La Villa Ruffini bĂ©nĂ©ficie d'une magnifique vue panoramique et se trouve Ă  seulement 20 km de la mer. La maison est de 200 mĂštres carrĂ©s et est divisĂ©e: au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, vous trouverez la cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin (rĂ©frigĂ©rateur avec congĂ©lateur, four Ă©lectrique, cuisiniĂšre Ă  gaz, assiettes, verres, couverts, nappes, casseroles, etc. ), un grand salon avec une grande table oĂč vous pouvez manger tous ensemble, une salle de bains trĂšs spacieuse et une chambre (lit double + 2 lits simples). Au premier Ă©tage se trouvent les 3 autres chambres: une chambre quadruple (lit double + 2 lits simples), une chambre triple (lit double + 1 lit simple), une chambre triple (lit double + 1 lit simple) et une grande salle de bain.
Dehors, il y a une piscine avec une belle vue panoramique, des chaises longues, un gazebo Ă©quipĂ© de tables et de chaises extĂ©rieures oĂč vous pouvez manger tous ensemble, un barbecue, four Ă  bois, et un grand parc qui entoure toute la maison oĂč le les enfants peuvent jouer et s'amuser.

Beatifull place to stay for your holiday

The property was in a very good condition, the place suits well for a larger group of guests. Besides that the view from the pool is astonishing. We had a nice time at the villa and made sure we used the cooking equipment well to make our own pizza and prepare loads of food on the barbeque's.

This Villa in the hills of Italy is beautiful. You can watch the sunset while you are sitting in the pool. You have an outdoor kitchen which was the only one that we use. And we had a hot tub that was sadly broken when we arrived but in the week the owners fixed it. So we would come every time again.

Lovely 2 weeks holiday

We stayed for 2 weeks at Villa Ruffini. We had an amazing time from start to finish. Sibilla was very helpful with any questions we had. She and her husband were at the house to welcome us and show us round the house and garden. The house is perfect for families with or without children. Lots of outdoor space. Short drive to local town that has everything you need and good supermarkets. Would recommend this villa to anyone who wants peaceful and relaxing time with breathtaking views.

Liberta e privacy in mezzo alle colline

We felt very welcome at our arrival. They gave us some cheese and salami en gave us all the freedom to use everything we could find in the house. The house felt very cosy. We didn't felt like going out to explore because there was enough to do around the house. Making pizza, BBQ, eating outside while the others played in the swimmingpool and more.

Die Gastgeberin und ihre Familie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nachrichten werden sehr schnell und hilfreich beantwortet. Im Außenbereich fehlt es an absolut nichts, so dass wir das Haus nur zum schlafen gebraucht haben. In der AußenkĂŒche mit Gasherd, zwei KĂŒhlschrĂ€nken, einer Gefriertruhe, Esstisch und SchrĂ€nken kann man den ganzen Tag verbringen. ZusĂ€tzlich steht ein großer Gasgrill und Pizzaofen mit Holz zur VerfĂŒgung. Dort ist auch eine Arbeitsplatte und eine große SpĂŒle mit Warm- und Kaltwasseranschluss. Der schöne und große Pool macht die heißen Sommertage ertrĂ€glicher und im kleinen Schwimmbecken mit zwei MassagedĂŒsen kann man den Tag herrlich ausklingen lassen. Außerdem sind ausreichend Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Tischen rund um den Pool vorhanden von denen man den schönen Ausblick und Sonnenaufgang genießen kann. Abgerundet wird der Außenbereich mit einer Toilette und einer Dusche mit Warmwasser. Die Schlafzimmer im Haus sind praktisch und vollkommen ausreichend ausgestattet. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine große KĂŒche mit sehr großem Gasherd und ausreichend ArbeitsflĂ€che und einer großen Gefrier-KĂŒhlschrank- Kombination. ZusĂ€tzlich befindet sich noch ein großes Esszimmer und ein Bad im Erdgeschoss. Im Obergeschoss sind die weiteren Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. FĂŒr uns war es der perfekte Urlaub mit ganz lieben Gastgebern und wir kommen bestimmt nochmals zu diesem außergewöhnlichen Ort.

Schöne Villa mit tollem Außenbereich

Die Villa Ruffini besticht durch ihren Außenbereich. Da man im Sommer die meiste Zeit dort verbringt, ist das wirklich großartig. Es gibt ein Pool, ein Whirlpool, eine Tischtennisplatte, zwei Tischkicker, Trampolin und zum Kochen ein Pizza Haus, eine AußenkĂŒche und Grill. Der Ausblick auf Monte San Gusto rundet das Angebot ab.

Casa bellissima tra i colli marchigiani. La casa e il girardino sono attrezzati con Tutto quello che puĂł servire e dalla piscina si gode di una vista stupenda. Host molto gentile e disponibile. Raccomandatissima!

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, grosses GrundstĂŒck in Alleinlage (laute Musik am Abend war kein Problem), tolle OutdoorkĂŒche inkl. 3 (!) Grillstationen, 2 Wettkampfkicker, Tischtennis, toller Ausblick. Einige Erstklassige Slow-Food- Restaurants in max. 30 Min. Fahrentfernung, Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Menschen in den authentischen NachbarstĂ€dten, haben in einer Woche keinen deutschsprachigen Touristen gesehen und das im August!

Great spot in beautiful Marche

We are a family with 5 children aged 8 to 13. At our arrival we were greeted by Sibilla’s friend (as unfortunately Sibilla was sick). After a short briefing we had all information that we needed. We slept at the upper floor of the house. Our kids shared three bedrooms and we stayed in the ”master bedroom”, in which the air condition for the top floor is situated. In the other rooms there are vans, and as long as you keep the door open from the master bedroom, it cools the other rooms as well. It was quite hot so the AC was a life saver. :-) To get downstairs you need to go outside and then in again, but that did not bother us at all as it was warm outside. What we enjoyed most was the outdoor space with the pool and outdoor kitchen. Or should I say kitchens? There is a pizza oven, coal grill, gas grill, and a stove as well as a fridge and freezer. We really enjoyed cooking outside and eating with this amazing view of the surrounding fields. There were also table tennis and fuzzball as well as a lot of pool toys for the children to play with. Fantastic! You do need a car to get around, and we can recommend the beaches around Sirolo, even if the kids preferred the sandy beaches near Civitanova marche. All in all it was a really nice experience. Highly recommended! Thank you Sibilla and family for letting us stay in your beautiful house!

HĂ€rliga dagar!

Vi hade tvÄ hÀrliga veckor i Villa Ruffini. Bra lÀge, hÀrlig pool och poolomrÄde. Bra matplatser utomhus. Plus för kyl och frys utomhus i anslutning till matplatserna. Mycket uppskattat med 2 sovrum med AC dÄ det var över 30 grader pÄ dagarna. Totalt sett en mycket trevlig vistelse i Marche!

Fantastic property; outstanding hospitality

This is an amazing villa in the middle of nature with incredible view over the valley. No neighbors, everything you can wish for outside: beautiful pool, outside cooking and amazingly friendly host. Nice cheeses and wine when we arrived, great tips and very warm welcome. Best in class. If you want to enjoy a local and luxury experience with two families, a must go when visiting the marke.

Serene holiday destination in Marche

My nine friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay in Villa Ruffini. The house is beautifully located amid an impressive rural hillscape, and is almost fully isolated from the outside world. The house is comfortable and well-equipped with a variety of amenities. Most of all: Sibilla and her family are the most generous and helpful hosts you could image. The photos on the listing don’t accurately portray how big and varied the outside area of the house really is. There are three separate porches where you can comfortably sit with a large group, while protected from the sun or sporadic raindrops. Also not visible in the photos: it features a lit table tennis area, a bathroom, multiple fridges, an audio installation, and a television. Plenty of space for large groups to spend time together, but also for quiet moments alone. The outdoor kitchenette allowed those who were cooking to be outside, rather than inside and isolated from the rest of the crowd. This was especially convenient since the house is very separated from the outside area, and we spent 95 percent (if not more) of our days outside. There are also multiple barbecues and a beautiful pizza oven available. Unfortunately the kitchenette isn’t as well-equipped as the kitchen inside. This meant that we were constantly dragging pots, pans, cutlery, plates, kitchen tools, glasses, etc. from inside to outside. Given the fact that the only dishwasher was in the kitchen and there was limited space in the kitchenette to store anything, this would frequently result in a little chaos. Aside from this tiny point of criticism, it’s hard to think of anything about the house that isn’t taken care of. It’s is the perfect place to stay for groups or larger (combined) families, conveniently located near multiple (super)markets, vineyards, nice villages, the beach, etc. We wish Sibilla and her family all the best, and would like to thank them for a fantastic week in their house!

Great Italian Holiday in Villa Ruffini Monte San Giusto

We stayed in Villa Ruffini for two weeks from 27th July 2019 ( 8 adults and 6 children ) Whole property is much bigger and offers more facilities than advertise on the website ( outside area including Jacuzzi , real pizza oven , barbecue area , outside shower , party shed with big table, huge drink fridge , open air kitchen with additional small fridge, toys house next to the pool area etc.) Entire property is kept in rustic Italian style ,and very well maintained . Kitchen equipt with all necessary utensils and much more . The view from swimming pool area is spectacular. The owners - Sibilla and her family couldn't be anymore helpful . They live near by and are always hands on if you need anything. They welcome us with some delicious typical Italian products including bread , cold meat , cheese and vino. We can really recommend the Villa Ruffini for families with children or bigger group of friends who would like to enjoy and explore part of Italy which is not so overcrowded by tourists. Must see is near by town of Macerata . The car is essential .
