Cette charmante maison est idéalement située au milieu de la vallée de Mat-Su entre Palmer et Wasilla. Située sur trois acres boisés, cette maison meublée de 1 000 pieds carrés comprend deux chambres et une salle de bain. Nous aimons accueillir des invités en voyage d'affaires, en vacances, en famille ou tout ce qui vous amÚne dans la magnifique beauté qui entoure Palmer, en Alaska!

Il s'agit d'une unitĂ© infĂ©rieure dans un duplex occupĂ© par le propriĂ©taire. De grandes fenĂȘtres permettent beaucoup de lumiĂšre naturelle et une vue sur la belle rĂ©gion boisĂ©e.
Faites comme chez vous dans notre salon confortable et notre cuisine entiÚrement équipée. Une chambre comprend un espace de bureau généreux pour votre travail ou vos loisirs!
Une laveuse et une sécheuse sont idéalement situées à l'intérieur de la maison. Le Wifi et Netflix sont disponibles!

Vous ĂȘtes invitĂ©s Ă  utiliser le foyer prĂšs de notre maison pour un barbecue ou une soirĂ©e de dĂ©tente autour du feu.
Nous sommes ravis de pouvoir offrir un bain à remous sur la propriété pour votre usage! Il est à quelques pas de la maison, partagé avec les clients dans nos deux petites locations de vacances.

Place was cute & clean & we slept well. Nice big TV..

Did not care for all the noise the upstairs people made all night till 10:30pm and the next day starting at 8am. Was not a quiet get away at all. TV did not work the next day. Tea kettle had a cut inside on the bottom of kettle. Did not use. The 2 Lights are too bright in kitchen. Needs a dimmer switch for sure.. Not a place we'd go rent again. We are in our 60's looking for a quiet 2 night get away. Place was cute &.clean, nice big tv.

Was a very pleasant experience. We found all the necessary equipment in the kitchen. The beds were comfy, however, we would have enjoyed some softer pillows, but we made do with what was there. The grounds were well kept. Even though it rained we used the hot tub and it was very easy to operate. If an opportunity to getaway again arises- we would consider this place. Thanks.

We only stayed here for one night. It was very cozy and very clean! Beds were comfortable and it was very handy having a washer and dryer available. 10/10 recommend!

Accomodations were great. Everything we needed was supplied. There was some minor noise from children running around above you since this is a lower level unit below the owner's home.

Great place with a great location! Loved the hot tub. We appreciated the kitchen with all the essentials and did some cooking while there. Ice packs in the freezer were a great surprise too! Will stay here again if I’m returning to the Palmer area!

Great stay in Palmer!

Stayed for 3 nights in early Sept. Very comfortable for our family of 4. Well stocked kitchen which was nice because we cooked breakfast each day and a couple of meals while here. Hot tub was a nice treat after a day of hiking. Location is great! There is a Three Bears grocery extremely close which is a great grocery store. Hosts were extremely responsive. They had some fresh ground Alaskan coffee for us to use in the mornings. We loved it so much that we bought several bags at the grocery store and brought them home. Would stay here again if we are ever in the area again!

Best place to stay i Palmer Alaska

It was wonderful! Very nice 2 bedroom unit. Nice yard and a great hot tub! The owners are very nice with very sweet children. We do all our own cookig. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. They had some delicious coffee for us to use and lots of different kinds of tea. We couldn't have asked for anything better. We have rented a lot of Air B and B's in Alaska and this was by far the best!

Wonderful, extremely clean and friendly home

Laura's house was unbelievably perfect. When we drove up, there are planted white/golden and red rasberries. Next is a beautiful garden and an apple tree. The place is beautifully manicured, and there are three chickens that sometimes come by and say hi! The house has a mudroom to take off shoes and raincoats. The living room is spaceous, as is the kitchen. The bedrooms are cozy and one has a desk. There are games, and nice inspiring books. There is a washer and dryer. We absolutely loved our stay, thank you so much!

Nice home - everything you need or want!

Exploring Alaska

The property was beautiful, it was very clean and spacious. We took a walk in the evening and sat in the hot tub it was amazing. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Good for what we needed

Had a great time. Nice hot tub and close to three bears which has everything. Close to restaurants and much to do in the area. Laura left some snacks and had a lot of stuff in kitchen cabinets for use. Would recommend for up to family of 5. 2 bedrooms and a nice couch for sleeping. Only 1 TV in living room. Thanks again Laura!

Work trip

Was up in the Valley for a work trip from Soldotna, the property was great, clean and well setup. We had 3 guys and one of them slept on the couch, which worked out well. Would stay there again.

Very nice rental in Mat-Su Valley

My sister and I stayed in the lower level of this duplex for 6 nights. Very nice unit with a full kitchen and a washer-dryer in one of the bedrooms. The unit has large windows and is located in a wooded area. Excellent location for visiting Palmer and Wasilla. Very nice - we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We fell in love with this property over seven years ago--the view from our ridge, the wooded area, the creek at the bottom of the hill and the fantastic location between Palmer and Wasilla. We remodeled both duplex units and are thrilled with how they turned out; we now call the upper level home and are excited to share the beautiful lower unit as a furnished vacation rental.
