8 couchages dans des lits .... nouvelle reine Murphy remplaçant le canapé-lit ... une autre personne sur un canapé en bas ...... 9 adultes MAX ..... ignorer les 12 ...... 4 tapis pour enfants .... aussi ... 4 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains, cuisine et salles de bains en granit et en acier récemment rénovées avec une gamme complÚte d'appareils électroménagers Cuisinart. Maßtre King, deuxiÚme chambre avec lit king, des jumeaux dans la troisiÚme chambre et lit queen dans le bureau / quatriÚme chambre. Air conditionné, wifi, grande piscine chauffée et un spa en aprÚs-midi ensoleillé cour. Grande cour de jardin avec tables 4/4 des siÚges et beaucoup de chaises et de chaises. PrÚs des plages de La Jolla et Pacific Beach. Cette maison est pas vraiment grand - 2000 pieds ... Dimension de la chambre sont en moyenne ..... et trÚs calme. Il dispose d'un beau salon avec des meubles de collecte Kreiss et le Maßtre est tout Stickley.
L'attraction de la maison est la famille et les espaces de divertissement. Grande chambre en bas des escaliers de la famille et de home cinéma avec magnétoscope / DVR .. grande piscine chauffée adjacente est trÚs attrayant et fonctionnel ... avec grande longueur du tour et un grand jacuzzi spa pouvant accueillir 8 à 10 .... récent mis à niveau à plusieurs téléviseurs intelligents avec Netflix.

Wonderful home and a very welcoming, thoughtful and considerate host. The house is in a scenic and quiet part of Pacific Beach with lots nearby (groceries, restaurants, beach, ...) - very spacious and well-kept, with the highlight being the walled patio and pool area at the back. Joe is a fantastic host, providing everything needed for a fantastic stay and always checking in to make sure everything is going well. Definitely hope to return!

We had excellent few days in Joe’s houseThe place exceeded our expectations both with fully equipped short time rental spaces, personal charm and privacy that it offered. We had a great stay. The pool and hot tub are amazing, and the kitchen was well stocked. The house is a couple of blocks from a nice park (and a great spot for watching 4th of July fireworks, I might add).

Awesome!

My college besties stayed in this home for 4 nights. There were 8 of us. Our experience exceeded our expectations. It was so, so good. The owner was very communicative and went above and beyond supplying helpful items in the house. The property was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect- quiet and relaxing yet a short Uber ride to most things. We walked to the beach one day- totally doable if you want some exercise (about an hour walk each way with one large hill). The real gem of this property is the back yard/pool/hot tub. So private and gorgeous. We spent a lot of time relaxing outside. We are already talking about wanting to come back! Can't recommend enough staying here.

Fantastic Place

We had a great time staying here with 4 adults and 2 kids. The pool and hot tub were amazing, both heated and warmed up very quickly! Location is 15-20 min driving from almost everything you want to visit in San Diego (zoo, beaches, downtown, etc) so very central. Owner was super friendly and responsive. We would love to stay here again!

Convenient, nice place with great pool

Good location to downtown and beaches. Kitchen, bathrooms, laundry all well-stocked. Heated pool and hot tub were lovely! Easy communication with owner. Good sized home for family needing 4 bedrooms.

Great location!

This property is tucked into a great neighborhood (on a cul-de-sac) with close access to just about everything you might need. The home design is compact, but nice. We really appreciated that it is well-stocked with basics that one needs (eg dishes, paper products, garbage bags, etc). The real star of the show, however, is the beautiful backyard with pool and hot tub. It isn’t fully private, but enough so that you feel comfortable and at ease. The owner was great with communication and there was always someone available to call if needed. We would stay here again.

Large and fenced backyard

Nice house with beautiful backyard

This was the best vacation home for our family gathering in San Diego. Joe’s house was great because it was close to most tourist attractions. Also, having a Trader Joe’s and Costco nearby made grocery shopping very convenient. Above all, the house had a beautifully landscaped backyard and a heated pool, so our kids enjoyed swimming every day. I would recommend this house to families visiting San Diego.

Great spot for a family

the house is set up perfectly for a family group. The back yard is gorgeous, we spent a lot of time hanging out in the pool playing cards and relaxing. The location was perfect for going down to the beach and close to all the fun San Diego spots.

Lovely heated pool and location

Joes house was perfect for our family getting together. We especially loved the pool and jacuzzi. Comfortable beds and large kitchen. Walked to Kate sessions park was so pretty.

Fun in the Sun

The weather was great so we soaked up the back yard with the swimming pool & the hot tub. It was a perfect setting. When we did come inside for Thanksgiving and other breakfasts & dinners, the seating for 8 adults & 3 children was perfect along with all the kitchen accommodations for complete dinners including Thanksgiving. We all had a great time!!

Welcoming Home

House was in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Close to Pacific Beach and La Jolla. When we weren’t out enjoying San Diego we relaxed by pool and spa resulting in an amazing family get together. We were 9 adults and the accommodations were perfect. Joe was wonderful to work with, readily available with any questions we had. Highly recommend this home and Joe. A very memorable stay!!!

Back Yard Paradise

The house was a perfect fit for our two families with kids. Close to everything in LaJolla and PB the split level house was great with good spacing. The back years was very impressive one of the best he has seen according to my brother who lives in the area and seen many over the years. Are whole party loved our stay and would recommend it to others.

Beautiful space, indoor and out

The outdoor space is phenomenal, with a spacious pool and hot tub, as well as plenty of space for relaxing. The indoor space was comfortable clean. Communication was smooth and prompt.

San Diego with a Pool

We had a very nice stay. The property has a pool and spa that can be heated. A very spacious back yard with tables and bbq grill. Kitchen had all the cook ware needed to serve. The bedrooms were roomy. We enjoyed looking at all of the memorabilia that has been collected from the owner. Neighborhood was central to activities, beach, shopping & parks. If you need a roomy place to stay, this is the place.

I am Joe Graham...a retired real estate broker and apartment developer. This one of my homes. It has family pictures, expensive furnishings, lots of neat appliances and lots of love in it care. I live here part of the time. Some of my clothes may be pushed back in the closet. I prefer a weekly rental, but would do long weekends and maybe a month. I use a real estate office (mine) to process the funds and am a past President of the La Jolla Realtors Assn (4 times in 38 years) and of the county San Diego Association of Realtors (12,000 members). There are scam rentals around...this is rock solid...it is as advertised...I get great reviews......look at the visual tour. This is a no noise property> The neighbors will call the police on noise after 10 pm. No late parties.

Affordable, close to the beaches...and if the size fits...a real good buy. Nice Beach hotels get minimum 300$ a night...you can get a whole furnished home...pool spa air conditioning, barbecue out side entertaining area for about the same. Just no fraternity/sorority groups...this is not Animal House...it is a deluxe family home....I rent to family groups. NOTE:WE HAVE THE HOME CLEANED....MINIMUM CLEANING FEE IS $198 ACTUAL COST. . NO NOISE NO PARTY RENTAL - PLEASE CHECK BEDROOM COUNT. Adjacent rented Granny Flat, total private fenced from Main house.

4 Bedroom home with extra Media room with big leather couch. Huge entertaining back yard, quiet cul-de-sac, deluxe furnishings, washer dryer and all the bells and whistles. Fully fully furnished....paper products, spices....other recent questions...yes beach towels, hair dryer, curling iron....

8 or 9 adults....4 sleeper mats for kids....
