The property was perfect for our needs. We did a few days at Disneyland as a group of 6 (4 adults, 2 children) and then I stayed a few extra days for a professional conference at the convention center off of Katella. We were able to walk to Disneyland and I also walked to the convention center with no issues, which saved me money on parking all trip long.The kitchen had plenty of silverware, plates etc. I would suggest bringing some ziplocks and maybe some bendy straws/kids cups if you have toddlers! They had a couple kids cups but the straws were missing. They included coffee filters so just make sure you bring ground coffee if you need your morning coffee.There was a maintenance issue with the front door handle and latch, but the host responded timely to the issue and it was repaired quickly.

The location of the property was fantastic for a visit to Disneyland, approximately a half mile walk. The inside of the property was clean and having laundry available was great for a multi-day trip, although there were some maintenance items that needed addressed (dishwasher was leaking and shower handles were loose). Overall great stay.

Property was convenient to Disneyland. Great to have a kitchen so you don’t have to eat out for every meal. Only thing missing was Tupperware. I didn’t think to purchase cling wrap, foil or ziplocks on my grocery order.

Close to Disneyland, spacious. Only problems we had were can’t check in till exactly 4 not even to drop luggage and huge gaps in communication with host when asking things. Said would get back to us about dropping luggage and we went by the house multiple times they said cleaners there but no one was so they just won’t let you in before 4pm on the dot the lock is timed to the exact minute otherwise great stay.

The overall area was perfect for Disneyland! The host was amazing!There were some issues that were sent to the host regarding the facility: the airduct air return vent was extremely dirty and needed cleaned. The spare shower nob broke and would not turn to cold so one of kids were burnt by the scalding hot water. The washer needs to be cleaned as there was mold in the seal. Overall, the property had plenty of plates, cups and utensils for a family to use. The dog barking was absolutely ridiculous, The direct next door neighbor has a very big golden retriever that starts barking every morning at 0500-0515. That causes a chain reaction and all the dogs around start barking throughout the morning. It is so annoying to listen to and if you do not want to be woken up that early everyday, then I would recommend another unit far away. It is unfortunate that they threaten you that you cannot make any noise outside from 10:00pm-09:00am daily or you will be potentially prosecuted and fined up to 2500. Yet they allow these dogs to bark all morning with ZERO consequences. It is very frustrating and must be addressed immediately!Thank you and enjoy!

Great Disney Location!

Our family of 6 stayed here for a few nights so we could enjoy Disneyland! It was a great location and we would definitely stay again! We appreciate that we were able to book it on short notice and the complication and cleanliness was impressive.

Everything we needed

We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and close proximity to Disneyland. It was a 10 minute walk to the tram which takes you right to the main gate.

The space was the perfect size for my family of 5 and the proximity to the Disneyland parks/downtown Disney was only about 7 minute walk if you cut across Walnut street (about 20 if you follow gps). The home was clean and having a washer and dryer after riding water rides was a total bonus. There were spare sheets in the laundry room that appeared to have some stains (did not use) but other than that it was very nice and the instructions and communication from property management was clear and concise. Would stay here again on our next trip.

Been at this condo 2 times now and prefer it over most. Beds are pretty comfy if you like soft. Large couch and dining table, new fridge ! Unfortunately there were a few questionable mold spots and the dryer wasn’t working so that was a bummer .

Disneyland Fun

We enjoyed the property and how convenient it was to getting to Disney. We had fun with the kids in the playground and the house had all the amenities of home. We would stay here again.
