We welcome guests to send us any questions they may have prior to booking, prior to their stay (after booking) and during their stays.

Owners were very responsive and communicative to concerns/issues. Overall, our stay was wonderful. I would suggest the kitchen tables and outdoor furniture be replaced or fixed (due wobbling, moving, table top surface old and sticky) and the pool deck be looked at. Also, for those interested in the lake access, just know the trail down to water is a hike and not for easy for small kids or older adults, same with the pool access. Would definitely come back though - I was very impressed with the owners and their willingness to immediately address some concerns we had upon checking in.

We have noted your feedback as we are continually working to improve. Our property is located on hilly lakeside terrain, encompassing several acres, and it is that very terrain that enables our breathtaking views, peace and calm, and privacy that very few properties are able to offer. We do provide the option of a Kawasaki side-by-side rental for those who would like to use it to traverse the property. We are glad your overall stay was wonderful.

This house is AMAZING! The views, the set up and literally EVERY aspect. It was so fully stocked with just about anything you might need. The kitchen had every item you might need and I appreciate that they left spies and such in the cabinet for cooking. The set up on the rooms of the house were crazy good. Each of us had a separate room AND a wonderful gathering space. Not to monetion the fun play room downstairs. The location of the house is perfect- not too far from either Springfield or Branson but stillf ar enough out to feel "in the woods" I would HIGHLY recommend this home to families.

Owners Emily and Ryan were very helpful in taking care of any issues promptly. The location and views were glorious. I imagine its stunning in the fall. Plenty of room for our 16 member family.

Great Stay during Vacay

Great large group weekend retreat!

We rented this home with three other families after we all picked up our kiddos from Kanakuk. It was a very short drive from camp (about 20 minutes) and I would highly recommend it for anyone heading that way. The views are even better than the pictures and there was plenty of space for our large group.

5 couples for Two nights

The house is beautiful. Attractive furnishings, comfortable beds, very clean, well stocked kitchen and a beautiful view. Owners are easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. We would definitely rent this house again.
