'Penthouse' # 1 à droite sur l'eau, avec accès privé direct à la rivière.

Nos penthouses offrent un grand espace pour vous, votre famille ou vos amis pour profiter de tout ce que la rivière et les environs ont à offrir. Avec un accès direct à la rivière et une aire de pique-nique à votre disposition, il y aura beaucoup de choses à faire à votre porte. Location de tube, baignade, ou tout simplement se détendre et profiter de la vue. Ceci est une nouvelle maison et peut accueillir jusqu'à 15 personnes, vous n'aurez donc pas besoin de laisser quelqu'un de votre liste d'invités.

La maison a 4 chambres à coucher et 3 bains. Le salon est équipé d'un téléviseur et du câble. Il y a aussi le wi-fi pour votre commodité.

Il y a une fosse de barbecue en plein air et la cuisine est équipée d'appareils standard et de casseroles et poêles.

VEUILLEZ NOTER: Les draps et les serviettes ne sont pas fournis avec toute location!

Great weekend getaway

Great location and wonderful home for a river trip. Beds are a little uncomfortable but other than that the place was perfect for the holiday weekend.

Fun getaway with family

The house was pretty spacious. The journey to the river was a little steep and further than it looks in the pictures. The grocery stores were not far for our groceries. My family enjoyed the stay!

Great location!

The Penthouse is a great location with access to enjoy the river as well as being convenient to local hot spots. We had a little trouble with the oven when we arrived, but the maintenance crew was quick to respond and fix the issue. Overall, it was a great spot for a group of friends to spend the weekend together.

Great location for concerts

The cleanliness of the property was subpar, maintenance of the property subpar, enjoyed the stay just wish that for the amount that I paid it would have been nicer. Beds sucked!!

River Trip

Overall, it was an amazing house and experience. We rented out #1 and #2 because we had such a large group. In just this house we had 9 adults and 6 kids. We still had 5 beds available. It was very spacious. We all got a leg workout going up and down the stairs of the house along with walking downstairs to the river multiple times a day. The house wasn’t as clean as I was expecting but it wasn’t terrible either.

Great Location

The house was plenty big enough with 4 bedrooms although I did not realize until we got there 1 of the rooms was down below and not upstairs with the rest. The access to the river was awesome and we really enjoyed hanging out there. The beds however were probably the worst I have ever slept on a massage / chiropractor might be needed lol. Having zero linens might be a deal breaker for me in the future. This was my first time renting a house with no linens and it was just a lot to pack sheets, blanket, towels, wash clothes for 7 beds and 10 people. We basically had 1 whole car for linens. We had a great time and I will be doing laundry for the next couple of days.

Great house, peaceful location

We enjoyed our stay. The house is large and has ample beds. We were a bit confused that one of the rooms and bathroom was under the house and you had to go outside to access it. It made it more difficult to share that bathroom , so we had 2 bathrooms upstairs but one is in the master. So 8 people were sharing one bathroom and there were only 4 towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper. The floor needed to be thoroughly cleaned, but everything else was clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook or bake. The house has ample easy parking and nice outdoor space. The river is down the hill off the back of the house. Lots of stairs and you cross a small road/driveway to access the river. We were confused about who had access to the yard and steps to river because they were people pulling up in golf carts and trucks to use the yard and steps. We had no idea who they were. Overall, we would stay again because there was plenty or room for 11 adults. location is convenient too.

Great location, overall good

The house and location and most of the accommodations were great for a short vacation. You do need to bring all of your own linens and TP. This place really needs new mattresses; that's my biggest complaint. The property could do with some outdoor clean up as well.

It was very enjoyable.

There were a few things that needed fixing. The tv remote gas no batteries. The lint filter in the dryer was broken One of the living room chairs was broken.

Overall stay, only 3 stars

My extended family of ten stayed a week. We have stayed in many rental houses and worked around most of the annoying CONS listed below. PROs: *Great layout; large living room/kitchen combo. Dining table not what was pictured, it is larger and could seat eight, with room for two fold up chairs we brought. Two Twin mattresses were replacement and better than previous reviews. Very nice deck overlooking the river. Direct access to the river. Kitchen stocked with sufficient items. House was clean. Lots of beds. HVAC quiet and efficient. 25 min to Schlitterbahn. Cons: *It appears that only party adults stay in river VRBO houses. The house to the left (10 ft from this house) had eight vehicles, the house to the right (75 feet) had five vehicles and both had plenty of party folks all weekend until 1:30 AM Fri and Sat. Across the river, very loud music blared all daylight hours. *The ice maker has been OOS since Feb, and will not be repaired until Aug. * The WIFI was poor, speeds from 24-75mps most all the time, but quite annoying as it dropped the WIFI signal every few minutes, the auto-reconnect was not successful most of time, requiring manual reconnect. *A list of many maintenance items was discussed with the property manager.

Great property

Great property. Affordable right on the water. Only thing we didn’t like is no linen. No towels no blankets no sheets. But other than this the house was perfect. So much room and more could have fot. We had 10 people.

Great place and location

The house was nice and had plenty of room. It definitely had what we needed it for in order to float the river. Anywhere on the Guadalupe is nothing short of great. The only "problems" we had were that the listing needed to be updated. There are 3 separate sheets for checkout which were all a little different so that was confusing. The full beds on the bottom bunks weren't true mattresses so they were uncomfortable for all adults to sleep in and the fourth bedroom and third bathroom are actually located downstairs. That wasn't a problem for us, just would've been nice to know ahead of time. Definitely need to bring all your own toiletries, bedding, bathroom & kitchen towels, etc. Otherwise, we did have a slight maintenance problem and they came out promptly to resolve the issue. We'd definitely stay at either Penthouse or yellow house again - our neighbors were close, but we didn't bother each other even with loud music.

Overall it was good

Nice place, and good location. Overall it was a good stay. but a couple small issues that would have been more helpful for our stay: 1.) the check in Information gives you a lock box code to get the key, but there is no key in the lock box. The code is actually the combination for the doors themselves, which was not explained at all and made getting in a little more difficult then it should have been. We had to figure out on our own that You have to put the code in and literally turn the door knob at the exact same time, or it won't work. A little frustrating that this wasn't explained. 2.) it would be very helpful to have some information for the guests on tube rental/shutttle back suggestions. Yes there is direct access but we had to go find a way to get shuttled back and it ended up being way more complicated then it was worth. We ended up going down the road to L&L camp grounds and dropping in there the second day to save the hassle. FYI for anyone getting on it was about 6.5 hours to float down from the house to rocky beach, which is way to long in my opinion. I would highly suggest you get in at L&L like we did the second day to make your lives easier. It cut the float down to about 4.5 hours.

PERFECT HOUSE WITH TONS OF OUTDOOR SPACE ON A PRETTY COOL SPOT OF THE RIVER!

We usually stay closer to the first and second crossing portion of the river, and have never stayed this far up but I was surprised at how neat the portion of the river this house is on was! The house is across a little neighborhood street and a down a little piece of land from the river but you can see the water from the house and it is a short walk down with a pretty neat entry into the water. A short walk across the river and you are on a little island where you can hang out. The house itself was wonderful, and everything that it said it was. No surprises, which is always a plus. The owners were thorough in explaining everything and we had zero complications. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would stay here again and recommend this to friends and family. We also hung out with the people that were staying in the yellow house next door which had the coolest layout and a very neat outdoor kitchen area, I believe the owners of this house own all three houses in this little row. There was tons of space for parking too and it was very close to Whitewater where we saw a concert and also to the Horseshoe where we like to float.
