** Belle maison Katama située sur Vickers Way. Entièrement équipé / meublé, tout ce que vous devez apporter (ou louer sur l'île) sont les draps / serviettes. Notre maison est située environ. 1. 13km de South Beach et 1. 5mi du port d'Edgartown! Cadre Edgartown pratique, boisé et privé. L'escapade parfaite sur l'île pour se détendre ou se divertir. Grande chambre familiale et grande terrasse.

Récemment redécoré et mis à jour. Nouveau barbecue à gaz Weber. Téléviseurs Samsung Smart HDTV de 55 pouces. Nouvelles lampes., Quelques nouveaux meubles, etc. Aprox. Espace intérieur de 1500 pieds carrés. **Climatisé!**
    
** Grande terrasse enveloppante avec mobilier d'extérieur. Idéal pour se divertir! ** Barbecue au charbon et barbecue à gaz New Weber à l'extérieur. ** Douche extérieure pour après les voyages à la plage! ** Près de Morning Glory Farm et du Farm Institute!**
   
Le premier étage a un plan d'étage ouvert avec deux chambres (une reine, l'autre a deux lits jumeaux), salle de bain complète, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse, et une grande salle ensoleillée avec 55 pouces. LA TÉLÉ. Le deuxième étage a une 2e salle de bain complète, une troisième chambre avec un lit queen et un loft / TV / coin salon. Une terrasse / balcon au 2e étage plus petit est accessible depuis le loft et la chambre.

The house is in the perfect location to Edgartown and South Beach!

The house is very comfortable, clean, open kitchen and living room and perfect for a family. There is an upstairs loft area to hang out and watch television and a deck off the upstairs bedroom. The location is great and near to everything including Morning Glory Farm which is the best for local produce and a morning muffin and coffee! A great house to spend a week or longer!

Everything you need in a great location!

Husband and grown sons enjoyed their 4-night stay as a base for a guys' fishing trip. Home was as pictured with plenty of room for tall men to spread out, kitchen was well outfitted for cooking, and neighborhood is great. The only snafu was that the WIFI wasn't working, but that can happen anywhere and they managed.

We apologize again that we were not more vigilant in checking the internet connection prior to your arrival. The problem has been resolved. Been coming to the vineyard for close to 40 years. This is one of the best - great location, well maintained, and everything you need for a great island vacation. Michael is extremely proactive and helpful.

Nice quiet and convenient location. Well stocked with puzzles to pass the time when rainy!

Due to the heavy rain and cold weather during our stay, we were unable to enjoy the outdoors and realize the home's convenience to the beach. First floor bathroom would benefit from having powered ventilation. It must get sticky in there during July and August.

Thank you for staying David. Sorry you guys couldn't take advantage of our proximity to the beach with the weather being what it was. That just means you will have to return to the island in the summer season sometime! Thanks for the feedback on the ventilation of the first floor bathroom. We will look into installing an exhaust fan. The AC units also act as dehumidifiers in the summer and have done a great job keeping stickiness in check. Wonderful Rental

This was an absolute perfect rental, from communication with Michael, the owner, to the actual home itself. Close to town but far enough away to feel away from it all. The home was gorgeous and the pictures do it justice. I will definitely return and use the same rental if available.
