La salle à manger extérieure et le foyer sont parfaits pour les nuits d'été.

Sauble Beach (pop 2000) est une communauté de plage et une zone non constituée en société dans la ville de South Bruce Peninsula, dans le comté de Bruce, dans le nord du sud-ouest de l'Ontario, au Canada. C'est sur la péninsule Bruce, le long de la rive est du lac Huron, à la limite nord de la Nation Saugeen. La plage tire son nom de celui donné par les premiers explorateurs français à la riviÚre de sable Sauble, à l'origine "La RiviÚre Au Sable" (riviÚre au sable) indiquant également que la riviÚre s'est vidée dans le lac Huron à une plage de sable. La riviÚre a été étiqueté avec le nom français sur les cartes jusqu'en 1881, quand il est devenu la riviÚre Sauble; dans les premiÚres années, une scierie a été construite sur la riviÚre, et plus tard, une centrale hydroélectrique.

My friends and I stayed here for a relaxing short vacation. It is less than a 5 minute walk away from the beach, and about 20 minute walk away from the main shopping area with restaurants. The cottage had comfortable couches and beds and was lovely to stay in.

Wonderful stay in Sauble!

This was the perfect property for our family - incredibly well-appointed, lovely decor, so comfortable, and the amenities were great and much appreciated! Lovely inside and outdoor space for BBQs, campfires, and just lounging in the sun. A close enough walk to the action downtown (15-20 min) and 5 min to the beachfront nearest the property. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this beautiful gem, and look forward to staying here again!

Fantastic Accommodations at Sauble Beach

We loved our 2-night stay in this cozy place, nestled among the trees, which provided some privacy when sitting/eating outside. The owner's pictures and description was accurate, and we were more than happy with our stay. It's pretty close to main street, and it's a very short walk to the beach. Would highly recommend it.

Much needed family getaway

Just needed some R and R and quality time together . This was the spot!!! Great location - we hiked, walked to town and shopped, and beached it too ! Everything very close by . The place itself is perfect ! Firepit, bbq, and all ! We’ll be back :)) Thanks Murray !

The place was great. Had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. About a 15-20 minute walk to Main Street, which was fine for us but might be a bit far for some people.

Perfect Thanksgiving Weekend

My two university aged children and I stayed here over the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend while visiting with family. The cottage is spotless, well-equipped and exactly as you would imagine from the listing. The host is prompt with communication and helpful. Definitely will return next year.

So tranquil.

Was a great spot far enough from the party crowd but close enough to get to the main area on foot ( for us). Well equipped because we like eating in most nights and in the off season not all restaurants are open on weekdays. Short walk to the beach. Enjoyed a couple of bonfires. It was as advertised and more. Hope to stay again.

Renovated cottage

Beautifully renovated cottage by the owner. He even has a photo of the cottage pre renovation to prove it! It has every modern convenience one could want: AC, wifi, washer-dryer, multiple device charging ports in every bedroom, handheld shower, barbecue, multiple tv services, ceiling fans in every room in addition to the central AC, rechargeable vacuum, swiffer wet mops, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances from well known manufacturers. He provides all the bed linens, pillows and more. It really does look like the photos on line. The only hiccup is the lack of potable water but once again, the owner provides a large capacity water cooler (19 L). A very short walk to the beach - really terrific location. The landlord provided detailed information to us in writing prior to our arrival, which was clear and very helpful. He was very quick to respond to all our queries and communications. Thank you Murray!

I purchased this cottage in 2017 and renovated myself from scratch. I am an avid DIY'er with a knack for design. The cottage lifestyle has always been a big part of me. This cottage was nicknamed "Little C" as it's big brother is in Parry Sound (my other cottage). My goal was to renovate/design this cottage with everything a visitor would want during their stay at Sauble Beach. Enjoy!
