Great location and walkable to everything. Kitchen supplies, couch pillows, and front door (gap letting in cold air) need to be updated. It’s a rustic ski cabin in a great area.

The space was delightful! Homey and welcoming. The beds were comfortable for our one night stay and we were able to walk everywhere we needed including a near by hike. Cooking essentials were available for breakfast including an assortment of pots and pans as well as some spices.

The location was the best part of this place. Right on Main Street. The bed was comfortable and the place had plenty of room. Fireplace did not work and carpet and couch is a little worn out but otherwise pretty good.

Great place!

This property is in a great location, with a great view. I don’t know if there could be a better location in Breck. Truly in the middle of everything you can walk to get everything you might need within a block or two. We stayed during the summer, so I can’t comment on winter activities. I highly recommend.

Fantastic location!!! Furnishings need updating. The comforters on the beds were worn and dark, which automatically makes them feel dirty. Same for the throw pillows in the living room, plus the sofa cushions felt old. There’s a hole in the wall of the master bedroom that needs to be filled and the toilet is very difficult to flush. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean. Parking was a fabulous perk, as parking in Breck on main street is usually a difficult task. All in all, the stay was sufficient, but updating the furnishings would definitely make the condo feel cleaner and more inviting.

Nice place and very good location to all amenities. The listing says 420 South Main but the number on the building says 412. This caused the shuttle driver some grief. It was clean all the appliances worked well but the fireplace was non operational and the barbecue did not work either. The control on the shower needs to be replaced as well. The water was either scalding or Luke warm. Overall a good spot but some minor maintenance would make it great.

I loved the location and the ease to find it. Getting groceries was easy and going out to eat or ski was perfect. Bed was comfortable as well as couches - loved fireplace. Wished there was a sauna or hot tub or at least a plug for the tub. Getting temperature in shower was the difficult but not impossible. Neighbor on my last day left dog in condo who howled 4 hours straight until I got in the shuttle. Loved being on third level - it felt safer. Would definitely stay again with friends - plenty of room and beds! Thank you. Late checkout was unavailable (10am) so I got an earlier shuttle so I didn't have to walk up and down main street carrying my skibag and luggage. Would have love to ski some more or shop.

Great location, needs a few important fixes.

I've stayed at multiple locations in Breck and would rank this property as average. On the plus side, the location is very convenient. There is parking at the building, the ski lift and equipment rental areas are close by, and there is a grocery, liquor store, shopping, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. On the plus side for the unit, the layout was convenient, there were many updates to cabinets and decor, and there is a great view of the mountains from the front deck. On the minus side, the sofabed in the living room was broken and couldn't even be used as a sofa, the outside grill was broken, the hot tubs were not working, and there was mold in the bathroom. On the plus side, the maintenance staff was responsive. A few important fixes to the unit and I would give it five stars.

Should have been better for the price

This condo is in dire need if some maintenance. The good.... has a nice kitchen and the bed was comfortable. The bad... I did not feel safe in this condo at all. Daylight shows on the side of the door. The toilet didn't flush, I called and started a 'ticket' that never fixed anything. There is a big hole in the wall in the master bedroom and the carpet feels really dirty. The 2nd day, I found someone's coffee cup next to the couch and I was the only occupant.

My husband and I recently stayed at this property and found it to be a mixed experience. The location is excellent and was perfect for our needs, which is a significant plus.Pros:• Fantastic location• Generally clean propertyCons:• Difficult to find - listed as 420 but actually at 412• Some cleanliness issues (coffee maker, bathroom ceiling)• Dated furniture• Uncomfortable master bed (second bedroom bed was better)The property was mostly clean, but we did encounter a few issues that could use attention. The coffee maker needed a thorough cleaning, and there was some mold on the bathroom ceiling. While the couch wasn't as comfortable as it looked in the photos, we found the bed in the second bedroom to be much more comfortable than the one in the master bedroom.Overall, we might consider staying here again for the location, but we'd hope for some improvements or a more competitive rate. With a little attention to detail, this could be a truly excellent rental.Tip for future guests: Double-check the address before arrival to avoid confusion.

We left early

If you have more than 6 people do not book. We checked before we left for a 10 hour drive that they had a pull out couch for our 7th and 8th guests. When we arrived and pulled out the couch the frame was broken and the mattress was stained. They bedding in the closet also had stains on them. We ended up leaving 3 days early. When we reached out to management for a refund they told me that the bed was in working order when it was definitely not. If anyone had actually opened the couch bed they could not have slept in it either. I told them they either need to replace the couch bed or list as 6 person max. Very very disappoitned.

These things would be helpful to know...

Compared to the 9 other places I’ve rented in Breck, this one was the most disappointing. Disappointment could have been 100% avoided if the property ad wasn’t misleading. To clarify.... There is only parking for one vehicle, and there are better options than they give you in the booklet (when they conveniently let you know this on arrival). The washer & dryer isn’t in the unit. It is shared, and not free. Not only do they charge for this listed amenity, the change machine is broken, so you have to make a trip to the store... AGAIN, after you already went because you realized there is no toilet paper in the unit either! The hottub is also shared, oddly placed at the side of the building, and available at the property manager’s discretion (which the property office was closed the entire week). The wifi must pull off of a shared line because it was terrible. Too slow to use when you could get a connection at all. I work remotely, so in-town wifi availability was a big part in choosing the place. Oh yea! Wrong password was in the info book, called Vicasa who also had it wrong, but pieced it together all to end up with an unusable connection. So yea, lots of little irritating things that added up to a rental that was not as advertised.

Nice location

The location of this property was exactly what we were looking for. All amenities were exactly as described and pictured. Pros: right on Main Street, close to everything. Decent parking for our one vehicle. Enough room for our party of 5. The 2nd sink outside the bathroom is a great addition. Cons: 1) we never received an exact condo number - only the general address. When I tried to call and message the numbers given to me, I was put on hold and never received an answer. My husband went to the door number that seemed like it might be associated with the wifi we were given and tried the code for the door. Luckily it worked. 2) although we had 5 people in our party on our reservation, only 4 bath towels were left. When I tried to contact the property manager, I was told they only leave 4 towels and they would send someone that evening to drop off 3 more towels. After not hearing from anyone for 12+ hours, I messaged the owner who contacted the property manager again. Finally after almost 24 hours (at 4:30pm), I was sent a text saying we had to go to the Vacasa local location and pick them up by 5pm. Obviously their local property management left a lot of be desired. 3) the property was in fair condition, obviously needs some TLC - start of mold in the bathroom, terrible patch jobs throughout, definitely not enough silverware if we decided to eat in, dishwasher was broken, no grill. Window AC units would be nice to have, but fans were provided.

Nice location

The location was nice and the property was pretty clean. The carpet however needs to be replaced. It felt really dirty. I couldn’t walk on it without my shoes. Also, the code to get in was really long and you had to use it every time. The check in instructions were a little hard ti follow because there were 2 codes for the door. However the 4 digit one never worked. Overall the place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Loved that there were fans for every room!

Great Location!

We enjoyed this condo for our family of 6 (kids ages 10-17). It was the perfect location for shopping and eating on Main Street! It is on the third floor, so you will have to haul your luggage up all the stairs. The view was totally worth it! Very clean and we loved having the extra sink!
