Cette villa récemment rénovée se compose de 2 chambres, 1 salles de bain complètes (4 lits au total) avec toutes les commodités de la maison et la décoration chic de la plage. Une rénovation complète de la propriété a été récemment achevée avec un mobilier neuf. Great location with easy access to downtown Charleston and Isle of Palms. Furniture was comfortable and we appreciated the dehumidifier. The exterior needs maintenance and the washing machine was dirty which made me question the overall cleanliness. Overall, it was a good accommodation for a few nights.

Cute and great location

Booked this place for a bachelorette weekend, and it was perfect! The backyard is amazing! So much space, and it is maintained beautifully. Very short drive to Sullivan’s island or Isle of Palms, and we really appreciated that this house had 3 beach chairs that we could use. It is nice and updated on the inside, and we really enjoyed our stay!

The property was great! Clean and comfortable! The only complaint we had was that we searched 2 beds 2 baths and this property came up…in the actual description it is noted one bath-we made it work, but it was difficult with 4 adults.

Easter getaway

For our first time in Charleston, we selected this location. Large backyard, comfy setting inside made for a great stay. No issues with checking in. Property manager responds quickly to messages. The location of the house is within walking distance to many restaurants and shoppes.

Great Quiet Cottage

Located in a quiet neighborhood that is pretty convenient to all you could need, the cottage makes for a great place to stay for a getaway. It was about a 15 min drive to many of the main attractions, such as the old town and one of the beaches, but its easy to get around if you have a car. The house has lots of amenities and small touches to make guests feel welcome and ready to enjoy all Charleston has to offer (beach bikes, maps, restaurant recommendations, etc). It was perfect for two friends traveling together but could easily handle a few more. Besides one very small but confusing communication mix-up with the host company, everything went well - I would definitely stay there again.

Convenient AND cute!

Simply cannot beat the location-- easy 10 min drive into DT Charleston and minutes from local coffee shops and great restaurants in Mt. Pleasant. Easily slept 6 girls! Only complaint would be the mattresses really could stand to be replaced (old and you end up rolling into the middle... into the person you're sharing with). Certainly not a dealbreaker though. Everything else was absolutely wonderful!

cozy beach rental

rental was centrally located in mt. pleasant, easy access. convenient remote key access. the rental was clean, kitchen was completely stocked-baking dishes, tupperware, measuring cups, spoons, variety of knives and pots/pans. Shower was nice and hot, and bedding was comfortable. Light bulbs did need to be checked and possibly replaced, a bit dim. Bikes on porch was a bonus for a quick jaunt thru the neighborhood. Owners responded v. quickly w/ any questions. Overall v. pleased.

Coastal Getaway

Had an amazing stay! Would come back in a heartbeat. Extraordinary location—safe neighborhood, could walk or use the provided bikes to get to so many great restaurants, stores, attractions AND about a 10-minute drive to the beach (we went to IOP—easy, free parking in the residential area), to downtown, to the stadium/concert venue. We did all the things! The house—very clean, updated/thoughtful coastal decor, awesome backyard plus outdoor shower, screen porch, comfortable living area and bedrooms (we had two couples in our party), great use of space, well-stocked kitchen w/ cute dishes, everything you need for making a meal at home, really appreciated the sweet touch of the local coffee, rain shower, plenty of extra towels, laundry great for beach towels, dehumidifier, storage, one bathroom worked just fine for us, ***bring bug spray for outdoor activities if you’re prone to mosquito bites

Great stay for a girls weekend!

My best friend and I settled on this property for a quick weekend getaway and it was great. The location is midway between downtown and Sullivan’s Island, and also walking distance to Shem’s Creek and some other nearby eateries and bars. The property provided bikes but we ended up taking Ubers everywhere. There is only 1 bathroom even though the property description says 2. It was fine for us but I could see that being an issue for a larger group. Check in and check out was seamless. Would definitely recommend!

Property was as advertised. Clean and comfortable. It was close to everything in Mount Pleasant. We were able to ride bikes, walk or take the car places. Shem Creek was definitely within walking distance. Would stay again
