We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Christmas at this beautiful property. The owner was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions we had. The home is in a great location, not far from the beach. We definitely plan on returning for another amazing stay!

Great time in Siesta Key

The house is absolutely beautiful, very clean and very spacious. The owner was super responsive to any question that I had prior to and during the stay. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

The home and location was exceptional. It was wonderful to spend time in the pool and sitting on the dock by the canal. The property is located close to the beach and the village. I would absolutely love to stay again.

A Family Vaca Ten.

We just returned from our stay and it was fabulous. The house was nearly perfect. The location was outstanding, the cleanliness was great, the pool was great, having the kids toys, pack-n-play and beach stuff was wonderful. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed it. Bikes were wonderful to have. 3/4 mi to bars, restaurants, shops, small grocery store. 1 mi to beach access. Extremely safe location. 1 and 1/2 mi drive to main public beach with bathrooms, lifeguards, etc. We also rented a kayak and nightfished the docklights in the grand canal for snook every night. Fish everywhere! Good times.

Fantastic private home with lovely grounds and pool

Michael has a gem of a home in a fantastic location which is both private and comfortable while being close to the beach and the village. The shade palm trees lit up around the private courtyard and heated pool gave us a homey feel while we rode the provided bikes to the beach and the village every day. Large spread out interior gave us plenty of private sleeping space with a large central kitchen and dining room to congregate after long sunny days at the pool or at the beach. Michael was in constant contact if we needed anything. Bravo to Michael and can’t wait until next years visit which we booked already!

Truly Excellent; when can we come back !

We have used Home Away / Vacation Rentals for about ten years and we're from the UK.Yet again it was better value to travel to the USA than go to Europe when everything is factored in. We have been fortunate to have stayed in some remarkable properties. Michael's beautiful house is one of those and we had a superb stay. The Booking Process: Michael is a wonderful host who replied very quickly to emails when we had questions about the property before we confirmed our booking. Nothing was an issue for him and he provided not only information about the house but about the locality and where was good to eat, shop and general activities. The House: this is a wonderful single level property on a beautiful quiet road. The rear of the property has a dock area with seating racing the inland waterway and we had many morning cups of tea there. The front of the property has large carriage driveway and comfortably fitted our two large SUVs. Within the private wall at the front is good sized swimming pool and more than adequate, quality sun loungers, chairs, tables and more seating under the canopy. Look carefully and there's secure mounting for a lovely hammock. Inside the house it is HUGE and fully equipped; so much so that when Michael said don't bring towels etc. he wasn't joking. EVERYTHING is provided for guests; all you need to bring are some clothes and food. The kitchen and dining area is massive with a fully equipped kitchen. All the bedrooms are spotless and big; except the master bedroom which is gigantic. The master has an en suite bathroom which I suspect is bigger than most people's bedrooms! Comfort wise, this property is excellent with quality fittings throughout and I cannot imagine anyone being less than impressed. The beds are all comfortable with nice touches such as mattress toppers. There are countless room fans throughout in addition to good air conditioning. We were a party of 7; 4 adults, two 14 years old and a 9 year old and we had more than enough space and all had a superb time. In the huge double garage, there are bikes to use, toys for the pool, brollies for the beach etc etc. Whilst we've done Miami many times ( and love it) this was our first time back to the Gulf coast since 2009 and very first time in Siesta Key. We all loved it there, thoroughly enjoyed the house, its superb location, a terrific host and look forward to returning there in the future. Michael, thank you !

Beautiful Place To Stay

We loved everything about this place! It was light & airy, roomy, well maintained, beautifully furnished & in a safe, quiet neighborhood. We spent most of our time out by the pool. Even when raining, there was a covered area with a comfy sectional & 2 chairs that you could lounge on. There is a half bath outside by the pool which is a nice touch. The dock area is a beautiful place to go (especially in the morning to see the sunrise) There are several bikes, a couple of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a cooler, lots of beach toys & plenty of beach towels. The kitchen/dining areas are very spacious & comfortable & had everything we needed. The master bedroom/bathroom is huge! Jacuzzi tub & huge shower with 3 heads. 2 large walk in closets & a conventional closet. The other 3 bedrooms(on the other side of the house) are also large & comfortable. The house & pool area have a whole house sound system. A great addition to your poolside fun! It's a short walk to town or the beach. Close to everything. Michael is great to work with & quick to answer any & all questions or concerns.

Peace and tranquillity

Lovely house in a great situation minutes from Siesta Key village and beach. Excellent facilities,private pool and boat deck on inland waterway. Owner very responsive and helpful,can't speak too highly of this property

Great home

Fantastic home for our party of 7 with great layout. Shared spaces are spacious and comfortable. Great outside space with large pool which kids spent every possible moment in. Very good location, close to village which has numerous bars and restaurants and of course beautiful beaches. When we had small problem with one of the doors, owner respondec straight away and sorted out. Peaceful location. Would definitely visit again.

Excellent Location for a Family Vacation

A wonderful four bedroom home that was the perfect size for our family vacation. We really enjoyed the full size swimming pool with a bathroom outside of the home. The size and layout of the home allowed our family plenty of space. The home was clean and very well equipped with extra items that we would not need to pack the next time we travel there...such as beach towels, sand toys, pool toys, umbrellas, and beach chairs. The property was very private and nicely landscaped and located very close to the Village and beach. We will definitely come back in the future.

Perfect family Getaway

We loved our stay at this house. It is in a great location - walking on the canopied roads, biking to town and beach. Very quiet and peaceful. When our kids and their babies came, the outside pool area became our hangout as there is great sun and great shade. The house is clean and spacious, especially the common areas. It was great to have bikes, stroller, and beach toys already there. We will be back!

Excellent House for Vacation !!!

Very Nice House!!! is in great condition and have all the amenities that you need, location is perfect, close to the village and the beach, also close to everything, supermarkets, downtown, retail stores; the owner Michael is a great person, very worried about everything. Highly recommended.
