Détails luxueux de bon goût à cette nouvelle maison de plage. Cette incroyable villa Beach Club a été entièrement rénovée de fond en comble. Les installations et la décoration magnifiques font de cette villa une retraite de vacances élégante et sophistiquée. Une nouvelle cuisine personnalisée est dotée d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, de plans de travail en quartz et est entièrement équipée pour cuisiner un repas familial. De nouveaux revêtements de sol et accessoires ajoutent au charme. Cette villa dispose de 3 chambres et de 3 salles de bains complètes. Chaque chambre a une salle de bain complète avec du carrelage posé à la main qui comporte une belle étagère murale incrustée. Les grandes télévisions à écran plat montées sur les murs comprennent un salon de 55 pouces, une chambre King de 50 pouces au rez-de-chaussée et une télévision de 32 pouces dans les chambres de la reine à l'étage supérieur. Le placard à l'étage du couloir a une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse superposables à chargement frontal pour les charges pleine taille pour le lavage pendant votre séjour.

Cette unité est proche de tout, avec la piscine communautaire juste de l'autre côté de votre patio privé. Vous pouvez voir la piscine de la maison. Le patio a des murs pour une agréable sensation de détente et de solitude. Le patio est assez spacieux et peut accueillir suffisamment de personnes pour dîner à l'extérieur ou se détendre et prendre un verre pendant que les enfants jouent. Il se trouve à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la plage et comprend 4 chaises de plage et un chariot de plage pour rendre votre journée dans le sable encore plus pratique. Great family stay

This place was perfect for our family. We loved being right by the pool! The walk to the beach was further than expected especially with hauling an 8 month old so we just parked at Coligny beach parking lot. The beach chairs were great!

Family Fun

Great vacation. Accommodations were perfect. Was worried about it being far from the beach but it wasn’t far at all. I could leave for the beach a little after 9:00 am, take tent to beach to claim our spot and be back at the condo by 9:25 am. Nice being within walking distance of Coligny too.

Hilton head vacation

Overall, great stay. The unit was clean and was a great fit for our party, 4 adults/2 kids. Pool was the best amenity, only steps away and very nice. Beach was a 10 min. Walk which was a bit too much for my elderly parents, but fine for adults and kids. Bikes and beach chairs/wagon was also nice. Overall, great stay and we hope to return again!

Our stay was great! Started rough with broken bed frame and missed trash under 2 beds. But management was right on it with maintenance man on site and made repairs/cleaned.

Clean and Airy

The condo is well sized and the area is quiet. We could walk to the giant playground in minutes and the beach within a few more. We bought a few more kid friendly items for the kitchen and needed some blankets. The bikes were not included with the condo like the images indicated. So we had to sort out more activities. Overall great!

Excellent experience!

Our stay was lovely! The property was exactly as advertised. The unit was very clean and well appointed. A few more plastic dishes and cups would have been helpful for our grandchildren. The walk to the beach was doable, even with a two year old. We did drive to the three 15 minute parking spaces by the Seaside Villas/beach access and dropped people and beach supplies off a few times too. Having the pool outside our patio was also so convenient. We had a great time at the beach and love HHI. Thank you for making our vacation that much more enjoyable!

Two drawbacks... there is an HVAC unit off the kitchen that is loud. It shuts on and off throughout the day and only mini blinds as a barrier, no door?! Also, the general outdoor maintenance needs improvement. Sticks and leaves everywhere. It was a great visit despite crowds.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful place that is totally updated and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It has a nice back patio with table/chairs with the pool entrance only a few steps from the patio. On the front patio there is a Storage box that contains new beach chairs and a wagon for use and a bike rack if you bring/rent bikes. We Rented Bikes from the place in front of Holiday Inn Express. Walking distance to the beach and Coligny Plaza (figured out a short cut by walking past the pool to the other side of the complex - turn left at the parking lot and then right at the entrance). We will definitely book this place again.

The dishes were dirty and so was the bedding upstairs. We just ran the dishwasher and washed the sheets when we got in. Location was great and the courtyard was wonderful with kids and access to the beach. Would stay again!

Spacious condo to visit again and again

This is a wonderful place to stay at HHI. Just a short walk from the beach and Coligny Plaza. Spacious condo was perfect for our family of 5 adults--plenty of space to be together and plenty of space for privacy. Condo was well-supplied and everything was in good working order. Very quiet location--might have been because it was mid-October. We enjoyed the private outdoor space, too. And we made excellent use of the provided bicycles, beach chairs and the wagon to transport stuff to the beach. We have stayed at several HHI properties--all nice--but the Beach Villas was a hands-down favorite, and we hope to return again and again.

Nice amenities.Great location to walk to the beach. Really appreciated the four bikes and the four beach chairs. Nicely remodeled villa. It was great to have the pool right behind us.Only concern was the front door and the back door had some issues.

Can't complain about anything! Clean and comfortable. Loved the included bikes and beach chairs. We could walk or ride bikes to lots of restaurants and shopping. Would stay again!
