Emplacement Parfait! - Main St. Breck - En Face de la Télécabine

You absolutely cannot beat the location! The quiet end of Main Street, downtown Breckenridge! Right across the street from the gondola. Be at the base of Peaks 7 or 8 in less than 10 minutes from the condo! The bus depot is also right across the street, next to the gondola, and has shuttles to all the Breckenridge mountain bases as well as buses to Keystone, A-Basin, Copper and the nearby towns of Frisco and Silverthorne.

This location is so much better than ski in/ski out and the perfect place for summer mountain biking and hiking too! Being only 40 odd yards from the Gondola AND in downtown Breckenridge, you absolutely do not have to get into your vehicle once you arrive - walk to restaurants, bars, shops, etc.! You're right next to The Cantina restaurant and across the street from the Blue River Bistro and Daylight Donuts restaurants.

Although the complex has no amenities the Breckenridge Recreation Center is within walking distance. It is a state of the art recreation center with hot tubs, a pool, tennis courts, weights, etc.

The unit has hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless/black appliances, 48-inch Smart Television, electric fireplace, queen-size platform (no bar!) sofa sleeper, queen-size bed in the bedroom with pillow top mattress, and a separate dinning area. Unit will sleep four comfortably!

Oktoberfest visit

We visited in early September. No skiing but otherwise a nice time to visit. Great weather. Nice size for two people. Very quiet building even though it is right on the edge of all of the restaurants, bars, and shops. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Great Location and Property

The property was totally as advertised, right on Main St. within a couple of blocks of everything. The condo was clean, had about everything I needed (including a comfortable bed), and was basically very quiet (which I appreciated). I forgot to take my hearing aids when I left, but the host texted me and is shipping them. I hope it's available when I plan next years 4th of July trip to Breck.

Great location!

Great location for skiing and restaurants. It's an older property but well maintained. Although the smell of weed from an adjoining property was strong for a couple of nights, even with a purifier. Owner was quick and responsive when contacted.

Quick ski trip

Location is everything! 2 minute walk to gondola. Very quiet complex. Kitchen was well stocked, appreciate the kitchen scissors and extra baggies! Shower had good pressure. Bed was a little soft for our taste. Check in and out was seamless. Outdoor parking but was right next to the building.

Great ski in/out at Breck

I had a great time staying here with a friend for a snowboarding trip. I took a United flight that had a bus connection to Breckenridge. The property was down the street making it very easy getting there without a car. It was great how close it was to the Gondola. I would def recommend stay again in the future.

Excellent location

Excellent location facing Breck Main Street and just a few steps from the gondola. The property is a bit dated but offers a fantastic value compared to recently built properties there. I have no complaints other than the linen/coverlet in the bedroom lend themselves to incredible static electricity build up. To a point that I have developed a reflexive fear of touching bedpost or a switch anticipating a serious jolt.... But this is not a big deal. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Will recommend to a friend and will gladly stay there in the future. P.S.: one minor thing. It is rather easy to lock yourself out by locking the lower lock. That is, if you use the lower lock to lock from the inside, then when opening the door the lock would remain set and you may end up locking the door when going out such that digital lock won't open it. So keep the key as a backup in your pocket at all times. I got myself locked out this way. Unless I did something else wrong.... A call to a property manager had it resolved quickly.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

It's such an awesome location. We've stayed where we can ski-in/ski-out but then it's a cold walk to town and back. Here it's only a few steps to the gondola (which makes it almost ski-in/out) AND it's only 1-2 blocks to all the restaurants and shops. No more running to get back because we're freezing! It's also an easy drive up to Vail, Keystone, or Copper if we want to ski there a day or two. In summer we love to wander to the nearby hiking trails, museums, and arts district or jump on the bike trail to Frisco just across the street.
