When coming to the cabin it was dark and the outside light wasn’t visible and we had to use flashlights to get inside. We was informed the day before arriving the hot tub had an issue and wouldn’t be fixed until the day after we leave. The cabin itself was nice and clean. We had plenty of room. Overall it was a good vacation and the cabin was great. Hosts was responsive during the booking and didn’t need to contact them at all.

Excellent location!Size & layout of cabin were perfect for our family. Quiet neighbors.Cleanliness was mediocre: I felt I needed to wipe all counters & table surfaces. Cabin could use a good deep clean.There was deferred maintenance: for example, a jagged edge on a dresser & bunk beds were not properly aligned (both potential safety issues), blinds missing a slat here & there.All in all, however, it worked well for our family.

Great stay for families

We stayed here for spring break. It was far enough off the main drag to be peaceful, but close enough to everything to be convenient. The rooms were spacious and comfy, everyone in our party had their own space without feeling cramped. The voews are spectacular! It is great for families or friends getaways.

Great place for a family!

Close to Dollywood and Gaitlinburg both! We loved the privacy of the cabin -- great downstairs for kids and parents, a loft for a teenaged boy, a master with privacy and its own large heart-shaped tub, and yet another room downstairs on the main level. It was perfect accommodations for us!

The host addressed questions/concerns in a very timely manner. The view was beautiful. We enjoyed to hot tub though we had to wait a few hours for it to warm up. The kids weren’t excited about that! lol. One family with our group shared some small cleaning concerns. It met ours needs.
