Charmante villa sur les collines des Marches avec parc privé, vraiment près de la plage

Une villa neuve de 350 m², aménagée dans des collines, avec des meubles exclusifs en matériaux raffinés, mais la mer n’est qu’à 2 km. Est accessible via une route privée et donc l'endroit est paisible et calme.

Cadre naturel, spacieux et agréable, dans la meilleure position géographique pour atteindre tous les lieux.

Il y a 3 chambres très confortables disponibles avec salle de bains privative (7 lits), une salle de lecture lumineuse avec mini-bar, une terrasse de 50 m², un salon de 100 m² qui donne sur le parc, une entrée indépendante et une cuisine complète de 100 m². Grand parking extérieur.
La propriété est entourée d'un jardin de 5000 m² plein d'essences variées, entretenu en parfaite harmonie avec l'aspect naturel du lieu. Le parc est structuré dans des espaces qui conviennent pour faire du jogging, des promenades relaxantes et des bicyclettes loin du smog et du chaos, dans une atmosphère préservée, il y a aussi des coins solarium et de détente.

Services inclus: nettoyage, utilisation du barbecue dans le grand jardin, meubles de jardin, vélos.

The stay at the Villa Annabella was just amazing! It is a very beautiful house with an amazing garden around. The pool area is a very nice place for relaxing with a super view to the sea. The house was extremely clean and lovingly furnished and decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything what is needed, also for bigger groups. On top to this great place the family is unbelievable friendly and is supporting the stay wherever they can. We spend 2 weeks during our summer vacation and it was the best decision we could have made and we will remember this stay forever. I can highly recommend to book a stay there. Thank for this great experience to the family from the Villa Annabella!

Absolutely amazing place

Villa Annabella is a hidden gem. I think that is the best way to describe it.It was the best 2 weeks we have ever had in Italy (and we have been traveling in Italy for 14 years). The house is amazing. The garden is spectacular. And the pool area is just the best. The view is stunning. Porto San Giorgio is one of the most cosy and lovely seaside cities we have visited. Annabella was a wonderful host. And Anna and Aurelio made sure the garden and pool was always comfortable for us to be in. Clean and insect free.We can not recommend this place enough.

A Great Getaway with Friendly Hosts

We had a relaxing stay in this lovely villa. The hosts were friendly and helpful, which made our experience enjoyable. The property was well-maintained every morning, contributing to the pleasant atmosphere. The villa itself was spacious and clean, making us feel comfortable right away. The grounds, complete with a nice pool, were perfect for unwinding. The location was convenient; we were just a five-minute drive from the beach, allowing us to easily enjoy the sun and sea. The villa had all the amenities we needed, and the views of the hills and the sea were a nice bonus. We would be happy to return and recommend this accommodation for a relaxing getaway! The owners were welcoming. The house was clean and they offered wine and snacks upon arrival and gave us a comprehensive tour of the house and the property. Sadly, The kitchen did not offer spices or pepper or a toaster. The bed mattresses were uncomfortable especially one room where the springs were painful and uncomfortable. Had to place three towels over the mattress to relieve discomfort. We recommend changing this mattress in the Rose room. No heating and when asked for heating, firewood and wood pellets were offered and used throughout our stay. The owners offered to send a gas technician to turn on the heat and unfortunately it did not happen. This meant we were very cold for the four nights and days we were at the house. The owners suggested adding an extra blanket which we did, however this did not provide the heat we needed. We suggest not renting the house to guests when the temperature becomes cold unless able to offer heat to guests. We only used the kitchen as it had a fireplace to keep us warm. In the end, a family member become quite ill from the lack of heat and this impacted our vacation negatively. We rarely make negative comments. For example, we had an absolutely wonderful stay at the previous house but in the case this experience did not meet our expectations.

We are confident that many misunderstandings could have been avoided with more direct communication; given that we were at the villa every day to take care of the pool and the garden. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser sehr schönen und gepflegten Villa mit großzügiger Anlage. Die Gastgeber haben uns herzlich empfangen und sich täglich um den Außenbereich sowie um die Sauberkeit des Pools gekümmert. Der Pool ist groß, sauber und perfekt zum Entspannen. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien bieten reichlich Abwechslung und gemütliche Plätze.Das Haus selbst ist geräumig, komfortabel eingerichtet und die Schlafzimmer sind abends angenehm kühl. Die Bäder sind modern und sehr sauber. Besonders die Küche hat uns begeistert – sehr großzügig und komplett ausgestattet, sodass es an nichts fehlt.Geschäfte sind in nur drei Minuten erreichbar, und der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war jederzeit unkompliziert und zuverlässig.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.Vielen Dank an Annabella, Anna und Aurelio für diesen großartigen Aufenthalt! La villa è veramente bellissima, ma soprattutto i signori sono gentilissimi e super disponibili, ci hanno fornito veramente tutto il necessario, con tutte le comodità. Piscina strepitosa. Inoltre, la mancanza di aria condizionata potrebbe bloccare alcuni dal prenotare, ma l'area è ventilata e fresca, e in ogni camera c'è uno o più ventilatori che rendono il tutto ancora più gradevole. Eine schöne Villa auf dem Land mit Meersicht

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Villa Annabella! Anna hat uns freundlich willkommen geheissen, es war sehr sauber und wir hatten viel Platz! Beim Pool hat es sogar eine Warmwasserdusche! Wir würden das Haus sehr weiterempfehlen für erholsame Ferien.

Wonderful location- and close to the beach

Beautiful new house, very comfortable and easy to maintain. Nice en-suite bathrooms, large park and very nice located pool. Also premium and very large kitchen. All in all 5 stars!

Thus, they will able to discover how lush and rich are our hills, just a stone's throw from the Adriatic Sea.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

In the villa, we have studied each colours and furniture, to create a unique warm atmosphere.

The park is rich, and it is populated by small wild animals (squirrel, hoopoe, buzzard, robin, woodpecker). The place has colours, scents and sounds which spreading inside of the rooms, creating a pleasant feeling. The indoor and outdoor features, blends in perfect harmony.

The tranquillity is immediately perceived to anyone who comes here... Since years we have been working patiently and with passion, to preserve and to maintain the natural beauty of the place.
