Vues époustouflantes! Belle maison avec grande remise / étang privé!

Journal / Cottage est entiÚrement meublé.
C'est Ă  6 kilomĂštres Ă  l'est de Bozeman / 8 minutes du centre-ville.
Il est isolé mais pas éloigné.
Il est perché à 500 pieds au-dessus de la vallée de la Gallatin.
Gallatin Range, Spanish Peaks, Tobacco Roots et Bridger Mountain, tous vus depuis le pont du Log / Cottage.
(Directement au-dessus du prĂ© oĂč Lewis et Clark campaient en 1806!)
SituĂ© dans les collines Ă  cheval sur Kelly Canyon Creek et Rocky Creek. Il est probable que vous verrez des cerfs mulets et des cerfs de Virginie, entendrez les coyotes et des dizaines d'oiseaux chanteurs, ainsi que les grues du Canada, le hĂ©ron bleu, le pygargue Ă  tĂȘte blanche et, Ă  certains moments, vous pourrez voir des wapitis, des orignaux ou un renard Ă  queue rouge.
À la mi-septembre, vous entendrez le wapiti bourdonnant!
Vue ~ Quatre chaĂźnes de montagnes depuis la maison.

La chambre principale a un matelas queen, un lit simple (niché au coin) et une demi-salle de bain. Il dort 3.
Il y a une chambre avec un lit double.
Une chambre avec un lit simple et un bureau avec une porte sur le pont nord.
Cuisine complĂšte / Salon et salle Ă  manger ouverts.
1000 pieds de terrasse / certains couverts, certains ouverts.
Les cÎtés nord et sud ont des tables et des chaises pour manger dehors, donc selon l'heure et la météo, vous pouvez toujours trouver un endroit confortable à l'extérieur.
Le cÎté nord a une zone de foyer et j'ai du bois de chauffage pour vous.

La propriĂ©tĂ© a un Ă©tang privĂ© de taille acre pour le canoĂ« et la pĂȘche, avec une belle plage pour jouer et nager et flotter en tube.
Également un terrain de volleyball de sable de taille normale, un terrain de pĂ©tanque de sable, une fosse Ă  chaussures de cheval de sable, une grande aire de pique-nique et une petite cabine avec un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, un poĂȘle Ă  bois et une plate-forme de lit simple.

A proximité se trouve le parc YELLOWSTONE; 75 milles de l'entrée ouest de Yellowstone 78 milles de l'entrée nord de Yellowstone
PĂȘche Ă  la mouche Ă  ruban bleu / Yellowstone R, Gallatin R, Madison R, Jefferson River.
Randonnée exceptionnelle, escalade, vélo, équitation.

Amazing gem near Bozeman

Susan was an amazing host. The property was well appointed with everything we needed for our five day stay. The property was gorgeous and the views were absolutely breathtaking! Very easy access to town and the freeway to get to the area parks. We will definitely stay with her again when we are in the area.

Wonderful stay.

The home Susan (host) provided was incredible. It was spacious, clean, and quiet. The outside deck/patio showed an amazing view of Bozeman and the surrounding mountains. As for the host, Susan was pleasant and informative about the area.

Ski vacation

We stayed for a week to ski at Big Sky and Bridger Bowl. The property was very clean and was wonderful to return to after skiing all day.

Convenient to town with spectacular views!

Beautiful property and wonderful location

Susan's cabin was a perfect getaway for us. Situated just a few miles from downtown Bozeman, the cabin had amazing views of the mountains and a rustic feel. The place was very clean and well stocked for our needs. The beds were quite comfortable. We enjoyed just watching the sunset from the deck in the evenings and playing with Alta in the mornings. There was nothing we didn't like about our stay.

Great location, very relaxing

Relaxing getaway but close enough to Bozeman for great food and activities. For those not used to a train horn at night, might want ear plugs. : ) House had all necessary amenities including comfortable outdoor seating in 3 different locations.

Spectacular views

The host was wonderful. She has about 20 acres on top of a beautiful hill. She walked us down to a pond with canoes and a bocce ball court, and all around the property/cabin. We had a terrific time. She has a magical place.

Good Stay

Clean and functional accommodations. Everything we needed to cook breakfast and make coffee. Susan was a very pleasant host. Nice compromise between a place “in” Bozeman and a more remotely situated cabin. Considered both, split the difference, and it worked out well.

Architecturally interesting and peaceful

Loved the home and all the unique details. Loved the gardens and setting. My husband and I enjoyed coffee on the wrap around deck in the morning while our three teens snoozed. Great hiking trails just 10 minutes away. Easy drive into Bozeman. Susan has thought of everything!

Just beautiful!

Everything about this lovely little home is beautiful! From the charming interior to the amazing views! The home is well appointed, and Susan was so welcoming and helpful! We spent time at the pond canoeing, identifying wildflowers and playing in the sand. The deck has the most spectacular view and the sunsets were amazing! We have stayed before and will be back again! This place truly is a gem!!

Beautiful property and perfect cozy cabin

The cabin and property were even better than I expected. Stocked with everything you could possibly need, it is a wonderful relaxing retreat. We used it as a home base and went skiing and snowmobiling at Big Sky as well as jaunts into Yellowstone. There is a ton to do in the area if you can pull yourself away from sunsets on the deck from which we could see deer and other critters. Would return in a heartbeat!

Quaint cabin with privacy and all the necessities and more!

Beautiful setting and very comfortable cabin. Susan went out of her way to grocery shop for us bc our flight had been delayed for 8 hours. The cabin is secluded and private, but close enough to jump in the car and be downtown in ten minutes. We are coming again in the summer! Thanks again Susan! See you soon!

Beautiful views in rural location

A very relaxing, beautiful location. Cabin was fully stocked with all amenities except a dryer. It was on order but had not arrived. The owner was very accommodating to all our needs, including the offer to dry our clothes at her house & bring them back to us.

Quiet hillside house

It was a quiet hill side house tucked away off the main road. Not too far from town but far enough. The house had everything you needed. We saw deer off the back porch. The highlights were the sunrise and sunset. Landscaping and small details around the home were really well done. We did not get to spend much time down at the pond area, but it was really nice and only a short walk from the house.

Feels more like a lovely home than a rental

We rented Susan's place for 9 nights to visit our son in Bozeman. The house is very well appointed, comfortable, cozy and welcoming. It was close enough to Bozeman to easily go back and forth and we skied Bridger Bowl twice. There are lovely cross country ski trails on the farm/orchard right below the property. We were able to cook full meals and host our son and his roomates. The house is nestled up on the hill right past Susan's home. It is completely private. The architecture on both homes is stunning.

From the Navajo reservation, where I worked as a wilderness instructor, inviting the students to explore & experience the beauty of their reservation/ I traveled north to Montana to continue my schooling at MSU and join my family. Together with my family we acquired a beautiful & wild section of land and I have been here ever since.
Our children were born here and are now grown.
Now, my home is open to you!

The wild animals roam these hills.
It is magical to hear the snorting of the deer and the song of the coyotes, the cry of the night hawks, the coo of the horned owls.
This is a beautiful place to discover peace and solitude.
