We really enjoyed the time here. Staying a few steps from the beach and watching sunrises was awesome, and Kapaa is a great midway point between the north and south sides of Kauai. The place was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. We loved that we could look out over the waves from the windows and started and ended most days with a walk along the beach. We even took a couple of dips in the pool. As we're from a warmer climate, living without A/C seemed strange, but the continuous ocean breeze kept us nice and cool, and sleeping to the sound of the waves was beautiful!

Location of property was perfect for the Kappa area, lots in walking distance. Facilities were very nice and the grill was a great bonus which we used. Beds were comfortable and the lack of A/C really was not a factor. Cool breeze off the ocean and the sounds of the waves crashing was very relaxing.

This is such a great unit for kiddos. Pool is right there, super safe beach, in unit washer/dryer, and the twin beds for the kids were the best. If you come October-April, you won’t need AC so don’t pay extra for a unit that has it. 10/10.

Wonderful condo with everything we needed. Located right next to both the beach and the pool meant easy access to both but also a high traffic area for other tenants. Comfortable and would stay here again.

Beautiful location right on the beach. I enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. We had a problem with the TV and the property manager responded quickly and replaced the TV that was broken. It was a base camp for our Kauai adventures

Nice condo right on the beach!

This was a nice condo that you can just walk out the back door and walk right on the beach! There are lawn chairs that are there that you can sit in and watch the waves!

Kauai Kailani was a 40 year time share. We purchased the original offering in 1969 and have enjoyed and raised our family here. Absolutely a perfect spot for kids and quiet time a mixture hard to find. Security in the compound we call 'The Village' in this small resort gives the homey appeal and still close enough to all the action spots on the East side.

Small and private with full kitchen gives you the independence of choices to relax within or go out. We have found a perfect blend of staying in or finding a new beaches or trails around the island. Services are close and very walkable. Be careful, these units grow on you like an old shoe:) We know, our Grandkids now insist on coming back

Spectacular sunrises will greet you full force in the ocean front window. Like a sunset tradition the sunrise gathers folks to greet the day watching the sun surface from the Pacific Ocean. This unit is one of the last to retreat the sun at days end, just in time for pu,pu's! Spacious Lanai's offer perfect spot for the gathering of the Village.
