Woods Mountain Cabin, avec son style unique et sa décoration décorée avec goût, attend votre arrivée. Une fois que vous entrez, vous trouverez des sièges confortables dans le salon avec la télévision à écran plat 55 pouces pour les soirées où vous souhaitez simplement rester à l'intérieur, ou profitez de la cheminée agréable en saison les nuits fraîches. Profitez de vos soirées dans l’un des pays rockers sur le porche, un excellent moyen de vous détendre en soir��e avec tout le monde. Le foyer à gaz sur le porche apporte également une touche supplémentaire. Lorsque vous avez passé vos journées à faire du shopping ou à faire de la randonnée, revenez et profitez de la baignoire jacuzzi en haut, ou même détendez-vous dans le bain à remous sur le joli porche enveloppant. Deux chambres sont situées au niveau principal et, à l'étage, vous trouverez le lit king size dans le loft. Venez faire l'expérience du Woods Mountain Cabin, situé dans la communauté des artisans d'art de la région de Gatlinburg. En quelques minutes, vous pouvez être à Gatlinburg ou dans le parc national. Pigeon Forge se trouve à quelques minutes de route.

Very nice property. Great communication, very clean, no bugs,easy to find, no steep driveway, loved the antiques, minor issue was taken care of immediately. Very large, comfortable beds and cozy cabin. The only thing I would change is it would be my moving cabin to my backyard and have a better view. We travel to Tennessee at least twice a year and try new places at least every other time. I am very pleased and may just have to stay again, instead of trying a new place.

Absolutely loved this property beautiful home inside and out. My family felt like home.Hot tub and big tub in bathroom loft was such a bonus. Only 5 minutes from all attractions and 3 minute walk to free trolley stop. Also seen Momma bear and cubs 3 different times. The decor was amazing can't wait to book again.

We arrived at the house at 11 pm after 6 hours of traveling and found mold growing on the beds, couches, pillows, stairway trial, ceiling fan, and shower ceiling. To say the least we were DEEPLY disgusted. I’ve never seen moldy cotton before and I now have. I called the number VRBO provided and it took an hour and 12 minutes for management to get back with us and at first they offered to JUST clean it. Not to relocate us, not for an immediate refund, nothing but a cleaning. And this was after we sent pictures.We explained to them that the house needed a full fumigation/mold treatment and that the current conditions were inhospitable. We were unable to find a new place to stay that night so we had no choice but to remove the molding fabrics and crowd into the least moldy rooms like sardines. Nearly all of us woke up sick the next day despite our best efforts. We packed up that next morning and did not return.To be fair, there was little pushback from owner once I asked for a refund. Only one other reviewer on VRBO at the time of this post noticed mold and just in the shower. However, that doesn’t mean it wasn’t there. Also, for some reason the upstairs bathroom didn’t have a toilet seat?

Our goal is to maintain excellent service. Your call was received from the service center at approximately 11:45 PM, on the day of your arrival. The rest of your party had already checked in to the house around 7 PM. We did not receive a request for a service call or any information upon their arrival. You check in email requests that you contact the call center within two hours of arrival, if you identify a problem within the property. The call was conveyed to us late in the evening, as the first arrival group did not report an issue. The staff requested photos for verification and to determine how to move forward with a resolution. You felt that a cleaning / restoration team was not adequate, so that option was denied. All other properties were booked, therefore we could not relocate you. We were truly dismayed that this HIGHLY UNUSUAL situation occurred. Our staff was happy to assist in any way possible, and truly apologize that this occurred during your visit. This beautiful rental unit has been totally re-serviced and is guest ready.

We were relocated the first two days because of a gas leak which was out of their control, unfortunately we were put somewhere that did not have enough beds.. When we arrived at the house we found the dishwasher broken, the dryer takes multiple cycles to dry a small load and there is not cookware to accommodate 10 people. This place would be good for a smaller group.

The staff worked immediately to provide two options for your group. These were the only options available through us for those dates. The team made every effort to ensure that your group was comfortable until your original cabin was repaired. We were happy that your group could be transferred to your first choice as quickly as possible. Our records indicate that we did not receive a request for a service call during your stay regarding the dryer or dishwasher, however, if notified, the staff would have taken immediate action to resolve the problem. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service…and the team was happy to work to make your stay a pleasant one.

We had a great time staying at this house. The location is great and easy to find. As a family of 5 we had plenty of space. The large patio and outdoor space was great for kids. Would definitely visit again.

Wonderful cabin

The cabin was beautiful and conveniently close to things. Very quiet and peaceful. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Only issue was very loose doorknob on the main door. Other than that no complaints from me, my friends or family for our 4 day stay!

Cabin was everything we expected & close to everything!! Favorite thing of the house were the rocking chairs on the massive front porch.

Family vacation

We love the cabin we stay it accommodate all our needs for our handicap son this is like 4th time staying and my 83 yr and my husband loves the big wrap around porch we will be looking at the calendar to plan our next visit

Great Stay!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay! The home was really cute and a great size. We really enjoyed the huge porch. The hot tub took about 2 days to get up to the right temp- so good to note for folks who may have a shorter stay. Excellent well taken care of home in a great location!
