Billies est situé sur la côte nord-nord de la Nouvelle-Galles du Sud, dans le magnifique village de Smiths Lake, à seulement 3 heures de route au nord de Sydney et à 20 minutes au sud de Forster.

En entrant dans la maison, vous pourrez profiter d'une offre d'hébergement ouverte détendue vue imprenable sur la forêt environnante et un aperçu du magnifique lac Smiths.

La propriété offre 2 chambres à coucher une avec une salle de bains et une troisième chambre avec 2 lits simples, tous ont un espace de rangement.

Il y a une grande terrasse de divertissement sécurisée à l'arrière de la propriété donnant sur un grand jardin, avec à la fois des coins salon et repas décontractés.

Billies a une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée, avec lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et grand réfrigérateur avec congélateur.

Le lac est facilement accessible depuis l'arrière de la propriété par le biais d'un droit de passage public.

Cette propriété a une grande sensation de détente avec seulement quelques minutes des belles plages environnantes, et à quelques 20 minutes à pied des commerces du village du lac Smiths.

We had the best time at Billie’s, the home was filled with everything you need. So comfortable, absolutely spotless, the back verandah looking over the trees and listening to the birds was beautiful, fantastic.

This is our 2nd time at Billies. Smiths lake is such a beautiful place and Billie’s is so convenient to every thing. We love it there and no doubt we will stay again.

Lovely pet friendly home, lots to do and see around

Teresa is an excellent host and was very prompt in communicating. The holiday Home was beautiful and we have never been to a well equipped house like this before! Smith's lake is a beautiful place with lots of water activity and gorgeous beaches around. Loved our stay!

We loved it....again!

This was our second time staying at Billies. We thoroughly loved it the first time and didn't hesitate to book Billies again. Everything we needed for a relaxing holiday is there. The property is clean and so well appointed, less than 10 minutes to the most beautiful beaches. A convenient location and we honestly can't speak highly enough of Billies. We hope to be back again!

Rainforest and lake holiday

First impression fantastic. All white, clean, airy and welcoming. Separate rooms for all and a fantastically appointed kitchen. Ambience with candles and decking lights beautiful. Great selection of CDs. Condiments in the pantry along with washing powder in the laundry and much more!

What a wonderful stay we had at Billie's. The house was perfect. Amazingly clean with all the little extras which make such a difference. It was a home away from home. Thank you Teresa and thank you for making Billies pet friendly. It was so nice for our fur babies to come on holidays with us as they are normally left at home and baby-sat. Time slowed right down - it was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay at Billies. The house felt like home the moment we walked in. The home is extremely well appointed, having everything (and more) we could have possibly needed. Not a detail was overlooked. Us, our kids and our dogs enjoyed our time - it truly felt like time slowed right down - exactly what we needed. We loved too that Billies is so close to all the wonderful things Smiths Lake and the surrounding areas has to offer. Loved, loved, loved Billies. Thank you to our hosts who were very easy to liaise with.

“Exceptional “

Upon walking into the property we were amazed how clean and lovely the property was. Sitting on the back verandah with a book and overlooking the lake was so relaxing. Everything is so close by; the lake, beaches, bowling club and the local group of shops. The main town of Forster is only 20 min away. I would thoroughly recommend this property.
