels, dish ware, coffee, etc. The big windows brought so much light into the house, bringing the beautiful outside day into the home. We also loved hanging out in the back patio, BBQ’d a few times, and front lawn. If you prefer less light, they have some nice modern blinds as well. Shannon was proactive in communication and easy to get a hold of if needed. She also has a cleaner come once a week which was great for our month stay! I would 100% recommend this listing to others and have already shared it with friends and family! Thanks again Shannon!

Great location; easy parking;

Place very clean. Great location. Easy walk to the beach and to the stores and restaurants on Orange Avenue. Well equipped kitchen with up to date appliances. Parking never a problem. Parking available immediately in front of door. Apartment was quite quiet. Couldn't hear neighbors. However, on a busy street corner. Lots of vehicular and pedestrian traffic during certain times of the day. Host immediately responsive to minor fire alarm problem. All told, a very nice place, but a little small for our needs.

Perfect location - wonderful stay

This was the perfect location and the stay was made all that much better by the wonderful host. The townhome is nicely appointed. The furniture and beds are comfy. The outside space just enhances the indoor. Quick walk or bike ride anywhere on the island. We also met many of the nice neighbors. This place is really perfect for a small family.

Perfect Location on Coronado

I loved staying at this property! The location was so convenient to the beach, the shops on Orange, everything you might need to get to on Coronado is an easy walk away! The property was clean and inviting. It had everything you could need for a wonderful stay. Shannon was a wonderful host, very responsive which really put my mind at ease.

Coronado Beach Condo-Pet Friendly

I rented this Beach Condo for a month during April/May 2017. The location speaks for itself. It is walking/biking distance to the beach, Starbucks, Restaurants, & Parks. The owner was not only friendly but during our stay we had an issue that she dealt with with speed, kindness & generosity.
