The house was beautiful and decorated with a nautical theme. We did drive to downtown and it took us less than 15 minutes to get there. The host was exceptional. His responses to our questions were always timely. Definitely would recommend this home

Absolutely Stunning!

We stayed here last weekend and everything was absolutely stunning. The house was very clean, actually spotless to be honest, beautiful , warm, inviting and spacious. The backyard was beautiful and private and the location was incredible! Thank you!

Loved our stay!

Love the property! So happy with our stay and how easy the process was to check in, it was a well-stocked home with lovely details, plus the proximity to coffee shops / the beach was great. we have young children and they slept through the night here - which is a 10/10 rating for us.

Fantastic Time

The best way to summarize the home is to say it is EXACTLY as depicted...clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, safe and quiet neighborhood, relaxing and with every amenity you could possibly need. We were traveling for our son's graduation with our newborn granddaughter and toddler grandson. Our grandson loved the yard, walks around the cul-de-sac and sitting on the adirondack chairs watching the birds etc. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished and the bathrooms are lovely. The main floor is open and inviting for family dinners, movies and playing games. We had a truly wonderful time. The location is excellent, close to 1st Beach, Cliff Walk, downtown Newport and to our son's school. Communication with Patrick was easy and he was more than accommodating. As we headed home we all talked about our next visit to RI and that we would absolutely stay here again!

Newport trip

My wife, parents, aunt and I came to Newport to show my wife, who had never been to New England before the area where we came from. The house was beautiful and exactly as advertised and Patrick was great to work with. The house was close enough to Newport to get to easily without having to deal with the traffic of being downtown. Also Patrick provided some great restaurant recommendations which we appreciated.

Wedding Getaway In Middletown Beach House

We came to Middletown for a family wedding and fell in love with this house and area. Location of this home was so convenient to Newport and all beaches and various necessary amenities everything at your finger tips. It’s located on a private street with many similar looking properties, well taken care of neighborhood. We were able to Uber in and out of Newport with great ease, no more than a 10 minute drive at any time of the day. The house pantry/kitchen provided anything you might need to cook at home. It was stocked with all the necessities my own home has and more. The yard was perfect for dinners on the deck and family games on the lawn. Patrick was so easy to work with, provided his cell phone from the start of the trip and promptly replied to any questions I had throughout our stay and prior. We rent many properties thru Vrbo and I can say that this was top notch. I highly recommend this property if you are looking to visit this area, you will not be disappointed.

This house was so well stocked with kitchen items and more, it made us wonder what their main home looks like!! We brought our outdoor lobster cooking pot with our propane tank, and they actually had one too! I would highly recommend renting this home! thank you, Judy

Amazing Property

This lovely home exceeded our expectations! We were 6 retirees enjoying 5 days in Newport. Location close to beach and tours and downtown! We cooked two nights in a beautiiful kitchen that had every small appliance and utensil we needed. Stunning accent lighting and sunny rooms. Gardens beautiful. Deck with rollout cover useful at alll hours of day. Beds and rooms comfortable. Patrick was very accommodating to our needs and responded immediately. I cant say enough about the property. I will stay there again!

Beautiful home close to downtown Newport

We had an incredible stay at Pat’s home in Middletown. We were in town for a wedding at the Chandler and the location could not have been more convenient. The house is absolutely stunning and pristine. Pat was so accommodating through the check-in process and made sure we had everything we needed. We were even greeted with a kind welcome note and bottle of wine from a local vineyard! 110% would recommend.

A week away

We had a wonderful week at this property. Everything was clean and the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed at. Our kids loved the backyard to play soccer and games. The beds were incredibly. The location was great and we were able to get to the beaches, Newport and Narragansett easily. We would definitely stay again.

The best stay ever!

My family comes to Newport every summer and rents a house together for a week. We have stayed in many rental houses, but to say this one was the best would be an understatement! Patrick was wonderful to work with and helped us early on with an issue unrelated to the property. The house is beyond beautiful, with plenty of space for relaxing. It was clean and well stocked for a week of beach trips and family dinners. The central air worked wonderfully and kept us very comfortable during a pretty hot week. I would highly recommend this property and want to thank Patrick again for a wonderful week in his gorgeous home!!

Great Runcation

We stayed here to run the Newport 10 miler and it was exactly what we needed. The house was absolutely beautiful and the owners truly thought of everything. The hot tub was perfect after a long run and we enjoyed every second of our stay. We can only hope to return and run the race again next year!

Coastal Cozy

We took our adult sons & daughters-in-law to Newport for 3 nights. We were thrilled with this home. It was beautifully decorated, spacious, very comfortable and well prepared for guests. It was a few miles away from the wharf in a subdivision, but the drive wasn’t bad and it was so quick and easy to get to restaurants and shopping. The owners were so quick to respond with any questions and so kind to work with. We would definitely stay here again!
