Super endroit! À seulement 20 mĂštres de la plage, de l'ascenseur et du balcon avec vue partielle sur l'ocĂ©an

Sandpiper 207 est situé au deuxiÚme étage du bùtiment arriÚre des condos Sandpiper. Il y a un ascenseur et une vue partielle sur l'océan depuis le balcon donnant sur la ruelle. Mettez vos orteils dans le sable à seulement 20 mÚtres! Le condo a été récemment meublé en 2012 et offre une cuisine entiÚrement équipée et des planchers de bois franc et de stratifié. La table à manger peut accueillir 4 personnes et 4 supplémentaires au bar du petit-déjeuner. Le salon offre un canapé-lit Queen avec une télévision à écran plat de 40 pouces. Il y a un petit balcon privé meublé avec deux bascules qui offrent un aperçu de l'océan en regardant dans la ruelle. La chambre principale est meublée avec un roi, 32 pouces TV à écran plat / DVD, et offre une salle de bain attenante avec baignoire et douche séparée.

La chambre d'hÎtes Queen comprend une télévision à écran plat 32 pouces / DVD et il y a une chambre d'hÎtes supplémentaire avec une taille Twin et un lit double. Il y a une salle de bain complÚte dans le hall avec une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur. Internet haute vitesse sans fil / WIFI est disponible pour les clients.

Ce condo accepte les animaux. Des frais supplémentaires s'appliquent.

Adapté aux personnes handicapées (ascenseur, non conforme à l'ADA). 2 places de parking dans un lot fermé à accÚs à distance avec entrée clé entrée sur la rue en bord de mer. REMARQUE: les VUS plus grands peuvent ne pas tenir dans l'espace de stationnement, en particulier pendant les saisons de pointe / haute.

Proximity to the beach is fabulous & walkability to restaurants is 10/10. Condo was quiet, access was easy & check-out was simple. Elevator made for easy transport. Parking spaces (2 tandem spots) were tight, but convenient.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

The property was very close to the beach, shops and restaurants were walkable. It was easy to get around by car to some of the other attractions on the island. Host responded quickly and efficiently to questions. Check-in was easy. Condo wasn’t new, but very nice and comfortable with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Convenient and close to the beach and restaurants

Overall the property was nice and as advertised. Plenty of space for our family of 5, and very convenient to walk to the beach and restaurants. Parking is a little tight but wasn't a problem. There is a small view of the beach off the balcony and it's very convenient to walk there (right across the street). Property is in good condition- shows a little wear and tear but nothing that interrupted our stay.

Wedding on the beach

Everything was great, clean & friendly. Easy access to beach, restaurants & stores. Our daughter got married on the beach & we rented 2 condos which turned out wonderful.

Great location!

Check in and out was difficult due to the key pads to the gate being impossible to locate, the parking being very tight and no luggage cart. Location is PERFECT! And property looks exactly as pictured

Flooded living room

Our living room was flooded with rainwater that came in through our sliding glass door I was told someone had to come in and check out the damage and they did not wear a mask as I requested. They were supposed to move rugs from living room out of the building but they did not move them they left them in the unit I had to clean is that you clean the living room floors with towels almost before I moved the rugs and after moving the roads out onto the balcony. I spent A-day taking care of this issue with the property and have not received any type of reimbursement for my time or problems.

Beautiful Condo Steps from the Beach

We stayed here for a week with our 1-year-old son, and my parents came down for a few days as well, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy our vacation. The condo had plenty of room for the five of us, plus our dog, the kitchen is wonderful, and the location just steps from the beach was so convenient. It was easy to take all of our towels and beach accessories, spend time relaxing, and come back for a quick lunch before heading back out into the sunshine. The condo is also walking distance to a ton of great restaurants, ice cream, convenience stores, and beach gear shops. We had a blast!

Absolutely Perfect

This location was a perfect place for a short pre-Thanksgiving family get together. We ranged in age from 18 - 89. The location had an elevator which made it manageable for my 89 year old mother. She spent her time sitting on the balcony basking in the sun and watching the people walk past. There were quaint shops for the other ladies to visit and excellent places to eat within walking distance. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and the kitchen/living room area is perfect. There were no complaints on this trip and everyone loved the accommodations. Would love to go again in the summer so we could enjoy the beach.

Beach Getaway

This property is in the perfect location to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The condo itself was very nice. My only complaint is that we really enjoy cooking and the kitchen is not equipped with necessary items (broiling pan, mixing utensils, knives) to properly cook a meal. Would definitely come back!

Family Vacation

This property needs a lot of love. It was very disappointing as my family came from Minnesota with two grandchildren..my grandchildren walking on the floors finding there feet and hands filthy.. Walls needed to be painted and patch up Also there was no view of the ocean unless you hung your head over the very dirty patio with dirty furniture. This is not a location for young family’s even though the beach was close by. This property was in alley close by Frannies restaurant with so much nose. Every night they would be running garbage to end of alley and being disruptive. This first time renting from this company.. And will be our last..

June 2019 Stay

Our family really enjoyed our stay there. The only complaint I have is the other 2 bedrooms. The beds were VERY uncomfortable to the point where I along with other family members did not sleep much/well. If the same beds remain, I would not choose this unit again. If the beds were better I definitely would choose again. Very easy access to the beach and other shops/restaurants. The app to download was very helpful with a lot of great info about the area.
