La maison est située dans une communauté de quartier fermée et sécurisée, connue sous le nom de Hacienda Margarita.

La maison est parfaitement située des grandes attractions aventureuses: à quelques minutes en voiture de belles plages, aventures en quad / quad, karting, catamaran et excursions en bateau, plongée en apnée, Fajardo Ferry, équitation, kayak de bioluminescence, parcours de golf et bien plus encore !

La maison est à moins de 5-10 minutes en voiture de 2 supermarchés, Wal-Mart, cinéma, d'excellents restaurants, des fast-foods et les fameux "Kioskos" de Luquillo!

La cuisine est équipée d'ustensiles, casseroles, assiettes, cafetière, etc! En plus d'avoir l'essentiel mécanique comprenant: cuisinière, four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur / congélateur!

La maison a été fournie avec des serviettes de plage, des chaises, des parasols et des glacières! Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un bon moment!

Nous avons le WIFI ainsi qu'une SmartTV équipée de Netflix, Hulu, etc!

Situé à 45 minutes de l'aéroport SJU et à 1 heure du vieux San Juan.

Les clients auront accès à la piscine communautaire au sein de la communauté fermée qui est ouverte aux résidents de l'Hacienda Margarita. La piscine est à seulement 1-2 minutes en voiture de la maison

Les clients auront accès à la maison via un coffre-fort. Je suis disponible tout le temps pour les invités, que ce soit via l'application de messagerie Airbnb ou par téléphone / texte.

This is a beautiful quiet spacious home with various seating areas and a well-outfitted kitchen. It was perfect for our family of 6-7 people to have time together and be able to cook meals.

Lovely house, location was great-close to beaches, kiosks, and El Yunque. We hired a private chef through the host and it was excellent. Loved the large outdoor area for friends to hangout on and plenty of room for all of us (There were 9 of us). It was a great way to celebrate friends and enjoy wonderful Puerto Rico!!

Just an absolutely amazing experience all around. The views from the yard and balcony give you the choice of Luquillo/Fajardo and the ocean, or Mt Luquillo and El Yunque. Sunsets are surreal, and we were there for new years and saw more than ten separate fireworks displays. Everything exceeded the description, and pictures really don’t do justice to how beautiful it is. The neighborhood is gated, and security was easy. The clubhouse, pool, tennis and basketball courts were great, and the entire area was convenient to every attraction imaginable. Be at the kiosks in ten minutes, or El Yunque in 15. There’s a Walmart with grocery store and pick ups, as well as a Walgreens five minutes down the street. Overall it was a dream vacation that began with the house.

an excellent place to stay with a group!

our group loved our stay at this house. The location was excellent (easy drive to lots of nearly spots), and absolutely beautiful views of the ocean. Bedrooms were ample sized and the living/dining/outdoor space were ideal for lots of hanging out.

The house and location were perfect. Close to the rainforest and the Luquillo beach and kiosks. There was a ceiling leak in the main living room, most likely due to the architectural structure of the house (flat patio on the second floor), but the rest of the house and amenities made up for that. The house was spotless, the view was beautiful, and the gated community always felt safe. The manager/owner were very responsive and helpful. Great place!

We had a lovely time in Juans home. The outdoor spaces were beautiful and expansive. The bedrooms all opened up to the upper terrace and we had plenty of space.

Spectacular Views, Spectacular Home

Can't imagine a more perfect home if visiting the Luquillo / Fajardo area with family or friends. The listing photos set pretty high expectations but the views completely live up to the hype. The hot tub and so many little touches by the wonderful host made for a very memorable and comfortable stay.

Wonderful Stay

We rented this home for a 3-day stay and it was perfect for our needs. The location was a 25 minute drive to San Juan but outside of the congestion. It is located just below the rainforest and just above the beaches. Great views! Jose was a terrific host and vrry responsive. We will come back here again.responsive to our emails.

Great long weekend in Luquillo Beach!

Great house for our group of 8 adults. Backyard is breathtaking - pictures completely accurate. Well stocked with plenty of linens. We did have a power issue and the owner was immediately responsive and got an electrician out within a few hours to resolve the issue. Location is perfect for multiple activities - rainforest tours, bio bay out of Fajardo and great public beach. Highly recommend!

Beautiful View

This home was perfect for our group of eight (four adults/four teens). There is ample seating outside and both the upper and lower decks have a beautiful view. Beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc were supplied for us-which made our time at the beach so much better. The location is perfect as you are close to the rainforest, beaches, and San Juan. The host was very responsive to a few issues that came up. Overall, we would highly recommend this home!

Beautiful location, amazing views, escape the hustle…

What a great property! A safe, secure, extremely clean and quiet neighborhood and house. We had amazing views of the ocean and surrounding country side and the porches were large enough to very comfortably sit on them during even the heaviest rain storms. Our host was immediately responsive, offered great recommendations, and ensured we had a great stay. The location for getting to beaches, snorkeling, fishing, and hiking in the rain forest was really quite perfect as we were right in the middle of everything. The wall AC units work really well and the full kitchen and washer and dryer met all of our needs and were easy to use. Having beach towels and chairs and coolers at our disposal was really cool and made our exclusions that much more enjoyable. This is a great property in a great location!!

1st Family Trip

I originally am from Puerto Rico but it has not been my home for many years. I wanted to take a family trip to my home with my family which was the best experience in my life. This home was exactly what the photos show. The host had the AC on and ready for us when we got there. The host thinks of everything you may need during your stay which is something that many host do not consider. Communication was amazing. The view was breath taking to sit and and enjoy from the upstairs balcony to the ground floor. I would definitely go back and stay again! The home definitely made our trip special. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with my family.

Beautiful Home for our Family Trip

Our family had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home. The view is breathtaking. The home is immaculate. The living areas are spacious with upper and lower patios and lawn accommodating everyone’s need for space and sanity during a family vacation! There is one master bedroom with attached bath and TV. A rollout bed is available. The other 3 bedrooms share a bath. There’s a half bath in living area. The modern kitchen was well stocked with utensils and we enjoyed the barbecue a few times. We ate in for many meals and enjoyed the food at the kiosks on the beach. The gated community is safe and overall, quiet. We used the large pool frequently. We always had the pool to ourselves. Luquillo Beach is close. It’s beautiful and has shaded areas. The homeowner provides beach towels and sand chairs. He was very quick with response to questions even on Christmas Day. WiFi is included but cannot accommodate all streaming needs as we have become accustomed. Our friends in Puerto Rico agree that WiFi here is slower. Our December weather was sunny and 82 degrees most days. Rain clouds quickly pass. I highly recommend this home for your family vacation.

Das Einchecken und die Kommunikation mit José lief problemlos.Es wäre aber an der Zeit verschiedene Renovierungsarbeiten durchzuführen. Der Balkon müsste dringend abgedichtet werden da nach einem Regenguss das Wasser im Wohnzimmer von der Decke tropft.Das dritte Badezimmer liegt außerhalb des Hauses und verfügt nur über Kaltwasser. Der Grill müsste mal grundgereinigt werden.

Paradise in the Luquillo

My family of 8 had an amazing time during our stay. The place is even more spacious and beautiful than the photos show. Beds were comfortable, living space was perfect, and the location was near everything we wanted to do. I know people often stay in San Juan when visiting PR but I encourage everyone to check out different spots. This is near snorkeling, rainforest, restaurants and amazing beaches. The communication with our host was prompt and helpful. If you want to book a place that is even better than the listing- book here! We are sad to leave!

Extraordinary views

This apartment is a dream for a relaxing family vacation. Everything you need to cook, relax, go to the beach, etc. Its near the kiosks and Luquillo beach, ziplining, El Yunque, the bioluminescent bay. 4 bedrooms, plenty of space to read, relax, or just enjoy the view. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful View in Puerto Rico

We had a great time at this house. The view was great every morning. If you are wanting to stay close to the Rainforest. This is the place for you. It's a gated community with security. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Puerto Rico.
