a/c was good. the local property manager was excellent but we mistakenly called the owner who handled the booking. she told us that if we needed anything we should go buy it ourselves!!!!! the local property manager was much more accomodating and responsive. i cannot believe the rudness of the owner!! "we don't provide service we are not a hotel. if you need something go buy it!!!"

Location was great and host was helpful, and communication was very timely. The apartment was very comfortable, however there was some construction in the building making it dirty and noisy at times. Parking was simple and within easy walking distance. Hvar is a beautiful town!

The comminication and service was fantastic. Location couldn't be better, as the apartment was right in the middle of the square. Overall the aprtment was great, good ammenities and all services you need.

Good location but strange A/C

The location was right off the main square in old town. So, that was good. Communication with Natalija was awesome and she was extremely helpful with arrival/check in and recommendations on activities/restaurants and answered questions quickly. The place was pretty much as advertised but the air conditioning was questionable. Not only was it only in the main living area (and not in the bedroom) but it also wasn't drained correctly and so there was a need to have a bowl under the unit and you had to remember to empty the bowl or the water every 6-8 hours or it would overflow.

Excellent service from our host Natalie who greeted us at the ferry and assisted with our heavy luggage, checking us into the property early, we can’t thank her enough. Superb location. The property is exactly as described and right in the heart of Hvar Old Town. We couldn’t have asked for more, well perhaps a few more nights Lol 😂🙏💗x

Highly Recommend

This is a wonderful property. The owner and property managers are excellent communicators, very responsive and helpful. The location is perfect, right on the square where you can see and hear the goings on, but the windows block out all of the sound when closed. You are within walking distance of anything you might want to do. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. Our only concern was the the coffee maker made lukewarm coffee, but we heated it in the microwave and were good to go.

Perfect stay right on the square

Really great property and property management team. They accommodated an early check in and even provided bag storage when checking out when our ferry was at 5:00pm that day. Overall the property was more than I expected. As a short term rental host myself, I always love to see what other hosts have to offer and this delivered. Right on the square, the property was in prime location and super easy to navigate to. It wasn’t a long walk from all the boats so that was nice. The one thing I’d recommend being prepared for is the noise at night and really during the day from the crowds and shows outside. Since you are RIGHT on the square and literally have windows overlooking the open area, it gets VERY loud if the windows are open. We made that mistake the first night. But luckily the house is comfortable enough with the AC on at night and circulating through the house with a fan. We also had been traveling a couple weeks prior so we’re super excited to do laundry. The spin cycle was a bit wonky where it was making the washer spin at a vicious rate and shaking the entire machine pretty bad. Again, no biggie, just be prepared to hang out as you do laundry. There was plenty of space on a drying rack to get any laundry dry. Overall super impressed. Kitchen was well equipped, location was a 10/10 and would highly recommend the host team. Thank you!

What a find!

Incredible value for money. A very cute and well appointed apartment, with separate bedroom, living room and kitchen, bathroom with washing machine - the apartment exceeded our expectations (Thankyou). The apartment was beautifully clean and well maintained. Located in the main square, and accessible to everything. The bakery next door was a bonus. The only issue was the music late in to the night, but you can’t expect peace and quiet if staying in the middle of town and earplugs fixed that! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
