This is a great place to stay in South Haven, close to everything and with access to the beach basically right out the back door is awesome. Owner of the condo is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We had an issue with the kitchen sink when we arrived, and he had someone out immediately to take care of. I would highly recommend this place if you were looking to book a vacation in South Haven. I hope my group of friends, and I can come all agree on a week for next Summer. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in the condo. The location is perfect for families with easy access to the beach. The condo is set up well for our family of 2 adults and 2 younger kids. Our kids loved all the board games stocked in the game closet. Marc was super helpful, sending check in info well in advance of our stay, and helping us get the AC replaced within hours when it died in the middle of a heat wave. Thanks for having us!

Wow, what a location. The lake is right outside your door, the pool was still open in Sept. the beach was private and beautiful! We worked while there and the WiFi was excellent. But the little touches made this place amazing, hooks everywhere, lots of towels, space to unpack into dressers, hangers in the closet, toothbrush holders, etc etc. Marc is a wonderful host!! We plan on going back again.

Great location in South Haven

We had a fabulous time exploring South Haven and some surrounding towns. The Allen’s property was in a great location and was walkable to Downtown. The apartment was well-stocked and a perfect size for the four of us. The beach was amazing and we enjoyed watching the sunsets from the shared deck area.

Perfect place to stay

We could have never ask for a better place to stay. This gem is loaded with anything and everything you might need. The kitchen is completely stocked including a wonderful keurig with some great flavors. I could have stayed forever. The sunset out the back is a sight to see. There isnt a negative thing to say! Thank you for sharing your little bit of heaven with us.

Summer Vacation

This was the 5th time that my husband and two sons have stayed in the Allen’s condo. We absolutely love the location and the pool! This year the pool was like bath water. It was so relaxing. You can’t beat all of the seating on the deck to watch the beautiful sunsets! We are already planning for next summer!

Great by the lake

I enjoyed my stay at this VRBO. The property manager was very respondent and easy to work with. The apartment was well maintained and comfortable. The only issue I had was an issue with the heating system. When the furnace was turned on for the building the heat would not control. It was up to 80f. I had to sleep with the windows open.

Great sunsets on the deck and easy walk to town

We have stayed in this building several times and have enjoyed every visit. The condo has 2 good-sized bedrooms and was very well supplied with everything we needed! Although it's not on the beach side of the building, I could sit near the window on the couch and hear the waves roll in (if the window was open), and had a partial view of the waves as well. Sunsets on the deck and walks along the shore were fabulous. Although it was too cold for us to swim in mid-May, we brought kayaks and were able to store them in front of the building on the beach and paddle around the lighthouse pier and up the channel. (We parked them at the Municipal marina and went to lunch downtown). It's only a 10-15 minute walk from the condo to all the downtown stores/restaurants, as well as the incredibly cheap movie theater. We appreciated having the laundry room in the basement, and the well-stocked kitchen. 5 min walk along the beach to the ice cream/snack hut in the summer. Thanks for a great stay!

No So Good

The property is in a good location, but the condo was dirty. It smelled bad too. The air conditioner is not adequate to cool the whole apartment. The air conditioner is a window unit and is located in the living room. The cool air does not reach the bedrooms or the bathroom. Plus, the air conditioner smells bad. Could hardly stand to turn it on. If it wasn't for the box fans in the condo, it would have been miserable. The beds are not comfortable. I was truly disappointed, because the location was really nice.

This place was perfect. Clean. Great location. Stocked with bathroom and kitchen supplies which made life easier. Great comfy space for a small family. Beds not the most comfy, but everything else more than made up for it. Would totally stay here again and again.

Nice condo by the lake

Everything we needed for a stay by the lake. Went during winter, but still enjoyed stepping outside to see the lake. Very well appointed and everything we needed to cook our own meals. Loved that there is laundry on site. Will definitely look to stay here again!
