SituĂ© dans un immeuble familial avec de grands voisins, cet appartement rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© est situĂ© dans l'un des quartiers les plus anciens et les plus recherchĂ©s de Washington DC. Avec le transport en commun par mĂ©tro (train et bus) Ă  seulement un pĂątĂ© de maisons, vous avez accĂšs Ă  explorer cette grande ville et Ă  vous dĂ©placer facilement. À environ 1000 pieds carrĂ©s, la rĂ©sidence peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes.

L'appartement est situé à quelques minutes à pied de la gare Capitole, nombreux musées, restaurants et autres attractions (presque tous gratuits).
Choisissez entre le métro de l'avenue Potomac (à un pùté de maisons) ou faites une promenade facile de cinq pùtés de maisons jusqu'au métro du marché de l'Est (Rail) ou montez au Metrobus à la fin du pùté de maisons, 13th St, SE. Si vous conduisez, il y a un parking public sur la rue. (Nous pouvons fournir un laissez-passer de visiteur)
Il n'y a pas de pénurie de restaurants pour tous les goûts dans un rayon de 4 à 5 pùtés de maisons sur Row Rowland.

This house was absolutely the best. Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Only a short uber ride to all the museums and national monuments. Will definitely be back.

4th of July in DC

Quick family trip to DC for the 4th of July. Location was close to everything, we walked or Uber’d every where we went. The accommodations were perfect, very clean, and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Great spot!

We had a great time exploring Washington DC
 this apartment was really easy. It was probably one of the most well appointed kitchens. We’ve stayed in. Lots of supplies on hand, which was really appreciated, including laundry soap, shampoos body wash, and lots of staples in the kitchen.The owners were really sweet and easily accessibleIt was a short trip via Uber to most places, the neighborhood is walkable to grocery, and although we didn’t use it, the metro is not far away.The space was ideal for two adult adults, I think more than that it would probably feel pretty cramped after a couple of days, but it was perfect for what we needed! Highly recommend!!

Amazing Stay

Excellent location, and the property was remarkably clean and comfortable. The hosts, Mr. and Mrs. Womack, were incredibly responsive and attentive throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

Daryl has been very nice and warm. It's a great location 3 mins walk to the bus stop, you can go to all attractions by bus. Potomac ave metro rail station is 6 mins walk. All major attractions are less than 15 mins away. Daryl has everything i. The house, felt like home

Beautiful house great location

The property felt like home. All appliances worked great. The only thing that could be improved that the sofa bed is good only for a small child/children. My teenage boys couldn't both sleep on it, we pulled out the extra bed to separate them.

Great DC getaway

We stayed here for 6 nights. The apartment was very clean and neat. Super easy access to Metro, no need for a rental vehicle unless you’re planning on leaving the DC area. Host is very friendly and responsive. Neighborhood is pleasant to walk around, with access to grocery stores within walking distance.

Great Rental

Our family enjoyed our week-long stay at this rental. The apartment was in a convenient, safe neighborhood and was a short five-minute walk from the Potomac rail station (orange, silver and blue lines). The apartment was extremely clean and spacious and matched the listing description exactly. The hosts did a great job stocking the kitchen and communication before check-in was excellent. We would stay at this location again the next time we are in DC.

Perfect for your DC trip

Just spent the last few days in this gem in DC. Perfect location, short walk to the metro in a nice quiet neighborhood. The host is very accommodating and very clean . Will def stay here if ever in the DC area again and will recommend to anyone I know traveling to the area!

Perfect but for the comforter

This was a very well maintained, clean, and attractive property, Only downside is the comforter was way too hot and we couldn't find an alternative.

Great DC location!

This was a fantastic VRBO experience! We did not rent a car for the time we were visiting DC area, and this location was perfect. It’s a short walk to the grocery store, and there’s a metro quite close, which is how we got around. We were here with our two kids, and the area felt very safe. The hosts were easy to communicate with both prior to and during our stay. Overall a great experience!

Great place, very clean and the host were great people. When we arrived, check in was easy and everything that was listed was on point! The metro, grocery, CVS everything is walking distance. We had a great stay and DC is something to see!

3 Days in DC

Property was just as advertised. Clean and cozy. The host came outside to greet me when I was loading up to leave and couldn't have been nicer. He even loaned me and air compressor to put air in one of my tires. Would definitely recommend.Trampas Smith

Everything you need!

Communication with Darryl & Daphne were great. So glad it was just a few steps down to get in. Everything was well thought out in the apartment. Kitchen was well equipped, bathroom had everything you need from blow dryer to hair products and body washes. Plenty of space. Close to metro and subway. Thank you for such a nice stay!

Great little place to stay in DC

We had a fantastic time in DC. Our place was about a five minute walk from the DC Metro Potomac stop and about a 10 minute walk from the grocery store (Safeway). Very easy to get around the city and our place was small but cozy for a family of four. Our teens were able to sleep on the pullout bed. Daryll was very helpful but gave us plenty of space to enjoy our vacation. Kitchen was nice so that we could have breakfast or cook dinner as we tried to save a little money. All in all a very nice place and would stay again the next time we are in DC.
