SituĂ©s au coin de Park Avenue et de Four O’Clock Road, au centre-ville de Breckenridge, nos condos Park Place sont Ă  proximitĂ© des ascenseurs et Ă  quelques pas de la rue Main. Vous pourrez skier sur Four O 'Clock Run et marcher jusqu'Ă  votre appartement. Le complexe comprend Ă©galement deux bains Ă  remous extĂ©rieurs sur place, un foyer au gaz et un parking couvert gratuit, ainsi qu'un accĂšs saisonnier Ă  la piscine et au bain Ă  remous d'Upper Village.

Ce condo modéré de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains est l'escapade parfaite pour les familles ou les groupes jusqu'à sept personnes. En entrant dans le salon, vous serez impressionné par le magnifique foyer au gaz entouré de pierre et le balcon privé avec vue sur la montagne. Vous trouverez également de nombreux siÚges et une télévision à écran LCD pour vous divertir aprÚs une longue journée sur la montagne. Very Convenient to Breck

Great place! Not super updated but has all you need for your stay. My family made it our home away from home for 2 weeks. Breck is a fantastic place for families over the summer. Manager is extremely responsive and will answer all questions promptly.

Couldn’t have asked for more convenience. The condo had everything needed, check in was very smooth with the lockbox, everything was clean, and management was always responsive. I hope we can visit again!

Week long ski stay

Well maintained and comfortable condo in a great location. A short walk to the Snowflake lift and on the bus line to the base of peak 9. Easy ski in from 4 o’clock run. The kitchen was well stocked. (Does need a larger frying pan.) Washer and dryer were very helpful.

July stay

Excellent location. Toilet in one bathroom was not cleaned and we were given the wrong key code for the unit. Had to tell the downstairs kids to turn down the music at their parties 2 different nights. However, the unit was nice and was very close to downtown, just a couple minute walk. We had no oven mitts and the manager got them to us the day we asked, so excellent service from management.

Ski stay 3 nights

Property was fine, but a little worn. Communication was good, but had some difficulty because the office was in a different location than the condo. Beds were pretty worn out too. Condo was on the 3rd floor so you definitely get your exercise! Would probably work for some guests for the price, but we will choose another location that works better for us if we return to Breckenridge. The benefit of being close to town is the biggest positive for this condo

It had everything needed for a Great Ski weekend. I Brought my Son and Daughter to Ski Breckenridge for my daughters 30th birthday and Sons 31st birthday. It was all of our first times skiing a western mountain. As I said, we were hoping for a nice place to stay and this surpassed our expectations. It was within walking distance of the Town. We Ski'd to within 100 yards of our Unit. We walked across the street from our unit and caught the bus to any area of the mountain we wanted to go to. The Condo had everything we needed, we especially enjoyed the fireplace and the outdoor Deck. Our next trip to Breckenridge will certainly be back here.

Condo is in a great location, close to Main St. It’s on the 3rd floor so there are a lot of stairs and no elevator. The unit is dated but clean. The management company charges a fee to pay with credit card and only provided check-in instructions 30 minutes before check-in, but otherwise communication was fine.

There is a free bus stop across the street to connect with the mountain and easy to ski 4 o clock trail all the way to the condo after a day on the mountain. Condo is on 3rd floor but not a bad walk up as we usually found a parking spot at the base of the stairs. Two separate bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for privacy but nice common space with fireplace allowed for hanging out. Did not use the hot tub facilities but condo had a nice steam shower. The decor in the condo is dated but is otherwise a great place to stay.

Great ski rental for the family

In the morning we took the free shuttle right outside 1 stop to the lifts. At the end of the day you can ski down the 4 o'clock run to the condo. The condo was clean and offered plenty of space. We did not use the hot tub but that is on site but the next building over. Would stay here again.
