Our stay

Beautiful house in clean quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the heated community pool and restaurant at the golf course. South Padre Island was only about a 10 minute drive. Our host was readily available if we had questions.

Location Location

Love the location. Back patio looks out to 7th tee. Fun to watch the golfers and easy distance to the golf club, the driving range and Divits restaurant located at club house. Also layout of house is great!

South Padre Island Golf / Beach Getaway

This home is a great place to relax as you explore SPI area. It’s in a great neighborhood next to the South Padre Golf Club. The home is well maintained with all the amenities you need. The beds were comfortable, and the owner goes out of his way to answer any questions to make your stay great. Thank you for everything!

Family vacation

The house was beautiful, and close to SPI. Owner was very helpful, got back to me right away. Pool was great and residents were very nice. House had everything we needed and than some. Hope to return next year!

Amazing!

Wonderful host, wonderful property, neighborhood is super clean and friendly. We were able to cycle to the gym and use it with ease. Honestly, the best rental experience we have had and imagine this would be hard to beat. Thank you so much, we hope to return again one day.

Amazing home, amazing trip

My and my two sons stayed here for a long weekend and had an amazing time. This house has everything you need for some fun in the sun at the beach. We brought coolers with us that we did not need to bring because there was some there. Its not that far from the beach at all. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals for your family. My boys really enjoyed the house. We just really had an amazing time. I only wish I could have stayed longer. The owner is super nice and responsive. We will defiantly book this place again when we are back in the area.

Very Comfortable

Home away from home is how I describe this really nice home. My family and I enjoyed it very much. Very clean and it's pretty close to the Island, stores, gas stations and places to eat. We will definetley book again. The owner who I did not have the pleasure of meeting in person was very nice and took care of us via text messages even though we could call him anytime. He set brochures and other great information for us on the kitchen bar and my family and I were able to enjoy the dolphin boat and fireworks at SPI. Thank you Leo!

Phenomenal Place!

A fantastic place full of amenities and extras! This place really has it all, especially if you are looking to save a little money by cooking at home. Location and distrance to SPI were ideal and made transit pretty painless... Overall, everything was above and beyond our expectation! Thank y'all so much for a wonderful home away from home!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was the perfect size. We were 4 adults and 3 kids, we had plenty of room. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It was a short drive to South Padre Island. Leonardo was awesome! We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful clean home a with a short drive to South Padre Island

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at Leonard's place!! The house was extremely clean and cozy. The kitchen was stacked with everything that I needed. The neighborhood was a quiet gated community. Leonard was extremely kind and quickly answered all my questions. We can't wait to return!!

Fantastic Property and Great Host

My family of 8 was incredibly comfortable! The distance to the beach was very comfortable with so much to shop on the way there. Mr. Lopez was helpful, attentive and incredibly kind. We have found our repeat property and will be back next year. Also, pet friendly, a huge plus for us. Thank you!

Loved this House

Family vacation with dogs to visit sister on Padre Island. This house was perfect for us. Felt like a home away from home. Nice quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, right on golf course, close to Padre and Port Isabel. Walmart, Walgreens, and HEB just minutes away. Access super easy and homeowner, Leonard was just text or call away and always available for questions or assistance. House was beautiful and met all our needs. Best vacation in long time! Highly recommend!

A Great Winter Break!

We loved everything about this place. It was perfect for us and our dogs, and had an extra bedroom for some friends to visit over a weekend. The location was fantastic, with great neighbors, no traffic, reasonable access to where we wanted to go. Leonard was a great host! We're going back next winter!
