Condo moderne et confortable moins de 3 miles de l'aéroport international de Nashville et à seulement 150 mÚtres du lac Percy Priest. La propriété a un accÚs au lac et est également un demi mile de Safe Harbor Marina. Il y a tellement de choses à faire prÚs de cette belle maison! Le parc aquatique Nashville Shores se trouve à 4,8 km. Visitez la maison du président Andrew Jackson (The Hermitage). Le Nashville Green Way est un sentier de randonnée pédestre ou cyclable long de 20 milles qui relie l'Hermitage au centre-ville. Il y a beaucoup de bons restaurants et bars dans un mile ou deux. Fantastic stay and super clean !! Loved it !!

What a wonderful place that is close to everything ! Everything you need is there and it is super clean and comfy....super fluffy towels which is also nice ! Nick is a wonderful host and the community that the condo is in is nice and quiet. Easy uber ride to downtown, airport is close but no plane noise. While there make sure to check out Shipwreck Cove on the weekend for their live music and great food, also La Hacienda for delicious Mexican fare..both super close to the condo. Next time we are in Nashville we will definitely be staying here ! Thanks so much Nick !!

Spotless, quiet, lovely

This is a two bedroom duplex in a quiet complex with free parking. The apartment is tastefully decorated. Everything is comfortable, esp the beds--one queen and one king. The kitchen is well equipped every type of cooking. The climate control--a/c in my case--is excellent. There are air cleaners in every room to disinfect from virus. The only thing missing is a butler!!! Will definitely stay again. Great value given the very high quality and comfort.

Clean, quiet, great location

We visited Nashville for sailing lessons at the Hamilton Creek marina. This property was within 10 minutes of that marina, so perfect location for us. We found everything to be perfect: very clean, everything in working order, very quiet and communication with the owner was easy and timely. Couldn't ask for better!

Great place in a great town

Thank you Nick, for a wonderful stay. The place was perfect for us! I highly recommend staying here! Close to Nashville in a very peaceful neighborhood. Nick was a perfect host and checked in with us to make sure things were going well. This will be our place to stay when we visit Nashville again!

Perfect!

Nick's home was my top two priorities...CLEAN AND QUIET! We wanted to be out of the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough to easily get there and it fit the bill perfectly. My grand daughter took the larger room but the guestroom bed was amazingly comfortable! Plenty of room for lounging in the evening in the living room. Nick was very responsive to any questions I had. Overall very positive stay! I would highly recommend!

Very nice condo close to downtown Nashville

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and comfortable and stocked with all the amenities. We rented a pontoon and spent a day on nearby Percy Priest lake which was a lot of fun. The condo is just a short distance from downtown Nashville. Nick is great about answering questions and making sure we felt at home! Highly recommend this rental!

Great location for family on outskirts of Nashville

This was perfect for our family of 4 who wanted the Nashville experience but wanted to be able to escape downtown when the over 21 crowd took over every evening and shut it down for our teens. The house was immaculately clean, great shower, beds and towels. Fantastic communication with owner. Pleasant neighborhood. No complaints.

Great, quiet space

We used this as a base to explore the zoo, the Hermitage, Broadway, and the Opryland hotel area. Everything was just as described. We had great communication and a very easy check in/out process. We would definitely stay again!

Really amazing townhome in Nashville

My spouse and I were thrilled with Nicholas' top-notch townhome in eastern Nashville. It was clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed. I LOVED the extra large comfy chair in the living room and made it my perch throughout the weekend. My husband was immediately drawn to the recliner. The front porch was nice while we waited for our Lyft rides. Laundry items were available and that garden tub was one of my favorite parts of our trip. The neighborhood was always quiet and serene. Should we return to Nashville, we will happily stay in Nicholas' townhome again!

Our 1st time renting a home.

I highly recommend Nick's place to stay while visiting Nashville. We had no problems with check in process. Nick even got an extra parking pass for our Tennessee family member. Nick had everything we needed to feel right at home. Location was perfect and we felt safe in his neighborhood.

Home away from home

This home was amazing!!! So comfy and very welcoming. Beds are extremely comfortable, very clean house, water pressure in the shower was great!! Kitchen has everything you could ever need. Little coffee maker has a reusable filter. Can’t wait to come back to Nashville and stay again!! Also property manager is so nice and made sure we got in and out ok and had everything we needed.

Wonderful stay at the Modern Condo

We stayed with another couple over the Memorial Day weekend and Nick’s condo could not have been more perfect. The condo and location are quiet and beautiful after spending the days on Broadway and having a drink or two. The pictures are exactly on point and the pleasant surprise was that you can enter the main bathroom from the master bedroom or the hallway good to know for sharing couples. All in all it was hard to leave the condo on our last day and Nick could not have been more helpful.

Awesome property in Nashville

Awesome place to stay while you are in Nashville. 10 min Uber ride to downtown. Very clean and roomy condo. The pictures don't even come close to how large and nice the condo really is. Condo was designed for two full baths upstairs but this one has one huge full bath upstairs with double wide tub and waterfall shower head. The property backs up to a lake where you can go to rent jet skis and boats. The marine is a couple a minutes away and has an on-water restaurant and bar. Thanks to Nick the owner for our wonderful stay!
