Notre unitĂ© idĂ©alement situĂ©e est nichĂ©e entre la forĂȘt d'Aspen et la riviĂšre San Miguel Ă  l'extrĂ©mitĂ© est de la ville. C'est une promenade facile de 2 Ă  3 minutes le long du River Trail jusqu'Ă  Town Park (c'est-Ă -dire le terrain du festival) ou la tĂ©lĂ©cabine et l'ascenseur 8, tandis que le centre ou la ville, avec ses nombreux magasins et restaurants, est Ă  seulement 3 pĂątĂ©s de maisons une façon. Dans l'ensemble, un quartier calme, mais toujours pratique pour tous.

Le condo est un 2 br / 2ba. Il y a aussi un grand canapé-lit en cuir américain confortable dans le salon, qui est considéré comme l'un des dormeurs les plus confortables

Le condo est une unitĂ© d'extrĂ©mitĂ©, avec un bain Ă  remous pour 8 personnes juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. Le pont donne directement sur un Ă©tang alimentĂ© par la riviĂšre San Miguel, tandis que l'autre cĂŽtĂ© recule vers une forĂȘt d'Aspen et le Bear Creek Trail Head (l'une des meilleures randonnĂ©es de Telluride et facilement accessibles). Il y a un accĂšs skis aux pieds intermĂ©diaire qui mĂšne de Telluride Trail Ă  la tĂȘte de Bear Creek Trail, mais cela peut ĂȘtre un peu difficile Ă  trouver la premiĂšre fois.

A nice place in a very convenient location for summer fun in Telluride. Riverside Condominiums are at the head of Bear Creek Trail, steps from the beaver pond, and a peaceful walk along the river trail to the gondola and Town Park. A grocery store, the library, restaurants, and shops are also nearby.

Great location in a beautiful town

Location location location. This property is in a great location. It was a short walk to the gondola yet still set back just enough to be in a quiet area. Loved it. View of the mountains right off of the living room (pictures in the listing do not do it justice) and every morning loved watching skiers and dog walkers make their way down the walking trail. Ran into a couple of bumps during our stay but contacted the host and they were very responsive and made things right. I appreciate that very much. Thankful for the host!!

Location Location Location

This rental was beautifully located only a couple blocks from downtown, the gondola, and beaver pond. You could walk directly out of the parking lot onto a nice hike to a waterfall. The porch has a pleasant view of a pond and the walking trail. Very comfortable.

Amazing vacation rental for skiing and families

This was a great location for our group. It was walking distance to the gondola/slopes and I while doubt they can claim ski-in ability, there is a trail that leads right to the condo. The town with restaurants and shops are a short walk and the hot tub is close by. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our week.

Telluride Paradise

Really enjoyed staying in this property. We put our skis on one block from the unit and used the river trail to glide to the gondola which took approximately five minutes. The property is well cared for and had everything you could want including a great hot tub. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Telluride!

Fall Colors

We kind of waited to book for a few days in the fall. Turned out we were hitting peak colors. This place is in a perfect location. A main hiking trail is across the parking lot (60 feet), river trail is at the door, and you can walk into to town in minutes. I hit the bakery every day. Unit is nice, had everything we needed. There were a few other places that were a bit less, but this one had it all. Would stay again.

Perfect location!

We had such a wonderful time in Telluride! It was our first time there and didn’t know where to stay. We loved this location! There is a view of the river and a walking trail all the way to the lift. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Everything is within walking distance and some of the best restaurants are very close. Would definitely stay here again. Communication was prompt!

Loved our stay!

1st time visiting Telluride for the fall colors with our 2 young adult kids and we all loved it! It’s a beautiful condo located close to downtown and the gondola but it’s in a quiet area with a private patio that was gorgeous stargazing in the evening enjoying the fall weather and when enjoying my morning coffee :-) Only stayed one evening and it was well worth it. Would definitely stay again. The choice of sleeping arrangements was great and we greatly appreciated the two bathrooms!! It seemed to have everything you need if you’re staying for an extended period of time. The decor is very modern and cozy. No problems with check in or check out.

Extended weekend for Imogene Pass Run

To be fair I would rate this condo as a 4.4. Sure was great to work with and it is a convenient place to stay in Telluride. There is no view from the condo as it is a lower level, windows had some mold around trim and one window was broke and very difficult to close. Please realize I can be a tough critic and overall this is a great condo for a family or several adults. It is just plain tough to beat Telluride for a long weekend. We had Thai food at Siam and it was wonderful. Also we like the rooftop bars at the Sheraton hotel and the Last Dollar Saloon. We will be back👍😁

Nice Condo in a great location. Close to the Gondola. Only negative was there was no cable TV. Owner tried to help but it never came on. We weren't watching much TV so not a big deal for us

Soon after moving to the Southwest in 2011, my wife and I visited Telluride and quickly found, as many others do, that this little town makes a big impression. We now split our time between Colorado and Northern Arizona. We would love to share our place and hope you love it like we do!

We first came to Telluride to ski, then returned during every season of the year. Whether covered in blankets of powdery snow, carpeted in fields of wildflowers, or colored gold with aspens - the beauty was extraordinary. But Telluride is more than a majestic box canyon. We love its storied history and architecture, the endless hikes and bike trails, outsized cultural events and festivals, the weekly summer farmer's market offering local produce, the library (Really. It's amazing!)... We could go on.

Location! River! Quiet neighborhood, yet truly convenient to everything! Easy walk along River Trail to festival grounds or Gondola and lift 8. Great restaurants all around you. Will sleep 7 with queen sized American Leather Comfort Sleeper in living room.
