Charmant Tybee 2 chambres, Bungalow avec animaux acceptés dans un quartier fantastique

Sunny Daze est une charmante et abordable maison de vacances unifamiliale construite en 1950. Sunny Daze est situé sur un grand coin de rue dans le quartier calme de Back River - à environ 800 mètres de distance, à 9 minutes à pied de la plage principale, des boutiques et des restaurants.

Cette maison de plain-pied de deux chambres à coucher offre un hébergement spacieux et confortable. Cette propriété accepte les animaux domestiques et dispose d'une grande cour pour vos animaux de compagnie. Les deux chambres partagent une salle de bain à laquelle on accède dans le couloir. La salle de bain a une promenade dans la douche debout. La chambre principale est meublée avec un lit queen et la chambre d'amis a deux lits jumeaux.

L'intérieur joliment mis à jour comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle. Il comprend un salon confortable avec un canapé-lit et une télévision à écran plat. Il y a une véranda supplémentaire, à côté du salon, idéale pour se détendre ou lire un bon livre après une journée ensoleillée à la plage. Une nouvelle addition à cette propriété est un nouveau porche fermé qui constitue un excellent espace supplémentaire pour permettre aux clients de profiter des nuits fraîches de Tybee.

Les aménagements extérieurs comprennent un pavé de pierre aménagé dans la cour arrière. Il y a un foyer extérieur, ainsi qu'un gril à gaz. La laveuse et la sécheuse sont situées dans le garage détaché.

Ce cottage accepte les animaux domestiques et comprend une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite (Internet sans fil) à la disposition des clients. Parking pour 3. Excellente option pour les kayakistes car il y a de la place pour garer la remorque et vous n'êtes qu'à quelques pâtés de maisons du meilleur lancement de kayak de l'île! Promenez-vous le long de la magnifique promenade vénitienne à l'arrière de l'île. Emplacement idéal pour admirer les magnifiques couchers de soleil Tybee sur le marais.

Overall the size and location of the house were great. Bedrooms were comforatable and kitchen well stocked except bare minimum soap, trach bags, paper towes, and TP provided. It was clean except a couple bug issues. The TV was small and had no apps. The backyard was overgrown and the table and furniture was very dirty and then the kitchen table pictured was in a seperate room w/o AC and it was hot so there was not a usuable eating area. The electrical in the bathroom needed to be reset from guest room. We brought bikes and kayaks and this place was in a great location for these. Sun sets were great and we enjoyed the area and location. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Lots of parking.

Lovely relaxing space

There was great clear communication from the manager of the house for check in. The kitchen was spacious, nice variety of spaces to relax and things. Loved the outside space. Nice for entertaining. There was some leftover beach supplies in decent condition which was helpful. I included some photos of activities we did in the area too.

Beds were comfy. Plenty of linens and towels. Bathroom sink needs longer spout for water. And the bathroom sink was clogged and slow draining. But everything else was great!

Nice house

The decor and style were lovely. The backyard concept was nice. The beds were comfortable. However, the house seemed more than a little run down overall and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. It smelled a little musty, there was some trash in the backyard, and we had trouble figuring out all of the exterior light switches. It was a nice house, but could have been kept up better.

Nice enough place. clean but yet someow not clean at same time. Could tell it was just sprayed for bugs but still had to kill a huge cockroach. no type of cleaning supplies at all not even a broom. need some more blankets and maybe freshen up better sheets. outside is overgrown and just scary....lol

You need to upgrade the bedroom furniture the mattress in the Master bedroom is terrible,!!!!!! Also, there are no electrical outlets in the bedroom with the twin beds, the lamp was not even plugged in?????????

Quaint beach cottage located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, convenient location to beach. Management company response and care was excellent! Issues with clogged sink that were resolved but took 2 maintenance trips. Highly recommend that the beds and bedding be replaced. -very very old as one can feel the springs, at this price point it was disappointing. If you plan to eat in, kitchen was under stocked-no foil, baggies, tissues, napkins, 1 kitchen towel, etc.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great fenced in back yard area, plenty of space inside. Pretty clean and stocked. We did have to get a few items ( trash bags, paper towels, dish soap) but it was well worth the trip and we would 10/10 return. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances- only complaint is the TV. So old there was a lag when you pushed buttons on remote, it barely worked. But who cares that much about tv when you’re at the beach! Good location- we got a gold cart and were minutes from the beach.

Well appointed, updated mid-century beach cottage.

I would rent this cottage again. Comfortable, updated beach town cottage. It is about six blocks from the mid beach, though beach easily accessed from 12th or 13th street. Quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the sunny breakfast porch. The fenced patio/yard was perfect for our deaf/blind dog. We did not use the fire-pit or grill. The location was perfect for exploring both ends of the island. The only drawback was the “springy” mattress. The twins beds were more comfortable. The queen mattress needs to be replaced. The rental company was superb. I would rent this cottage again.

Below Average for a Vacation

My wife and I stayed at Sunny Daze and overall it was not great. I’ll start with the bad…. communication with the property manager was confusing at times. There were at least 5 palmetto bugs (aka cockroaches) we had to kill during our stay, which also isn’t a comforting thought when you go to sleep at night or prep food in the kitchen. The queen bed here is downright terrible (as are the pillows). The back porch area was filthy and covered in fire ant mounds which made it basically unusable. Finally, if we tried to run water in the bathroom sink for more than about a minute it would get backed up into the basin. Sunny Daze is fine if you are looking for a quiet location and a roof over your head. Otherwise, I’d go elsewhere.

The bungalow was lovely, beautifully decorated and not far from the beach (5 minute drive or less). Gorgeous backyard and comfy beds. We loved the sun room and decor. I can’t say enough about VRBO. They communicated via email and text so everything was very clear. We had a small problem and they came to fix it in less than 1/2 hour after we called. We loved everything. Property is perfect for couples or a family with 2 kids Very pet friendly and the location was very quiet.

Late summer getaway to Tybee

This was my first visit to Tybee Island and we will definitely be back. We loved Sunny Daze, it was perfect for us and just as wonderful as it appears to be. The backyard was actually completely fenced in which was a pleasant surprise. The check in and check out process was effortless, the neighborhood was quiet and every person we encountered was friendly.
