La maison de vacances Pacific Palms offre une vue magique sur Smiths Lake dans un endroit paisible avec un intérieur moderne. Avalon at Smiths est un endroit splendide pour les familles pour se détendre et profiter de la sérénité de Pacific Palms.

Vous apprécierez le confort de cette belle maison surélevée de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain pouvant accueillir confortablement 2 familles. (Veuillez noter que les draps et les serviettes ne sont pas fournis. Les protÚge-matelas, oreillers et protÚge-oreillers, couvertures et torchons sont fournis)

La cuisine est bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, machine à café, four électrique, cuisiniÚre, réfrigérateur et congélateur. Pour votre confort, il y a une buanderie avec machine à laver et sÚche-linge.

Avec un salon ouvert qui coule sur le pont avant, vous apprécierez de pouvoir vous détendre en regardant le soleil se coucher un autre jour idéal. Le pont arriÚre dispose d'un barbecue et donne sur la cour arriÚre. En hiver, vous pouvez allumer le chauffage à combustion.

À seulement 2 minutes Ă  pied du bord du lac, l'endroit idĂ©al pour nager, faire du kayak et de la pĂȘche, ou faire une courte promenade vers le populaire Frothy Coffee Boatshed. Les plages de surf ne sont qu'Ă  quelques minutes avec un choix de Cellito, Blueys, Sandbar, Elizabeth, Boomerang ou Shelly Beach. Forster est Ă  25 minutes en voiture oĂč vous pouvez rejoindre une croisiĂšre d'observation des dauphins ou des baleines ou peut-ĂȘtre prendre un court trajet en voiture jusqu'Ă  Wallis ou Myall Lakes.

La propriété est proche des commerces locaux qui comprennent une boucherie, une boulangerie, un magasin de bouteilles, un magasin de plats à emporter et un magasin général. Les clubs locaux ont des bus de courtoisie qui viendront vous chercher et vous ramÚneront chez vous loin de chez vous.

La maison est Ă©galement trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e pour les jours oĂč vous n'avez pas envie de vous aventurer. Installez-vous confortablement dans le salon et sĂ©lectionnez un livre parmi la variĂ©tĂ© proposĂ©e, regardez un film, jouez aux cartes ou choisissez parmi la sĂ©lection de jeux de sociĂ©tĂ©.

Rare place to find

Very spacious and clean! Great place to spend time with family and friends, good location, quiet street from the crowd in town! Highly recommended and the house will be our first choice coming back to Forster again.

Wonderful little place near the lake

We had a great time. Such a convenient location in a friendly neighbourhood. Walking distance to the lake & short drive to beautiful beaches. We enjoyed having breakfast on the front porch that had a view of the lake. There was everything that we needed on the property.

What a great place with lots of space for 2 families of 4. Bright with morning sun in the kitchen and lake sunsets from the lounge or balcony in the afternoon. Double lockup garage is a nice touch with direct access to the kitchen space.Clean house with everything you need. Quiet location. Easy access. Lounge was so comfy I fell asleep on it one afternoon haha.One thing to note, the elevation. If like me you are wanting to kayak, you are best to drop it on the car and head to the beach area near Frothies café. From the house the water is accessible but via a steep short road. Some nice fishing close by as well.Ross the owner is responsive and courteous.

Nice and quiet place

Ross house was very neat and clean. It is also very close to local shops and cafes. We really had a great time. Also Ross is very responsive host. He reponded all my queries within few hrs .

Peaceful and immaculate

Beautiful property, immaculately clean and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Lovely spot to sit on the front balcony - lake views and lots of active bird life to watch and listen to including owls overnight . Short drive into Boomerang for dinner and 10 minute walk to Smiths Lake shops for supplies. All the beaches nearby; can’t wait to return!

Roomy house.

Great location, close to lake & short drive to beaches. Quiet street with lots of birdlife. Very roomy house with comftable furniture, plenty of tablewear, cookwear & appliances. Ceiling fans were sufficient at keeping the place ventilated in humid wearher. Clean & well stocked with every day cleaning essentials. Mobile reception was non existent for 3 different companies so communicating with house members was difficult when we were out for the day.

Beautiful home for a family vacation.

Avalon is a beautiful, peaceful home to stay in. Ross was a very attentive host. Our big kids really appreciated the coffee pods which were great as I hadn’t packed any. We mainly cooked at home and had everything there we needed. The beds were comfortable, garage a plus and couldn’t fault anything. Thank you Ross for sharing your beautiful home!

A spacious holiday home positioned with a great view of the lake through beautiful gum trees. Close to shops, kayaking, boat ramp and 10 minutes drive to the most beautiful beaches.

Perfect January getaway

A beautiful, spacious home in a quiet area was the perfect, post-Christmas getaway for a group of friends. The location was great as a base for walks, beach visits, fishing, surfing etc, and the home was ideal for relaxing with a good book or in front of a movie (the couches were a hit!) Ross was very prompt with communication, which was also super helpful. In terms of the area, there aren't a lot of options close by in terms of dining out in the evening, so you will either need to cook on the BBQ or in the well-equipped kitchen or drive the 20 minutes to Forster. Also, internet reception can be somewhat patchy in the area (but sufficient.) Definitely recommend!

magic at smiths lake

thank you so much Ross for sharing your little piece of paradise with us, we were 3 mums who took their kids for a short break and we had an unbelievable time. The house was clean , spacious and very very comfortable especially the lounge with all the recliners, so much so kids gave up their beds and wanted to sleep on the couches! Beautiful view of smiths, short stroll to the lake and a truly surreal view of the star lite night sky from the front porch. Highly recommend this spot if you haven't been there already.

Perfect lakeside getaway

We had a wonderful 5 nights , the property was very clean, kitchen great with everything we needed to cook every meal, comfy beds, could walk to to lake and cafe and enjoy great sunsets every night - the fire was the cherry on top! Ross was very easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble , will definitely be back in summer !

Excellent, sparkling clean and comfortable!

Everything, from the beginning search to checking out, was easy and smooth. My family and I truly enjoyed our 4 nights at Avalon! We loved the spacious accommodation and found the house sparkling clean and fully supplied with all the essentials! A beautiful location very close to the lake. Ross was a great host who communicated well before, throughout and after our stay. Highly recommended!

Can’t wait to visit again

Comfortable house with a nice fire for chilly nights! It would be good if there was a bit stronger water pressure as the bath took forever to fill. Loved the lake views!
