Cette maison de ville cÎtiÚre récemment rénovée se compose de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain complÚtes (+ canapé-lit) avec un plan d'étage ouvert et un décor de plage chic. Il y a un grand espace extérieur et la proximité de superbes vues, activités et restaurants en fait la base idéale pour tout ce que Charleston offre.

Great location!

The townhome was in a wonderful location and was 15 minutes from Downtown Charleston or Isle of Palms. Easy check in and check out process.

The location onlf the home was fantastic. You could get downtown quickly and plenty in the area to do. The house could use maintenance. There is something in the walls of the upstairs bedrooms. You could hear it moving around and scratching in the walls.

Family Getaway

Very clean and pictures are accurate. Only one bathroom upstairs with 3 bedrooms but a full bath downstairs. We enjoyed our stay. Great location!! Close to beach and Downtown Charleston! Great price!! Great for girls trip and small family.

The property was very clean, beds very comfortable. The bathroom upstairs had no window covering and was very visible from the street. Contacted owner and he told me to hang a towel over it (which there was no way to do that) or I could leave. I was appalled at that statement. We traveled 3.5 hours and how did he think we could get another place to stay for our weekend? He finally sent someone to spray a glaze over which put us out because of paint fumes for about 2 hours.

Easy access to Shem Creek, Charleston & Sullivan's Island

We had a nice stay. Great restaurants at Shem Creek just a short drive from the town home. Loved the 2 bikes that came with the property. The small community that the town home is located in is a little dated, but the neighborhood it is located within is amazing...especially as you go closer to the water. The homes are gorgeous and you can bike to Mt. Pleasant's tiny historic main street. Downtown Charleston is a 12 minute drive and the same for popping over to Sullivan's island. Public access to the beach (Station 21-23) is walking distance to restaurants and shops. The house was nicely stocked, organized and had cute decor. They even had beach chairs and toys to use!

Quiet neighborhood fast drives to get around

Property was as described & a cute place convenient to so many things - the parking for two was very nice as well and in the neighborhood vs on street. Really appreciated the cleanliness of this rental! Big bonus points. Bathrooms are very small - no problem for us, but just an fyi. We also had no success with the the tvs, turning on, remotes even staying on a channel. I’ve informed host though.

Very happy

The house was incredibly well stocked (once we found the towel cabinet!). Beach chairs, stocked kitchen for cooking, card for games, coffee samples, coffee filters, etc. perfect location for quick access to the beach or walks in a lovely neighborhood. Appreciated the humidifiers, but they had to be emptied more than once a day in order to be effective and they aren’t quiet machines. However the AC worked well and kept us cool during our stay. Suggest new pillows be purchase.

Great location for groups

Clean townhouse in a great location to experience Charleston. Access to attractions, beach, and restaurants is excellemt. 3 bedrooms with 3 full beds and 2 bunk beds plus a pull out couch provide lots of sleeping options. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated. Upstairs bathroom is very small. Laundry in unit but is outside of unit on patio. Furniture is not the most comfortable and the cable package is minimal. We were visiting during a cold week so spent lots of time inside. Dog friendly is a plus and there is a pool in the neighborhood. Owners were helpful and attentive.

Best Location in Mt. Pleasant

This was our second stay in Mt. Pleasant and both times, we were lucky enough to get a "Coastal Retreats & Concierge" property. This husband/wife property manager duo does a fantastic job making their properties feel like vacation homes. The location is PERFECT. Hop on a pair of their beach cruisers (provided with the rental) and take it 5 easy blocks to the end of Center Street for views of Sullivan's Island, Charleston or visit the Pitt St. Bridge and all the surrounding tributaries and waterways leading out to the ocean. Sullivan's Island is minutes away by car. Easy access (through the neighborhoods to Shem Creek and beyond). This property is surrounded by all the charm Mt. Pleasant has to offer being in the "Old Village" area. You can't go wrong. The ONLY area that could use room for improvement is the community pool area. It was on the dirty side but we also know that summer wasn't in full swing during our stay and we understand they have plans for pool improvements within the community. Looking forward to coming back however AND staying in anything managed by the Schmeelk's (Coastal Retreats). NEW RESTAURANT nearby: Ty's Roadside - check it out! Great staff. Great experience. Great food. Also be sure to hit up Baker & Brewer in Charleston.

Quiet and Comfortable

Our stay was very comfortable and great location for our Charleston trip. Comfy beds, lovely decor and nice amenities. A few quirks like the doors on bedroom didn't latch, bike had a flat tire, cable had to be restarted but considering they just survived a hurricane we were happy that it was still available.

A few days in Mount Pleasant/Charleston

Everything was great. The location was perfect for us. We love Mount Pleasant and Sullivan’s Island but also a quick drive over the bridge to Charleston. The location was perfect. Everything you could need was provided. It was super clean. We even used the pool. We all enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Would definitely stay again

When I first drove up to the property I was a little nervous because I was thinking that the inside wouldn’t look anything like the pictures but I was wrong. It looked just like what was advertised. I loved that it was near almost everything. I loved that there were bikes to use for when we went just wanted to explore the community, my son and I had a great time on those. The only complaints I have is the upstairs bathroom window has no privacy for when you are taking a shower. We had to rig up a pillowcase at the bottom of the window to cover it and hold up up with the shampoo bottles. The downstairs bathroom door doesn’t offer a lot of privacy as well. The tv remotes were hard to use in the bedrooms and didn’t work a lot of the time. Wasn’t sure if it was a battery situation or not( I personally didn’t use the tv). Also the pool at the time was closed but that was of no fault of the property owner. Overall I had a great time and would definitely choose this property again. Nothing was a deal breaker.
