Mark was a great host! Due to a water problem with the initial house where we were planning to stay, Mark called the day of and was able to provide us with an alternative option which turned out to be fantastic. Our family really enjoyed our time and would highly recommend our hosts!

The house was absolutely beautiful! The landscaping, hot tub, and four restroom were great assets! They had a gas grill, but we didn't use it. Very modern home! It was a nice sized group of ladies that went and we enjoyed ourselves. Next time, we would have to get a place with more bedrooms, larger beds, and a larger living room area to accommodate our group size. We spent most of our time in the kitchen area. I recommend this home to families with children since they have 2 out 5 bedrooms with bunkbeds, but not for groups with adults only.

Girls Trip

This house was perfect for our girls trip. Plenty of room, huge table we could all sit at, hot tub was nice and hot. Communication with the owner was great. We were easily able to get Ubers into town and back.

Beautiful wooded lot

Well appointed five bedroom house with four full baths. It was perfect for our family. We were able to celebrate Christmas together since my wife andI love on Michigan and our children live in the Chicago area. We had a fabulous experience!

Anniversary Celebration

We needed a home large enough to accomodate our entire family, and this place was just right. Beautiful large lawn, fire pit, hottub, and plenty of places for everyone to sleep. The location was a short drive to the beach and grocery stores. Mark was very easy to communicate with, thank you Mark. We had a great time and would return to this area again.

Perfect family get together!

My extended family stayed at this wonderful Beverly Shores house for a combined birthday celebration - and everyone had a great time! The kitchen has everything you could need, the number of bathrooms is excellent, and the house has so many different areas for people to hang out (both separately and together). Then the outside areas couldn't be beat - the landscaping is beautiful, the lawn is enormous, the seating areas are great, and everyone loved the huge fire pit and hot tub! Plus the beach is super close. Mark was a great host, and we would definitely stay again.

Great vacation spot

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The landscaping and grounds are incredible. You feel like you are in a forest oasis. I stayed with a group of neighbors with toddlers and we all had a blast. We saw wild turkey with babies in the yard, played outside, grilled, and enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The rooms are not very large but we only used the rooms for sleeping and enjoyed the outside the most. I highly recommend!

Great Family Trip

We rented this home to celebrate my 40th birthday. The house was perfect. We loved gathering around the inside and outside tables to eat and drink. The hot tub was large and a family favorite. This home was clean and had extra items we didn’t even think we would need. The pictures of the small pond in the front of the property hardly capture how peaceful and beautiful that element is. The home is very close to the Dunes beach and the check in process was super easy. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Beautiful property

The house sits on a beautiful, wooded lot and the outdoor areas are meticulously maintained. The jacuzzi/hot tub wasn't fully functional, but because we didn't try it until the last day we didn't bother asking for it to be fixed. We had lots of fun times around the fire pit. Rooms are smaller than they look in pictures but the beds are comfortable, bathrooms and the kitchen have nice finishes, common areas indoors were on the small side for our group. Owner was very responsive to the 1-2 minor issues we had. Beverly Shores isn't very impressive, but there's very easy access to the Indiana Dunes and it's a short drive to conveniences like grocery stores and other towns that have more to do.

Beautiful home! The yard is also beautiful and was perfect for our grandkids to explore. Comfy beds and plenty of space for our family of 15 to sleep. It is also a great location for access to Dunes NationalPark. We would stay again!

Very accommodating!!

So much space for activities! Beautiful landscaping, clean comfy beds, clean upgraded bathrooms, excellent kitchen space, huge dining table, more than enough patio furniture. Super fun place to stay near the beach! We’ll be back!

Spacious grounds and large home

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The home was large enough for a our group of 7 adults and 2 children. The kitchen is spacious and was well-equipped. We enjoyed the expansive yard and outdoor seating areas. Mosquitoes were a bit of a problem. Make sure you take repellant and I also had packed three large citronella candles that helped a little. The only other negative was the clothes dryer that only dried on one setting and laundry took a very long time to dry. If you are planning on using the fire pit, you will need to provide your own firewood.

Porter County Home, Beverly Shores

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home in Beverly Shores. The house was great...clean and spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked. The grounds were beautiful, and the home was set back from the road for privacy. I would highly recommend this property, and would stay again. Mark was a gracious host and responded quickly to a couple of questions that I had. The area provided plenty to do for entertainment and restaurants.

4th of July Girls Weekend

This place was perfect for our group of 14! We all fit comfortably and everyone had a bed to sleep on. This place is perfect for those who want a relaxed weekend. We barely left the house at all and took full advantage of the backyard, hot tub, and fire pit! The outdoor area was so great we spent very little time inside. There was 4 full bathrooms which made it easy for everyone to get ready in a timely manner when we did have activities planned. Its a short and easy drive from Chicago and I would definitely go back!

Dunes Vacation Home

A perfect property for a group of around 10-12 adults. Peaceful and private with ample parking and nice proximity to a variety of bars and activities. The property and house were clean and spacious and Mark was super responsive to any and all messages. Thanks for a great weekend!
