Bienvenue à Cape Cod! Notre belle maison contemporaine Royal Barry Wills de 4 chambres, 2 bains vous attend! Récemment rénové et meublé avec un excellent espace de jardin pour les grillades, la détente et les jeux adaptés à tous les ùges!

Notre maison familiale est à une courte distance en voiture de Popponessett Marketplace, connu pour le rouleau de homard primé au Lure Raw Bar, et de Mashpee Commons, connu comme un espace de restauration, de shopping et de divertissement.

Les équipements comprennent: (1) 2 télévisions à écran plat; (2) espace de jeux pour enfants avec livres et jeux de société; (3) espace patio; (4) gril à gaz, table de pique-nique et salon extérieur.

Les activitĂ©s Ă  proximitĂ© comprennent: (1) des pistes cyclables ou pĂ©destres; (2) Belles plages, Popponneset Spit (2 miles) et South Cape Beach (6 miles); (3) de beaux sites de golf; (4) traversiers pour Martha’s Vineyard et les Ăźles Nantucket; et (5) MusĂ©e des enfants de Cape Cod (2 miles).

Very beautiful house, well located, large and spacious. Very pleasant. I highly recommend staying here.Two small points that could be improved for a perfect stay. - The shower in the upstairs bathroom is noisy. - The bed in the ground floor bedroom squeaks.But that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay to the fullest.

Thanks for an easy, comfortable stay

This is a great stay. Arrangements worked out really well for our three generations under one roof. Set up for parents and grandparents to share main floor while teenagers had the use of the lower floor worked out perfectly. Well stocked kitchen and good location. Will definitely look to stay here again. Thanks!

Great experience

We had 9 people (5 adults, 4 kids) and had a great time. The house was in good shape and we had a great time. Would stay again and recommend to friends. Only (minor) issues were getting into the house initially via an app (couldn't get it to work) and you have to be really careful pulling out of the driveway.

Great place to stay

We stayed here for a weekend for a friend’s wedding and it was great! Clean, comfortable, plenty of space. It was better in real life than in the listing. Check in and check out were easy. Would stay here again!

Everything was in perfect order. The location of the house was perfect. Loved the state park with the beach. Any questions I had were answered very quickly. Thank you so much for everything. We are already planning for next year if the house is available.

Perfect House for a Family Wedding at New Seabury

Property was amazing! Clean and very well stocked. The decorations were perfect for a beautiful Cape Cod home. Welcoming atmosphere and very easy to find. Close to everything in New Seabury and close to Mashpee for shopping. Communication with owner prior to visit was very responsive. There was not one thing I would change in regards to our visit at this amazing home. So glad we choose this home for our family wedding! Thank you.

Great stay!

We had a great time staying at the house. Rach was great with communicating and answering any questions we had. The pictures gave a true depiction of the house and everything turned out to be true to the listing. Close to Mashpee Commons and the beach made this a very fun and relaxing trip. We had a wonderful time in the Cape topped off by this great home. Everything we needed was there. Fresh linens and a clean house. Our host was very tentative as well. Any question or concern we had was taken care of promptly.

Family Reunion in Mashpee

This property was accurately represented and well stocked. Lots of paper towels and napkins which was great. Everything was clean and the front porch and backyard were great. The host was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We had 2 seniors, 4 adults in their 30s/40s and 4 kids under 7. it was absolutely perfect for all of us. Only a mile and half to the beach and 10 minutes to shopping.

Great New Seabury Getaway!

Beautiful home, well laid out, excellent amenities. We enjoyed a relaxing two night stay in this spacious, clean house. The owners communicated well and were responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend!

Great family retreat!

Beautiful location, extremely clean, great hospitality with complimentary beverages, food, etc., nice kitchen appliances (dishware, cookware,etc.), well stocked with linens, etc. We also enjoyed a great day outside in the backyard with lots of privacy, comfortable furniture, and super weather. The kids area downstairs with the bean bag furniture was enjoyed by all. Super sleeeping arrangements for all. Thanks for a great weekend.!!

Great stay at the Cape!

We stayed at Rachel’s house for a week in August 2020. The house was very well maintained, clean and comfortable. There were wipes and Purcell throughout. There were fresh new towels. The kitchen had all necessary and basic supplies. The dishes were new and clean. My family felt very comfortable in the house. There location was excellent. Less than five minutes from a great beach and ten minutes from the commons with lots of great shopping and restaurants and ice cream and popcorn shops that my kids enjoyed. We also went on a sunset Kayak trip nearby which was lovely. People were very mask compliant in town. Rach was a perfect host and responded to communications instantly before and during the trip. We would certainly hope to come back for another visit.

Pandemic escape

We needed to get away and find fun during these unsettling times. This was perfect. We enjoyed the beach while keeping social distancing. The grandchildren loved the bunk room and the full size bean bags. The weather was extremely hot but the A/C kept us very cool. Thank you Rach for sharing your home. My granddaughter felt it was like being in a treehouse!

The house is great. Really nice dishes, glasses and coffee mugs. Nice space to eat. Beds are comfortable and the place was very clean. I think the only negative is the connections in the outside area to the internet, phone, text and email is VERY POOR. The house wi-fi works great so if you have to work you can certainly do it in the house. Once in the car, the area is one bar to two bars at the very most. Thank you for the stay!

Excellent Rental for large groups

Very clean, new Bathrooms, new kitchen, new furniture, great spacious LR and spacious basement playroom for kids with fun games. Great backyard for cookouts. Very responsive owner
