Great week in Nashville

This house was perfect for our group of 10 friends visiting Nashville. Plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces. Easy to get to Nashville with Uber. The house is close to Walmart, Costco

Host was fine. We found that the back doors were unlocked. Host sent a sliding door lock and we figured out how to lock the doors to the enclosed patio. Only one side of the toaster worked. Needs to be replaced. Only one wine glass in the house. Should have a set of glasses. No serving bowls. Smoke alarm battery needed to be replaced and then didn't work. Suggest the host visit the property to update a number of things. Location is beautiful.

House was nice and we had room for 5 couples. Our issue was that the only place all 10 of us could be together was the at dining room table. Neither gathering area had enough seats (one had room for 5, the other only 3). Both rooms were large enough for more furniture to allow everyone to be together. Some minor maintenance is needed (ie, stair rail very loose, crack in tub covered with duct tape). None of these issues made us dislike our stay but could have improved it.

Overall the house was big enough for the 10 of us and plenty of hang out space for everyone.There are some things we did not love about the property that will prevent us from returning.The closet where the trash can is kept, smells like a dead animal at all times. The back door / slider door out to the pool does not lock leaving us feeling insecure going to sleep at night in a neighborhood we are uncomfortable in. Also, staying with young children and the doors not locking out to the pool didn’t feel great. The gas fire pit advertised is very old and rickety and we couldn’t get it to light. The actual fire pit is a hike up a hill and there were only 2 chairs so we opted not to use.In the instructions when we were told to remove all linens from the beds, we found our pillows in one of the down stairs bedrooms to be stained. The property needs some major upkeep as it is not as the amenities are not as advertised.

Layout was big enough and plenty of room for the 13 of us. Backyard patio and pool were a big hit as well as the game room in the garage was an evening hit.

Excellent accommodations with prompt host correspondence

We loved the layout of the home and the pool table & foosball table in the game room.Lots of kitchen supplies but may want to update spices.The two large gathering rooms are very comfortable but could use a little more seating. The beds were pretty comfortable.Wish we could have used the outdoor are! We may have to come back in the summer!

December stay

This place was comfortable. The beds were nice (memory foam in good condition) and there is nice space to spread out if you need. In the summer the pool and patio area would be awesome. There is definitely good privacy for the pool as the house is on a very large lot. Our family did enjoy the pool table but at times we were wishing for some table games. Definitely could have been a little cleaner.

Pre thanksgiving get together

Overall we had a good time. Ages from 15-83. Ample about of space for sleeping, relaxing, eating. Enjoyed the game room. Things aren’t too far away but some of the roads to get there are dark and winding. Had plenty to prepare Thanksgiving dinner but needed a couple serving dishes. Some of the areas are harder to access for older guests with limited mobility. Very well kept and easy to access.

“Everything was the way we expected and described on the VRB .. The only thing that we thought needed improvement was the grass was a little high and around the pool the weeds were high and growing over the wall. There were also many fallen leaves around the pool. The pool chairs, table, and game toys were dirty. We arrived on Thursday 10/03/2024 and left on Tuesday 10/08/2024 and on Sunday morning we woke up with the noise of the lawn mow crew cutting the grass. They were there for an extended period of time and I thought having the crew there was a little inconsiderate since it was very noisy, blew pollen around, and we wanted to sleep in later that day. But beside that 
 WE loved the place; location and we would come back. 😊 “

Wonderful, quiet getaway for the whole family!

This quiet, spacious house was exactly what our family needed after needing to quickly leave Florida due to Hurricane Milton. The owners were incredibly responsive and the house had so much space for our entire extended family to spread out and have their own rooms. Would love to come back in the summer months to enjoy the pool.

Great spot for a large group

We were a group of friends/co-workers in town for a charity event, so all the rooms and beds were key! Pool was great for a cold dip to refresh! Would definitely look into coming back here.

Nice House in a Nice Location

We really enjoyed our stay, there were a few minor issues that were quickly addressed by the owner. They responded to text messages within minutes of our request and most items we asked about where already available we just didn't know where to look. We enjoyed our stay.

Great spot outside of Nashville

Everything about the property was as described and in the photos. A great house for a large group of adults with ample space for individuals and couples. 11 Adults and we had lots of space for the trip. Check in and out was easy and seamless. The host responds quickly to all inquiries and messages. It was a bit expensive for Ubers but we knew that heading in that we would be spending our evenings on Broadway and planned accordingly. The pool area was utilized to the fullest. We had an excellent trip and highly recommend this listing to large groups looking to avoid the smaller lodging options located in Nashville.
