Phenomenal property! We had an amazing weekend. Extremely clean. Communication with the owner was easy. I would definitely stay here again. Area is peaceful and quiet. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

Amazing property, well appointed with literally everything you could need. Extremely clean upon check-in and very comfortable for our week long stay. Owner was extremely responsive to questions. Waking up with the sun rise in view was the best. I basically took up residence on the floating dock & thoroughly enjoyed exploring the pond. The north end is a quiet sanctuary for herons, ducks, loons and a family of bald eagles. I highly recommend taking the available boats up for an adventure. If you decide to come to the area, I highly recommend stocking up at the grocery store before you come, as the owner recommends via his communication. Closest grocery is approximately 30 minutes away, but we were prepared:) convenience items are located a few minutes down the street but things like produce and proteins should be in your cooler before you show up.

Relaxing Stay

The house was clean and comfortable. The host communicated well and was quick to respond to any questions. The house had everything we needed. The view is serene. Although we didn’t use them, there are plenty of ways available at the house for you to get out onto the water.

Clean and beautiful

The house and property were beautiful - exactly as described. It’s obvious the owner takes cleanliness seriously - the house and everything in it was clean and inviting. Everything was in top notch order and owner was easy to reach and very responsive. Snowmobiling in Errol

Conveniently located. Walkway was icy but sand was available for use. Home was warm and had all the conveniences needed to make our stay a happy one. Thank you. We'll be back in the area soon!

Great family getaway

The house was perfect and very clean. Parking was a little tight, but we had four trucks and two trailers. Trails could be accessed from the house and there was a lot of snow for riding. Great time with the family!

On golden pond

The house was well appointed and super clean which is extremely important to us! It was fall so we did fires and took the canoe out to see the wild life! Eagles and a pair of loons. M Loved the place and would love to come back!

Worth every penny!

This was a beautiful home on Akers pond. It was clean well-equipped and had an amazing view. The host was very easy to contact and always responded quickly to any questions I may have had. My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay here even though it was overcast and rained most of the time. The house and the surrounding area and ponds made the stay so enjoyable. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants a nice quiet getaway with a beautiful views.

Family Snowmobiling

We stayed at this home for a family snowmobiling trip. It was a great home, well equipped, and access to the trails right on the lake. Beds were very comfy. Would definitely recommend this home. The homeowner also provided quick responses to questions.

Snowmobile trip

Great trip with friends and family for a snowmobile weekend. The house was perfect to accommodate us and provided a great view of the lake and easy access to snowmobile trials. Definitely plan on staying here again!

Absolutely lovely place. Steps from the lake with privacy. Inside was very clean and updated. Spacious bedrooms and open living room/dinning room that walks out to a large deck. Minutes away from moose viewing and hiking. Will stay again.

More than we expected!!

The proper description and pictures are accurate, but once you are there and are able to appreciate the feeling of the home and the lake do you get the true experience!! Wonderful! Fun with the paddle boat and the canoe, enjoyed the fire pit and the foliage. Saw eagles and loon on the lake. We were fortunate to have front row seats watching a full moon rise across the lake! Lovely! Robert was extremely attentive, responsive and helpful when I had questions. Thank you!!!!!

House was clean, easy check in process. Host was very responsive. Pond was awesome, great paddling and swimming from the dock. For informational purposes, the house sleeps eight though there was only seating for 6 at the table as well as for lounging to watch movies.

Beautiful

Our stay on Akers Pond was wonderful. The house was clean and had everything you need. Our kids loved swimming and jumping off the dock. The area is beautiful with lots of places to hike or sight seeing. We even saw 5 moose! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

This is a great spot to relax. The pond is clean and quiet. The property is as described and sits near the neighbors but you have a buffer of trees between, unlike most places on the water.
