So much roomier than we expected! Easily fit our 3 families… plenty of space inside since we had rain and able to enjoy the outdoors during the dry periods. Well stocked, clean… definitely would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay!

This house accommodated our large family group well. It was very nice having a bathroom for each bedroom! Several of us enjoyed the community pool, as well as the basketball hoop in the tennis court, just across the road. The host responded quickly and was very helpful when we had a question. It was a great place to stay for our family vacation this year!

Our family of 8 and our dog had an amazing time! Not only was there plenty of space for us either all be together or split into groups, but we took advantage of the fire pit, hot tub, in house games, outdoor pool, beautiful neighborhood for walks and Berkeley Springs shops and restaurants. Nobody wanted to leave. Everything was clean and comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and no lines at the bathrooms. We'll be back!

We loved our visit

Some of the beds aren't the most comfortable for old bones but we loved our visit. The space was great, location ideal, and amenities what was advertised. We'll return.

Wonderful house

What a great house. Loved using the hot tub and smell of jasmine as we soaked. Kitchen was well equipped and eating on the back deck was so peaceful. Everything was very clean, easy communication and exactly what we needed for a break.

The cabin was very nice. Perfect for a girls getaway. The only negatives were that the beds were not comfortable and the towels had a sour smell.

Leaders' Retreat

Serendipity was perfect for our leaders' Retreat, providing ample sleep accommodations and a comfortable gathering space. The weather didn't permit us to take advantage of the fantastic deck or fire pit...but there is always next time!

Cabin Time

Our family of nine had plenty of room, huge grand table to share many meals, and did the whole Berkeley Springs experience. Cacapon Park and C&O Canal nearby as well. Right across from the beautiful community pool which was well maintained.

Girls' Spa Weekend

The 8 of us were impressed with Serendipity. We each had our own bed, and the multiple bathrooms, spaciousness of the house, the hot tub and fire ring made our stay very enjoyable. We had a blast! Will likely return in the future.

Spacious Home in Woods

The house was a little older than expected but comfortable and spacious for our two generations of 6 adults and 2 dogs. Plenty of pots, pans, utensils, and dishes, along with some condiments. Hiking trails in community are well marked.

Family Reunion

Liked it was at the end of the road. Lots of property and not on top of other homes. Great big home for all of us to be comfortable and have our own bedrooms and bathrooms was a treat. Nice big table for all to eat. Loved the extra chairs. Hot tub was amazing. The house had all the supplies you need, Music CDs, games, Well stocked. Nice Historic town. Nice Getaway!

Great for reunions

This house had plenty of space for 5 siblings and their spouses (some with disabilities), although the kitchen was a bit small. We really enjoyed being able to sit around the large dining and living areas, as well as the outdoor deck. We had very easy access to Berkeley Springs and wonderful back roads for leaf peeping. I have to say the only real problem we had was lack of comfortable beds. I suggest the host adds memory foam mattress pads to reduce the firmness we experienced.

Nana Camp 2020!

A fun time was had by all at Nana Camp 2020! Serendipity was spacious enough that we could all enjoy each others company during the day and sleep privately in the evening. We made garden stones, went to the beach at Cacapon Resort State park, hiked in the Paw Paw Tunnel, swam in the community pool, enjoyed the hot tub in the evening and set up a projector on the deck for movie night! Thanks for sharing your home! The only issues we had were the beds were not that comfortable and the propane tank had no gas.

Enjoyed the property

The rental company was inefficient. When I was lost several times, I expected that they would meet me and lead me to the property. They did not. Then when I got there I had trouble with the lock box and the agent told me it was "operator error"!! She finally came opened it and turned on the hot tub. Additionally, one of the dining room chairs collapsed on me!

Friends and family from afar for wedding

Definitely had sleeping capacity as described and communication was top notch. Kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and cooking supplies. Lots of books, games, music, etc., including a small ping pong table. We did not use the firepit as the chairs were in poor condition. Suggest a deep clean or replacement of plastic chairs and stow under deck when not in use, and the grass needed to be mowed. We also did not realize that the hot tub was drained and that we needed to fill it and bring it up to temperature to use it, no idea how long this would take. Perhaps this could be done by management prior to guest arrival.
