Un condominium de style jardin au deuxiÚme étage. Entrez dans le concept ouvert salon, salle à manger et cuisine. La cuisine de style cuisine offre un lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et cuisiniÚre électrique avec four autonettoyant. La salle à manger a une table spacieuse avec des siÚges pour huit. Quatre siÚges supplémentaires sont disponibles à proximité du comptoir de la cuisine. Le salon comprend un grand canapé enveloppant, une télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD, une unité de climatisation pour les chaudes journées d'été et le plaisir d'un foyer au gaz pour les froides nuits d'hiver. Le pont arriÚre généreux est accessible par une porte coulissante dans le salon. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une unité de climatisation ainsi que d'une salle de bain privée attenante et d'une porte coulissante séparée sur le pont arriÚre. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen, télévision et une unité de climatisation tandis que la troisiÚme et derniÚre chambre a deux ensembles de lits superposés et une télévision. Comfortable, good appliances and grill. A little messy hangers strewn in closets, pans in every cabinet,nothing serious. Liked the grounds and pools. It may be a good idea to provide a deck of cards, a game or puzzle. Game that is there has many pieces missing.Overall a nice quiet place convenient to everything. Thank -you.

Perfect Location

The condo was a great location. Close to all of our favorite local attractions. The sports club was an added bonus to our stay! Gorgeous views! Definitely will visit again. Wish the kitchen was a bit more equipped but overall sufficient!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo had the cheapest furniture in the bedrooms. It was falling apart and stained. The master bedroom mattress was so horrible that I thought it was a blow-up mattress. The spreads and blankets appeared to be at least 10 years old. The remotes for every single Tv were not working correctly. The rug throughout the condo was filthy. The condition was sad for a high-end rental resort. You could get better accommodations at Motel 6. Skip this unit.

Comfortable unit in great shape with A/C in all rooms, located a quick walk to the pool. Easy access to all the restaurants along Main St in town (less than 5 min drive) and to the highway into Franconia Notch. Would definitely look to stay again next time we're in town!

Clean and comfortable stay

This property is in a nice location and the space has a great layout. Very clean. Mattresses were comfortable. We were pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely location

Great Place! Spectacular Views!

Reviewer Comments: I knew we would have a great stay from the moment we booked, since a phone came shortly after booking to ensure everything we need would be taken care of. Our stay was over Columbus Day weekend so it was busy as ever in Lincoln but we were prepared for that. Our place was better than described! Very spacious and the views were awesome and full of color! The only downside was the portable air conditioners were still installed and the window vents were still in which made the very drafty. The temperature a night got to the mid 30's while we were there so two of the bedrooms got chilly at night. I'm sure if it were warmer there wouldn't be more concern. Extra blankets heled but it's a detail that was probably overlooked.

Our visit

The place was very clean and neat. When we arrived, it was very hot and the portable air conditioners were not running. It took a full 24 hours to cool the place off. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was no umbrella on the patio as pictures. It was very close to the tennis courts and club house/pool and that was great. If you are looking for basic, no frills space, you won’t be disappointed

Great Location

Located within minutes of everything yet tucked away enough that you feel like you are in the mountains. Unit could use some updating. Stains on carpet, furniture chipped, deck boards need tending. Master bed looked like it had been sat on before we arrived. But the amenities were great for 3 couples. TV and A/C in every bedroom and LR. Beds were extremly comfortable. .No noice heard from neighbors. Kitchen had everything we needed. We'd go back.

The condo was in excellent condition, beds and linens were clean and comfy, air conditioning in every bedroom and main living space, kitchen was well stocked, coffee machine (auto drip) worked well, indoor and outdoor pools were well maintained and staff was always checking on conditions and cleaning up in the pool and exercise areas. Grounds were beautiful and our dog thoroughly enjoyed the daily walks around the pond. We will definitely stay again!

Lincoln 4th of July stay

We had a great time in Lincoln and staying at this condo. Very close to everything. Condo was spacious and very clean. We would definitely stay again! They also pet friendly which is great - we were able to bring our Boston terrier with us - so that is a huge plus for pet owners!
