Regarding the terrain, the property does sit on a hill; however, there is a drivable path down to the water. The listing description and photos are intended to accurately reflect both the distance and landscape so guests can make an informed decision prior to booking. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you mentioned with cleanliness and maintenance. This is not our standard, and we will be addressing these items with our team. That said, we were not notified of several of these concerns during your stay, including the sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa was inspected and prepared prior to your arrival, and the unit was confirmed to be in working order at that time. We did respond promptly to the kayak lock issue once it was brought to our attention, and we are glad we were able to resolve that for you. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve, and we will review all items internally to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry about the loud music, the listing does state that this property is right across the street from Koozies and may have Live music on Weekends. We do ask our guests to observe the quiet hours for the neighboring camp ground as there have been a few complaints in the past. The path to the River Access is conveniently drivable for anyone who may need assistance getting down to it. Hi Alison, thank you for your feedback, we are so sorry about the issues you encountered during your stay. You sent us a photo the next day of one pillow that had a stain on it. The linens in the photo were not of the ones that we supply. We did offer to send our cleaners out with a fresh pillow and case however you had already taken the liberty of retrieving one of your own. Had you contacted us when you found this issue we would have sent someone immediately as we use a professional cleaning company and do quality inspections before and after each guest. Unfortunately we do not advertise "Filtered Water", as adding a filtration system is the owners decision. We are sorry you feel as if we have high expectations of our guests, we have rules in place out of respect of the owners of the homes, they have graciously allowed you to rent and stay in their home, so we just do ask our guests to be highly respectful of the property. We hope you will give us a second chance in the future, we ,manage over 140 properties in the area. Thanks, NBE
