Pumpkin Hollow was such a lovely home and spacious and fun for our whole family. Plenty of room for our kids and adults. Scott was very reliable and quick to fix any issue that occurred. We recommend this home to everyone. Great location to skating, skiing, shopping, eating and more.

Huge house, perfect for our big group. Very cozy and nicely decorated. The location was great. Hot tub, pool table and outdoor space was great. Kitchen was big and stocked very well. Would definitely go back!

The Pumpkin Hollow Inn is the perfect place to stay for multi-family retreats to the North Conway area!! We had the best time here for our Mt. Washington hike, and we are definitely looking forward to staying here in the future!!

Yearly family vacation to North Conway

The house is beautiful and offers many things to do for all ages. The host Scott was available if we had any questions. Overall wonderful trip , we will definitely stay there again.

Constant threats of fining and excessive check-out procedures

Very nice house and location, but the hosts were constantly sending messages threatening fines and last-minute fees. The expectation to do all the laundry in addition to 300 of host cleaning fees was excessive. The house was great, but the repeated messaging about restrictions or threats of fines diminished our enjoyment

Outstanding rental

Highly recommended. Wonderful, sprawling big old house. Lots of room to spread out. Bedrooms far away from the family fun areas. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Lots of towels for bathrooms and hot tub. Great communication with host with quick responses. Since it is an old house, stairs for 2nd and 3rd floors are a little steep. But large bedroom on first floor if stairs are an issue.

Family Memories

This house was pleasingly fully stocked! From spices to shampoo/conditioners, soap to coffee pods, cleaning agents to dishwasher pods. They even supplied wood for our fire pit! There were some issues-no air conditioning on the top floor-which was taken care of (thank you-made for happy teens!). We noticed a couple complaints from a few years ago that were still an issue-leaking shower and VERY hard pocket door in downstairs bathroom. All in all it was a delightful area and clean! We enjoyed the little stream in the backyard as we had a couple hot days and the cold water was refreshing!! Recommend Diana’s Baths (go early) and Saco River tubing! Don’t forget Cathedral Ledge!!

Amazing house

We loved our stay at the Pumpkin House. Perfect for families! Plenty of space and laid out perfect. There are two living rooms which was great and the pool table and hot tub were a hit. We definitely will be back, hopefully next year if it’s available.

A community

I celebrated my 30th birthday at the Pumpkin Hallow Inn this past weekend with 12 of my friends. The entire house is spacious yet brings everyone together. The entertainment room with the hot tub, pool table, and indoor fireplace was ideal for keeping us all entertained and in the same space while doing our own thing. Waking up in the morning we looked out the kitchen windows at the beautiful babbling brook right outside. No more than three minutes away there were plenty of shops to explore in Conway and Echo Lake State Park that had stunning views of the White Mountain, and a nice trail to walk around. Would absolutely stay there again!

Perfect for family gathering!

Pumpkin Hollow is an older home, well maintained, clean and spacious. We were 3 families, 6 adults and 4 children. First floor bedroom with king bed, 3 piece bathroom across hall was perfect for grandparents and the upstairs bedroom setup was perfect for our children and grandchildren. One of the upstairs king bedrooms has an attached bath and an adjoining children’s bedroom.There is another queen bedroom with bath and a bedroom next door. The kitchen is updated and there are 2 dining spaces. The pool room and game room were an added bonus of fun! The cold water mountain brook in the backyard was fun to wade in and the yard was huge for children to run and play! We will return in the future!

A great stay in NH

We very much enjoyed the Pumpkin Hollow House. It was as described and we were impressed at all the amenities provided. We particularly liked the size of the house. 11 of us could find plenty of separate spaces to talk, play games, play music without all being on top of each other. The back yard and brook are very nice.

Perfect home for large group!

The Pumpkin House was exactly as advertised, so much space for the group to spread out and enjoy different activities and vibes. The bar room was perfect for night time cocktails and darts and we absolutely loved the family room. All beds were very comfortable and clean. Fully stocked kitchen, couldn’t ask for more!
