The condo was very comfortable and clean. It was decorated very nicely and a comfortable stay away from home. The host had provided his contact information incase there were any issues and was very communicative prior to check in. Everything went great and we loved our stay here!

Really nice property, with everything you need for a great vacation. Well appointed kitchen, 3 comfortable bedrooms. And magnificent winter views of the sunset every night!

The property was very nice, easy to find. The only downside that we found was that there is no cable available so you do have to bring your own type of tv entertainment. A Roku or a fire stick was suggested, but if you have Xfinity, or other mobile options on your phone, you can hook up an HDMI cord and watch whatever you like, that’s what we did.

Excellent stay. Clean property and communication with host was simple and fast.Everything that we needed for the kitchen was there, didn't need to bring anything.Location was excellent, especially with kids. Easy 5-minute walk to the pool and playground.Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids.Will definitely stay here again.

I take my Dad and his wife up every year. We stayed in one of the Hidden Valley condo's. Gary would not have been more attentive. His condo was clean and all the amenities were accurately stated. Highly recommend this condo. Snowed everyday we were there.

Fall golf weekend

Had a great weekend with friends and family. The place was perfect for us and exactly as advertised. The owner provided all information required prior to check-in & made himself available for any potential issues or questions (we had zero). The unit was exactly what I was expecting. No surprises (good or bad). Everything was clean (bedding, linens, floors, furniture, kitchen & bathrooms). The only exception was a few dead moths in the bdrms & bathrooms (no big deal). Overall great value and positive experience.

Lots of indoor and outdoor space

The home was very clean and plenty of easy instructions to follow. The location was great - you can see the sunset from the back deck and there was room for our boys to run around outside.

Nice Townhome for skiing

This was a clean and warm property, we had a very nice time. The host is very responsive and kind. Lots of TVs in the property and the Internet was sufficient for our needs!

Nice getaway

The rental was comfortable and we loved the fireplace. Wish we could have used the deck but it had rained and the furniture was wet. It looked nice though.

Only downside was that it was not clear from the listing that it was not central whole house air conditioning. Only one of three bedrooms had air conditioning. The limited scope of air conditioning should be disclosed up front. Otherwise a good stay.

Summer vacay with family. Great time.

Had a great week with my adult children and grandchildren. Comfortable and cozy accommodations. Beautiful weather, great company. Nice TVs in every bedroom and made livingroom. Great wifi.

Not what I expected

On arrival had no functioning kitchen light, light bulbs out in the living room. Some challenges in accessing the internet. These problems were easily solved with owner, but took some time. Unit is older, dated bathrooms. No central air conditioner and portable air conditioners provided were not used because they were very loud. Unit is damp, floor and carpets felt damp, Damp Rid in every room of the unit. Some dirty blankets. Rates charged for unit out of proportion with what exists. Would not rent again or recommend.

This guest's experiences are inconsistent with 99% of our other guests. Any bulbs that were reported out were replaced by maintenance staff immediately. Written instructions for accessing the internet were provided in advance of arrival and on location. The use of the provided AC units when temperatures are in the mid 90's is advisable. Temperatures in the mid 90's are infrequent at Hidden Valley. These infrequent conditions in mid summer naturally tend to feel humid and damp when they occur. Each of the guest's complains were addressed immediately.
