Newly renovated home in the heart of Mount Pleasant, minutes from Sullivan's Island, Isle of Palms beaches & Shem Creek. Tucked away on a quiet, safe street, right off Coleman Blvd. Walk to Publix or Harris Teeter grocery stores, dining, coffee shops, bars, ice cream & shopping. Lounge by the firepit in the private backyard, test your game on the ping pong table, take a ride on the 4 bikes provided or spend the day exploring historic downtown Charleston!

The space:
This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a spacious modern interior with an open floor plan. The kitchen features new appliances, quartz countertops, a large basin sink and is fully equipped with pots and pans, 8 place settings, Ninja blender and Calphalon toaster. Additionally, there is a coffee bar complete with Keurig coffee maker and complimentary K-cups. Hamilton Beach 12 cup programmable drip coffee maker and electric tea kettle also available on site.

Cruise around town on the 4 bikes provided or relax under the fans on the back patio sectional with ping pong table and 60" Smart TV. Outside, you can enjoy the private backyard, prepare dinner on the Weber grill and wind down roasting s'mores next to the fire pit!

Living room is complete with sleeper sofa sectional, 2 lounge chairs and 2 Crate & Barrel leather ottomans. Breakfast nook can comfortably sit 8 around the dining table. The 65" Samsung Smart TV includes a dedicated Youtube TV account with 100+ channels, Netflix subscription along with a variety of other streaming services. Smart TVs in every bedroom carry the same subscription services.

House comfortably sleeps 8. All 3 bedrooms are fit with queen memory foam mattresses. A full size sleeper sofa and additional 22" inch high queen self inflating mattress available for use in the living space (linens and pillows provided upon request). There is a high efficiency washer and dryer on site with complimentary detergent and dryer sheets. Private driveway and garage can accommodate 3 vehicles.

Family friendly Pack 'n Play travel crib and mattress available on site, high chair, kids tableware and utensils, books and board games for all ages. Complementary Wi-Fi and beach chairs also provided.

Fantastic remodel in Old Town! Everything felt new and modern. Lots of attention to detail. We have rented many short term rentals in Mt. Pleasant and this is now at the top of our list. Plus, 5 minute drive to beach!

I travel all over the US several times a year and this host and house are in my top 3 of all time. Our family of 4 stayed for a week in Feb 2026. The proximity to Shem Creek was great for kayaking and restaurants. Sullivan’s Island and Patriot’s Point are both close as well. My kids 3 favorite things about the house were: (1) ping pong table (2) fire pit and (3) that everyone had their own bedroom with a tv.

I've stayed in a lot of VRBO's and this is definitely the cleanest one yet. What a beautiful home. All of the updates and color choices go together so well. I will definitely be back for another stay this summer. The location also deserves the highest rating. You're within walking distance of Shem Creek and numerous restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. I think the most expensive Uber ride I had was eight dollars. If you were staying for a week and wanted to visit the various beaches, it is about equal distance whether you're going to the Isle of Palms, Daniel Island or Folly.

We stayed one week and this was again a great trip to the area. The location of the house was perfect for our needs: Close to the beaches of Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms, close to everything in Charleston, and close to shopping ad restaurants in Mount Pleasant - pretty much in the middle of everything. The home is well-equipped and maintained and the owner was very responsive. He really cares!!!

Best place! Host was amazing, house was extremely clean and very inviting. Everything was so nice and new. They stayed in touch with us from the day we booked until the we checked out. Always willing to answer questions about the home or the area. Everything was perfect. We did not do much cooking, except on the outdoor grill and we did use the coffeemaker. Loved the ice and water in the fridge door.This location is perfect for seeing so much of the "touristy" types of things. The host suggested some places for seafood which we loved. One of the BEST houses we have found anywhere. The hose, Chris is amazing.
