Au coin de 3rd Street historique, le Fifth Avenue Beach Club est une grande propriété située à seulement un pùté de maisons et demi de la plage et à distance de marche des meilleurs restaurants de la région. Il y a une piscine chauffée sur place et un parking ouvert disponible.

C'est un paradis de vacances avec une propriété de deux chambres / deux salles de bain située au deuxiÚme étage pouvant accueillir 4 personnes. Cette unité offre une chambre principale avec un lit king size et une deuxiÚme chambre offre un lit king size. Ce condo joliment aménagé, récemment redécoré, offre une cuisine complÚte, laveuse / sécheuse, grand téléviseur à écran plat 43 pouces et lecteur DVD dans le salon. Le condo offre le cùble de base Comcast TV et wi-fi gratuit.

Great condo in a great location

We had a wonderful trip. The location is fantastic- so close to the beach and restaurants. And the condo was a really good size (family of four with two teenage girls). It also had everything we needed for living comfortably and for enjoying our time at the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location, location, location with easy access to both beach and downtown. 2 bedroom with king beds in each bedroom, so very roomy with modern TVs and fast internet. Very clean units and property with nice small pool for a quick dip.

Condo in paradise🌮

We had an amazing stay in Naples this year, and our stay at the Beach Club is always a big reason for this! This was our favorite condo to ever stay in not only for how plush and comfy it was, but also for how welcoming and accommodating the host/owner Monica was to us the entire trip. Location, Location, Location!

The condo was Immaculate and it was a seamless check in. It is only a block from the beach and direct beach access. Easily walk to all of the food and shopping available on 5th avenue. Why cram into a hotel room when you can have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and hang out area for TV etc.. We had a great week and would definitely stay here again.

Spring Vacay

My husband and I had a wonderful week in Naples staying at this condo. It was squeaky clean when we arrived and beautifully decorated. The location is so convenient. We walked 2 blocks to get to the beach each day and shops/restaurants were also a very short walk. All the beach gear we needed was provided including an umbrella. We would absolutely stay again!

Perfect Family Location

This vacation location is the best around. Simple walk to the beach for the kids, and the same for walks to Naples shops and restaurants. The condo has recently been renovated and is in perfect condition. Everything you need for the beach is provided. Looking forward to coming again next year!

Terrific condo in great location

We had a great experience staying at Monica’s condo. The condo was immaculate and fully updated with high-end touches. The space and layout were great for two adults and would easily accommodate a family or two couples. The location was exactly what we were looking for—close to the beach and restaurants. The neighborhood is very nice. Monica provides beach chairs and umbrella, all kitchen needs, etc. There’s really nothing that you’re missing when you stay here. And her communication throughout the process was outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks Monica!
