Maison de plage unique vient d'acheter et totalement remodelé. Grande enveloppe autour de pont avec piscine directement derrière la maison. Accès à la plage appartenant situé directement en face West Beach Blvd fournissant une marche rapide et facile à la plage. Situé à seulement dix pâtés de maisons du centre-ville de Gulf Shores, où vous trouverez tous les commerces, boutiques, restaurants, et des festivals. Dort huit. Lit King dans le maître avec la reine et deux lits couchettes dans la deuxième chambre. Equipé avec tous les nouveaux literie et trois Vizio TV à écran plat pour votre plus grand plaisir. Poste de travail informatique avec le wifi. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Il suffit d'apporter les produits d'épicerie, un sourire, et avoir un excellent séjour au Sea & Sun # 7!

We absolutely loved this place! The size, amenities, parking, beach access, and nearby sites were second to none. We felt very at home! The place was clean, but some issues in terms of linens, tubs, walls, floors that can’t get all the way clean due to wear and tear. Not a big deal at all and did not affect our stay. We would happily come back!

A great location for a great value!

We loved our stay here! It was literally just a short walk to the beach and the place had great amenities. Everything was very clean and the beds were super comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is cute, but it definitely needs a little TLC. While clean, to be sure, there are major cracks in the flooring leading into the kitchen, the shower heads have quite a bit of build up - little stuff like that. The biggest issue for us was that the doors were not able to be as secure as we would have liked. The door leading off the kitchen was only lockable via the door knob, and that knob was not tightly secured to the door. The front door keypad had a lock, but we couldn't use the existing deadbolt. With a small, sneaky kiddo, we were concerned she might get out accidentally. We ended up changing locations to something a bit more secure because of this, but we think the property is great for families with older kids who might not attempt a jail break. :)

Really enjoyed our stay here with family. It was great having more than two beds so nobody had to sleep on a pullout. Beds were comfy and the space was clean. Proximity to the beach was great, just a short walk across the road and through the parking lot. The road was a little busy during peak times, but otherwise not bad. Also the cottage did shake when walking across the room. Everything was as advertised and the host was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing Stay!

The property is amazing. We arrived and it was clean and easy to access based on directions from property owners. The property has beach access right across the street which was convenient. Also located just a two minute walk is a mini grocery store with all basic necessities.

It was in a great spot nice manager but it was hot in the condo could not turn the thermostat under 72. We had to wash the blankets and clean the drains. Under the beds and couches were dirty.

Barbara, Sorry to hear. I wish you had contacted me and I would have taken care of it. We seldom ever get a housekeeping complaint but I would have sent her back and made sure it was right. I have one housekeeper for this cottage so quality control is very manageable. We set the thermostat at 72 and that’s been good with guests so far, however, I would have set if lower for you. My goal is for you to leave the cottage wishing you didn’t have to go.

Spacious beach house

Our stay was fabulous. For my family of 5, there was plenty of space and comfort. We loved having two bathrooms, and there was a nice convenience store and restaurant a block away. We came for the festival, the shuttle was right across the street and we did walk back a couple times also which was not too far maybe 25 minutes. The beach access is also across the street and was so lovely. The only issue I had was with the app I believe, I messaged the host to ask for an early check in and could not view the response. Stay at this place, it made our trip so awesome!

Did a combination. Trip went to see Alabama crimson tide game first and enjoyed the gulf shores with this great cottage!

I first found Gulf Shores in the mid '80's and became an owner shortly thereafter. I look forward to the time I can get here and enjoy the beach and ride the bike paths. I come in the spring and fall every year and the weather is spectacular.

I own a condominium and love coming to the beach, however, I wanted something along the beach area where it's less crowded and offers more privacy.

I had been looking for a beach cottage for the last few years that had the features and amenities and location I was looking for including a pool, easy access to the beach, and close to all the restaurants and activities. When I saw this property I knew I had found what I had been looking for.
