Nouvellement rénové, ce 2 BD 2 BA Palmtree vue suite dispose d'un littoral spectaculaire sur l'océan et la vue de l'eau blanche seulement un court par 4 à partir d'une boîte de départ surélevé à sable de la plage!

Les phoques peuvent être vus et entendus depuis le télescope de pont quotidienne. Le meilleur du surf sur la côte ouest de la Californie est juste en bas de l'escalier et à proximité.

This place is amazing.The view is beautiful and itb was so nice to falll asleep listening to the ocean.Jerrry was a friendly and accommodating host. We would happily stay there again.

The place was in a great location with an spectacular view. However, it was very dirty upon arrival. We found food and plates under the couches in the living room, and the toilet was extremely dirty. It honestly didn’t look like the place had been cleaned before we checked in. The location and view were great, but the cleanliness definitely needs major improvement.

The location of the property cannot get any better especially for people who cannot drive like myself being 5 mins walk away from the beach and 10 mins walk away from the main shopping area. It’s a comfortable apartment with panoramic views. The check-in was super easy and the host Jerry was very friendly and responsive.

Fantastic view and location. Jerry, the host, is the best. A bit of quirkiness (as you can see from the photos) gives the place loads of personality. It's great "bang for the buck". A bit more TLC would be nice, as a couple of items--admittedly non-essential--weren't working. The indoor spaces were clean, but in a pet-friendly unit an AstroTurf balcony is not a good idea. A previous dog had obviously "used" it. Overall, we loved the place and will try to stay there again when we next visit San Clemente.

Amazing Location with Great View

The location of the property is in a great area. We easily walked to the beach and various restaurants. There is some uphill walks, but that is to be expected in the area. A car is not required, but we enjoyed having one to go to the grocery store and other places slightly farther away. It was great there was a parking space in the driveway as street parking is very difficult to find. The unit had a very comfortable bed, ample kitchen with full size coffee maker (big deal for us) and an amazing view of the ocean. It was so nice to drink coffee on the balcony and watch the sunset in the evening. Also, there are beach chairs, umbrella etc. all available for use. Next time we are in San Clemente, we will definitely stay here again.

Very nice property, close to beach, nice owner

We really enjoyed our stay in San Clemente. The rooms were clean and everything in the penthouse worked as expected. There were 8 of us over the age of 10 in our group and there was plenty of living space. Four of the beds are bunk beds and the other 2 are queens so make sure to plan accordingly. The room is located a couple of short blocks from the beach and there is a train station located right there that will take you anywhere up and down the coast if needed. There were beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards available to use. The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful, quickly responding to a couple of questions we had. We also found the people of San Clemente to be very friendly and helpful everywhere we went. We'd recommend this.

Great View, Perfect Location

Amazing views overlooking the pier and beach. Easy access to beach, walking path, and shops. Jerry was very helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. The place had everything we needed. The balcony is spacious, lots of seating, two sliding doors to enjoy the perfect weather. The sunsets were great, and nights very calm and relaxing. In addition to the beach access, the location is great for running, walking, shopping, etc… with many walkable activities within a half mile or so. The trolley picks up close by, so you can get just about anywhere in San Clemente without a car. We frequently took the trolley to Del Mar or El Camino Real for drinks/dinner and walked back. San Clemente has some incline on most streets to/from the beach, so plan ahead depending on physical limitations, strollers, etc… we walked to the beach and pier in about 5 minutes. The incline is only to/from the beach, so walking around the neighborhood and town is relatively flat. We had an amazing time and definitely plan to stay here again!

The Surfview Top of the World owner is a past San Clemente Veteran of Foreign Wars commander and current Service Officer. He is an active volunteer in the community as a certified EMT, Neighborhood watchperson, Senior Center volunteer, and former Boy Scouts of America adult leader. He is a member of the San Clemente Downtown Business Association, Chamber of Commerce, and the San Clemente Men's golf association. Jerry Quinlan is not an expert surfer, though, he can be found kayaking regularly around Seal Rock, to the south, or, every so often, swimming around the pier. He can be recognized on photo #16, with his daughter, Elizabeth, on the top deck at the 'TOP OF THE WORLD' SURFVIEW PENTHOUSE.

A short two hundred twenty yard walk down to the sand. The location is equally between Disneyland, Newport, Hollywood; and, San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, Legoland.
