Cottage restauré dans la rue de la plage ~ 5 BR / 3 BA

Miller Beach est une petite communauté en front de mer à moins de 1 heure de Chicago. Cette accessibilité et le fait qu'elle frise l'Indiana Dunes font un petit bijou caché. Cette maison de lumière et lumineux est situé en face de la plage avec un joli chemin juste en face de la maison.

La maison a été complètement mis à jour en 2015 et a maintenant une toutes les caractéristiques d'une grande maison pour toutes les saisons. L'aménagement ouvert du premier étage vous donne un lieu de détente pour sortir avec des amis ou en famille. Il ya amplement d'espace pour les familles multiples. La maison va dormir 12 personnes confortablement.

La maison offre un premier étage ouverte et une cheminée de feu de bois chaleureux et confortable. La cuisine ouverte est magnifique avec une cuisinière à gaz, lave-vaisselle, et une grande île. Le plan d'étage ouvert offre une grande salle à manger, salon spacieux près de la cheminée et une table de jeu séparée. La première salle d'eau-de-chaussée a un sou étage- voir si vous pouvez trouver la tête ou de l'acier indien centime!

La chambre principale est spacieuse et dispose d'un lit queen avec un coin salon et vue sur le lac. La 2ème chambre a un lit queen. La salle de bain principale est grande avec une douche séparée avec douche de pluie et de poche, une grande baignoire séparée et une grande vanité avec 2 lavabos. Le deuxième étage dispose également d'un coin salon confortable au sommet de l'escalier avec vue sur le lac qui est excellent pour la lecture!

Il ya 3 chambres supplémentaires à l'étage inférieur. Le niveau inférieur dispose également d'un coin salon supplémentaire, et une buanderie. La salle de bain de niveau inférieur a une douche et 2 lavabos séparées avec des portes de poche offrant intimité permettant plus d'une personne utilise en même temps.

Le pont arrière est grande et a un gril à gaz et une table et des chaises. Parking pour 3 voitures.

Revenez de la plage, faire cuire votre viande préférée sur le gril ou tout simplement se détendre sur le pont. Tous les draps sont fournis.

Well-equipped, cozy, comfy cottage just a few steps from the beach. Extremely well-stocked kitchen with an open floor plan made it easy to cook, entertain, and visit at the same time. Very clean and very quiet.

Wonderful stay

We stayed for 3 nights for a friends trip. The house was very nice, with a lot of room for hanging out inside and out. The best part was the proximity to the beach. You can easily walk to the beach from the house, and the owners provided beach chairs, towels, a wagon, and other beach needs. We had a lovely stay!

Great location and awesome time

The property was everything we needed for two families to enjoy the entire week. Location across front the beach was awesome literally a three min walk to it. The water was clear and refreshing. Our stay had a few minors issues and the host was responsive and did what was needed. Few touches are needed on the aesthetics but all in all a great location great house great Host, beautiful water and an awesome beach. That is truly a hidden gem in Miller Beach.

Great Family Time

This was our 2nd year in this house. Though we had a few minor issues this year, (which were quickly taken care of,) this was still a Wonderful and Perfect place for our family summer get-away. We'll be back!!

The perfect beach house.

Everything you could want in a vacation property. Elegant yet comfortable house and beautiful garden, steps from the beach. The children loved the spacious hot tub, making s’mores in the fire pit and lounging on the huge deck in back. Can’t wait to go back next summer!

Beach heaven

We only had a few days together as a family and didn’t want to travel far from Chicago. We were so lucky this house was available. Really great location, just steps to the beach. We enjoyed hiking in the Dunes and relaxing together at home.

Another great time at The Beach

The location and amenities are perfect for a multi-generational family vacation. We had another lovely time and plan to be back again next year. I think we've finally found "our" spot on Lake Michigan that meets all of our needs. After a second year stay, it feels like a home away from home.

Great beach getaway!

This cottage is very family friendly for cooking, playing games, gathering together either out back or just across the street at the beach. The Chicago skyline is amazing on this beach and when conditions are good, the sunset is second to none. This one is a keeper!!

Miller Beach Property

This is a beautiful property that our family absolutely enjoyed this year. Its location right across from an entrance to the beach was ideal. There were several beach toys that were used by all. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. We will be back!

Awesome location and family friendly home

With the exception of a few very minor items, our stay was fantastic! Very clean and well supplied kitchen, comfy beds and toys/books for the young ones among us (5 grandsons 7 years old to 20 months old). There is an ample supply of and dish soap, but bring your own shampoo/conditioner and shower soap or body wash.

She discovered Miller Beach in 2013, and purchased this abandoned cottage in 2014 with the desire to breathe life back into it. It was a complete labor of love, and she hopes to purchase more homes in need of repair throughout Chicago and the Miller area.
