Vues à couper le souffle!!! Maître sur le golfe

Cette belle escapade de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain sur la plage offre une vue imprenable sur le golfe. Il a un balcon qui s'étend sur le côté golfe du condo et est accessible à la fois de la suite principale ainsi que du salon. La Master Suite a un lit king et une salle de bain principale avec double vasque. Ce magnifique condo possède également une deuxième chambre avec un lit queen size. Ce condo a des téléviseurs à écran plat dans le salon et les deux chambres. Ce condo a également un canapé-lit complet. Beaucoup d'espace pour adultes et enfants. Ce condo a un lave-vaisselle et laveuse et sécheuse. Il est situé au 7ème étage, ce qui est parfait pour la paix et assez et assez haut pour les meilleures vues sur la plage. La propreté est ma priorité absolue pour mes clients. Je vous assure que vous arriverez à une escapade à la plage confortable et propre.

Les Seychelles sont situées à l'extrémité de la plage près de St. Andrews State Park et juste à côté du célèbre restaurant Schooners. Vous pouvez profiter des dauphins tout en buvant votre café du matin et regarder les bateaux de pêche entrer tout en profitant des magnifiques couchers de soleil.

J'ai hâte que vous appréciez mon condo autant que moi.

Wonderful Stay!

My mother and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and the perfect amount of space for 2-3 adults. Schooners is right next door, which is super convenient. Will definitely stay again!

Very disappointed when we arrived to find that the second bedroom had no dresser, no closet, no hooks, very little floor space for an open suitcase or suitcase stand. There was no hand soap, dish soap, Kleenex, extra toilet paper, dishwasher tabs or extra trash bags. We didn't expect a week's worth but these are things that cost very little and are usually supplied in rentals - enough so you don't have to immediately run to the store.Towels and washcloths were pathetic - the kind you find in cheap, crummy motels. They were clean and new but terribly thin. The living room furniture was very sad and worn out. The dining chairs were extremely heavy with worn cushions. All of the cupboard doors and drawers were peeling. See pictures. There were no instructions about the resort located in the apartment. There usually are. The positives were the size of the larger bedroom, location on the beach, good beds, good tvs and a great view!Disappointing stay for the price and we've stayed in a lot of vrbos. Needs a lot of TLC.

Great place to stay on PCB!

The condo was very clean and the instructions given by the owners were very clear. The location of their condo was perfectly in the middle of the building and the elevators were always available. The view was amazing and they have a nice deck overlooking the pool and ocean. Would def go here again!

This condo was one of the cleanest and well maintained that we have encountered. Dana was VERY accommodating and easy to book with. Definitely recommend this unit and look forward to future visits.

We had a great experience with the owner. She was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The only issue we had was that I didn’t realize the 2nd bedroom was so small and it doesn’t have a closet or any kind of dresser to store your close. Also, I am use to travel size shampoo, soap, dish soap and at least one load of washing detergent being supplied but they weren’t. Luckily I had brought my own but my husband forgot to.

A dream stay!

So very pleased with this unit! We walked in to a clean condo that I didn’t have to go through and re-clean. We are frequent PCB visitors and I can confidently say this is the nicest and cleanest stay yet. Highly considering rebooking for next years stay already! Family Getaway

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property, which offered a clean and functional environment. The location was ideal and the Gulf views were truly breathtaking. The on-site pools were an added bonus for our children, who made new friends and had an unforgettable time throughout the week. Our host was top tier! She always answered my questions and was very personable in her approach. 10/10

Excellent condo

The condo was clean, comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The owner was always attentive and quick to reply to any questions. We love this location on the quieter end of PCB and next door to Schooners which was convenient. There are beach chairs and umbrellas available to rent in front of the condo (around $40 a day) or bring your own. We would definitely rent from this owner/condo again!

Only one parking pass !! No bathroom hand soap, no coffee filters Window in the bunk/bedroom needs a curtain. blinds did not keep light out. also. a vacuum where you get the sand off the floor. Unit is very clean , located by elevator. which was nice.. We will not be back. because of the parking. We were not comfortable parking in a over nite public parking . I have family in PCb. and we parked the extra car there.

Great vacation condo

We had an amazing stay at this Seychelles condo. The views of the Gulf were amazing and it was great to sit on the balcony to enjoy it every day. The condo is very clean and decorated nicely and has everything you need to have a great vacation. If you are staying longer than a few days make sure to bring or buy extra garbage bags and toilet paper but that is normal for almost all condo rentals. Also bring your beach chairs and umbrella as the rental is around $40 a day in front of the condo. Lots of great restaurants nearby especially Schooners next door. Check in and out we’re very easy and communications with the owner we’re quick and thorough. I highly recommend if you are looking in the area.

Nice but not great

The condo was nice, a little smaller than I expected. Be aware that you only get one parking pass when staying here. Dana was very helpful and refunded the $140 dollars it cost for parking on an additional lot. We did receive bracelets for access to the pools, although their was other amenities we did not receive because of this being a private rental.

Nice condo

The condo was just as described, very nice! Could have used more blankets and we did leave some pool noodles for the next guest as nothing was included for us to use at the beach. It wasn’t mentioned that they would be included but might be nice for others to have. Not sure I liked that area of PCB. There was an odd smell a couple nights. Possibly from a nearby paper mill? It smelled like old garbage. Beach was beautiful. Condo very clean and the communication with Dana was excellent. Comfy beds and great balcony space.

It was everything we expected! However, the only issue we had was the master bathroom toilet kept stopping up and the balcony sliding door from the living room was extremely hard to close. Perfect view, cleanliness and owner was wonderful!

Property was a nice experience. Only thing I'd recommend is adding an area to grill and adding a ramp access to the beach for wagons, etc. One of my favorite things to do on the beach is grill food and packing a loaded wagon up a big flight of stairs by yourself is not fun. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay.
