RÉCEMMENT RÉNOVÉ! Marty Merry Go Round est une charmante maison de 2 chambres à coucher et de 5 salles de bain qui attend les clients qui ont besoin de tout le confort de la maison, de l'intimité, de la proximité de l'océan et d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Ce second chez-soi comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée, une laveuse / sécheuse, une terrasse, un mobilier d'extérieur confortable, un parking privé et plus encore. Quoi de plus? Il n'est qu'à 500 pieds de la plage. Cela représente environ 166 étapes!

Notre petite escapade est située à Surfside Beach, la «Family Beach», où vous êtes à quelques minutes de Murrells Inlet, la «capitale des fruits de mer de Caroline du Sud». En outre, à proximité se trouve un parc aquatique, des chartes de pêche, des magasins et des terrains de golf de classe mondiale.

This cottage is adorable! Very clean, very simple and all you need for a wonderful stay in Surfside. I’d stay here again for sure!

Wedding Weekend

This was the house for the groomsman/ groom in leadup to the wedding and it was exactly what it needed to be. Charming, simple, easy to hang out with the guys, great location!

Short walk to the beach

Very wonderful stay. The house was clean. We had a great time and would recommend to anyone. Far cheaper than any other property around, close to everything especially the beach. Fantastic gem. Thank you so much.

Comfortable little home by the beach

This house is small, but contains two bedrooms, a large living room, and a kitchen. The ocean is about two blocks away. Myrtle Beach is also fairly close by, but this neighborhood is still quiet and laid back. It's a great trade off for someone who wants to be close to the water, close to all the other stuff in the area, but still in a quiet spot.

Staying at the Merry Go Round

It is a very reasonable place to stay in Surfside Beach. REALLY close to the ocean. This is the PLACE. Plenty of space for a family of five in close reach of all the things that a beach resort has to offer. Don't worry about not having a pool, you are a few feet from the ocean. Most of the more modern places around me didn't have pools either. I must have found the right spot.

Reviewer Comments: I’m the husband of Casey and my father Alan came along with us for a weekend that is going to go down in the memory book for the rest of time! Amazing vacation with our family as we had stayed recently at another AirB&B closer to the main road, but this approximately 200yrd walk made this along with all the other accommodating amenities the better choice! Thanks for a nice easy going weekend with family that way made perfect with the right choice in a stay!

Don’t let the Merry Go Round pass you by

A last minute change had us looking for better accommodations and this was everything we needed. 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath with full living room, Kitchen and sleeper sofa. Our family of 5 absolutely loved our couple days here and would stay again. <5 minute walk to the soft sandy beach. If you’re keeping up with the Jones’ then this might not be for you however Justin and Tiffany will make sure you have everything you need for an amazing stay in paradise.

Needs a lot of TLC

This property smelled of smoke and must. The flooring is buckling in the living room. All the furniture was stained. The mattresses was horrible. The decking boards were rotting in places. The bathroom had hair and black dots everywhere. I had to rinse the tub completely before using. The management, however were incredible.

Stay away- no hot water on New Year’s Eve -NOT Updated -smelled musty and moldy

We rented this place for New Year’s Eve weekend. We had no hot water for over a day and there is no emergency contact number, I was on the phone with VRBO for over an hour trying to resolve this. The place is NOT UPDATED it is musty and smells of mold. We asked for a partial refund and received no response. How can you rent a place and not have someone available for emergencies? The stove smoked when we turned it on so we couldn’t use that-still no response from rental management- VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Doree, We're sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. As you learned, there is a hot water turn on switch in the kitchen. This is usually turned on by the time you check in but it was not done for the week, our mistake. We have a phone number that you can call 24/7, leave a voicemail and the message is forwarded to our cell phones. 911 is your best bet for an emergency. The smoke from the stove is probably from it not being used for a while, kind of like when you turn on heat for the first time in the year and it smells almost like it's burning. This goes away fairly quickly. This is an older beach home and has that smell of an older wooden beach house. If there was mold, this is unacceptable but we've yet to see any signs of mold (no pictures and no signs from our staff when we looked over the property. Again, sorry you didn't have a good time. We do our best to satisfy our guests and owners. Sincerely, Myrtle Beach Management

Reviewer Comments: Check in took awhile because the cleaning service hadn't called to tell the management they were done. When we got to the house the outside was dingy and the deck needs replaced. The outside furniture was too dirty to use. Inside the furniture is not what was pictured. The flooring is uneven and warped. The appliances are so Ole they barely work. Dishwasher never worked. At night there were giant water bugs everywhere. They covered the deck on the first night and after that they were climbing inside from somewhere. Overall we enjoyed our vacation but not where we were staying.

The manager Justin, went above and beyond in helping us. The bathrooms were clean but the beds had dirty sheets and comforters on them. The comforters were heavily stained. The couch sheets were dirty. There was cobwebs and dust on the window units, ceilings, and blinds. The sponges and dish cloths were dirty. The floors needed to be swept and the table in the kitchen was dirty. There was mold on the second bedroom’s curtains. This was brought to the manager’s attention and was hopefully resolved for future guests. The air conditioner in the second bedroom broke. The door to the washer and dryer popped off its hinges when we opened it. Hopefully all these problems will be fixed for future guests because the location cannot be beat. If booking this location I would recommend bringing your own linens.

The cottage was comfortable and easily accessible to Hwy 17 and anything we needed. Would recommend a new coffee maker. Also if a time lapse between renters, recommend a quick check and wipe down before renters arrive.

Every thing was clean and had all that we needed. If this was my property I’d work on cleaning up the outside to make it more quaint and get rid of all the extra dining chairs. Would be nice if the place came with an extra garbage bag and broom. Other than this I’d absolutely rent this place again and again and again.

Great Little Place Steps from the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a cute, unique little spot less than a block to the beach. The beds were really comfy, the space was well laid out and clean. The property isn't super private, but the decks and back yard provide a nice space for a cookout and family time. My only complaint is that there wasn't any dish soap or sponges to do dishes with. We used maybe three glasses the whole time we were there and didn't need to use the dishwasher. Other than that the place was great.
