Ceci est une propriĂ©tĂ© privĂ©e et entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e de deux ville histoire la maison et il est prĂȘt pour votre famille pour profiter de quelques jours ou plus. Pack de votre changement de vĂȘtements et votre brosse Ă  dents et que vous ĂȘtes prĂȘt Ă  aller. Manger ou aller Ă  l'un des nombreux Ă©tablissements de restauration disponibles Ă  Big Bear. Le plan d'Ă©tage ouvert permet facile et confortable divertissant. Inviter beaucoup ou juste un peu pour une agrĂ©able soirĂ©e ou d'un week-end Ă©vasion. Il est entiĂšrement meublĂ© et la cuisine a Ă©tĂ© Ă©quipĂ©e avec des ustensiles de cuisine.

All Skiing... no walking or parking!!!

An unpleasant stay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the third time staying at Snow Summit Townhouses and the experience was bad. Unit 69 is awful - broken toilet that constantly flooded the bathroom and created a stench. Broken furniture, appliances. Missing cutlery. On top of this, the company provides almost no amenities upon checking in - one spare trash bag, tiny bars of soap as substitute for body wash. One dishwasher tablet for a 5 day stay. I paid over $600/night - 5* LA hotel price levels - to then having to rush to CVS to buy basics. Plumber came, didn’t fix the problem. Reception staff - not sympathetic. This is the last time we stay here.

Check-in process was a pain. After finally getting checked in, we were given the wrong keys and told our unit had a hot tub, which was a nice surprise to us. Turns out no hot tub. Appliances are old but everything worked great for our group. Would stay again.

Unit 86 needs furniture replaced and some other stuff

First, this wasn’t the one we selected. Some Vrbo booking error got us into it, so we really didn’t know what we were walking into. Let’s talk about the couches...they have some couch covers on them like the ones that I put on my old couches when the pleather started flaking off. Same situation here. You can’t sit comfortably on the couches because you’re constantly fixing the covers. I would recommend at least reupholstering the seat cushions. The master bedroom bed was a sleep number bed. “Yayyy,” right? Wrong. The side closest to the sliding door is stuck on hard as f—- with a permanent lump going across in the middle. The other beds were a bit stiff as well, and the extra linen all seems old and mismatched. That’s not a big deal. The fridge/freezer might have just been unsatisfactory at first due to the setting. We adjusted it and at least the fridge felt fine. The TV’s upstairs worked okay, I guess, but are old low-definition ones. The TV service, however, left us guessing which channels we could access. If we found something we wanted to watch, we just had to hope that we could. Maybe a laminated piece of paper with a channel lineup like hotels provide would help with that. Everything else is really nice, though, so making the furniture more comfortable would go a long away to taking this place to the next level.
